Had a bad experience with one of the lady attendants 5/19/23 asking me to wait to attend to other customers simply because she asked me to grab balloons. It is understandable that she attended to someone else while I was not there but to ask me to wait for another person after the one I met was simply annoying and not customer friendly. I complained to the manager, and all he said was ok, I'll ask her what happened like he cared less. He is the worst manager ever seen, plus the annoying attendant.

I went to the dollar tree 9616 reisterstown Rd and The morning cashier name Christine is very rude i spoke to her ,she didn't say anything back, and when I asked her a question she got smart with me and rolled her eyes then she threw my receipt at me ... It also was boxes all over the place, you could barely walk through the store , don't go here

Went to the Dollar Tree in Owings Mills, 9616 Reisterstown Road. The Manager was attempting to close the store because she was the only one on the register. The off-duty cashier was rude following the Manager's direction to close the store. The store is under staffed and unorganized. Manager's service is poor; they need a new manager.

Well stocked shelves, courteous and efficient staff, a good variety of merchandise. In looking through the cookie aisle, of note there were several packages that were outdated. To their credit, everything was well organized. A pleasant experience as a whole.

I hope corporate is reading this. I will not shop at this Dollar Tree anymore. The shelves aren't well stocked (nearby Dollar Tree stores are well stocked) and I received poor customer service from a sales associate named Destiny. At the checkout counter, I had a positive attitude when talking to Destiny. However, she had a negative attitude. She spoke to me in a disrespectful tone, and that is unacceptable. If she doesn't know how to treat people with kindness and respect, then perhaps she should work in a space where she doesn't have to deal with customers. Dollar Tree please hire people with great customer service skills. Thank you!

Older cashier with grey braids is very rude , I visit this location often and today I saw her speak to a senior rudely because she had a question. Covid is everywhere and its understandable that precautions must be taken but this lady was doubled masked and just had a question and her behavior was wrong. The store manager stepped in but I hope her spoke to her about how she deals with customers. If she can't she need to stock.

Went there today as I didn't have enough Christmas cards. The associate that was working in aisle 5 was so rude. All I did was say hello and ask her a question. The store manager was horrible as well. Such bad customer service. I understand it is the season but this was horrible. Don't shop at this location

Great neighborhood dollar tree. The shelves were well stocked, but like most dollar trees they were a little messy. Also the items were mixed up throughout the store....meaning gift items were not placed all together but in separate areas. Made it hard to search for what I needed. Which they didn't have.

I usually have such good shopping experiences when I shop at this location.. but this morning me and my elderly mom was in there shopping and there were these 2 ghetto ratchet man and woman in the line cursing the cashier out , calling the cashier a bit** and trying to fight the cashier, I felt so bad for that young lady, I wanted to call the cops! My mom was terrified and though the couple had a gun. They need security in that store , to help protect the cashiers and associates who work there

Very dirty and unorganized store. Always is... Most of the staff are rude, especially if you ask for help or have a question. I only go here for a few items because they're cheap. I don't recommend this store to anyone. I thought this was supposed to be Owings Mills...

On today, Saturday, February 20, 2022 at 11:15am , I a black woman had a bad experience Anti-Blackness at this store location. The store clerk Dave(a white man) was yelling across the store at another clerk(black woman) when she complained that there was 40 people in her line and she had no support by Dave. He then opened up his register in loud complaint shaming the the customers(99% black) for not supposedly seeing his open register(although his register light was off). I was the first person in his register and he proceeded to dump my basket agressivly on the conveyor belt. It was so disrespectful to me and others that another customer defended me to Dave, but he was unapologetic to me and the store customers.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! If you want to be followed around in an unkempt store like a criminal, then this is the place for you. The staff are rude, short tempered, and unhelpful in almost every way possible. If you have an issue or concern, expect it to go unresolved. If you want to exchange something, expect it to be a hassle. They do not allow you to return anything, even with a receipt. Avoid this place if you would like to have any type of positive shopping experience. I wish I could give this place ZERO STARS because that's what it deserves.

Very professional Staff, always welcoming and kind. I have to drive the distance but its definitely worth the while. Clean and well organized.Management here is on point with merchandise available, and how to locate it from the exact section its in. :) -Queen

Very rude customer service rep at checkout. My second experience with extremely rude employees at this location. I can spend my money anywhere. Id rather not be talked to like someone off the street and be given an attitude when I don't even know the person and I'm simply coming in to make a purchase and leave. Why are you so angry at your customers?

I've been in there before and it looked fine, tried to go there at 10 this morning and there was a sign that said they were temporarily closed, called and the person that answered said they just got robbed!!!!!! Dangerous!!! Not going back!!!!
