The wait can be long, but anytime I go to pick up a prescription or call for assistance with something, the person on the other end is always respectful and helps with me with what I need in a timely manner.

When I arrived at the drive thru to pick up my prescriptions, there was a sign that said closed for lunch. I then went inside and found out that they were ALSO closed! Every one of those employees in the pharmacy took lunch at the SAME TIME! Why? We had to sit/stand in the long line, watch them eat until they were ready to assist us. A young lady came to the counter with attitude. Bad Business. I won’t be back.

Want a pharmacy that will take the time to help you and won't make you feel like you're an interruption to their day? Choose any pharmacy except this one. Betty, the pharmacist, doesn't have the time to help you, and has no problem saying so, in those words. When you call she'll tell you to call back later because she's busy. When you do call back several hours later, she'll tell you she's still too busy. She's so busy, in fact, that she'll even refuse to write herself a note and help you later - she'll leave it up to you to call back over and over, wading through the ever so lovely CVS phone prompts every time. As a worker in the healthcare field myself, I know we're all busier than ever, and I know that CVS policy is to just buy everyone's insurance company to force them to use their pharmacy rather than providing a customer service experience that would make anyone use their pharmacy of their own free will, but they could at least teach their employees to act as if they aren't irritated at the very thought of doing their jobs or helping their customers.

Got a notification that my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there it was a huge line, I was willing to wait obviously. I waited for about 15 minutes before any of the pharmacy people even moved. The couple in front of me ended up just leaving cause we stood there for so long. When I got up to the counter the girl told me the prescription was not ready yet and would be about 20 minutes. I had a few things I needed to get so I went and did that during this time. When I came back the other girl told me it was not ready yet, so I sat in the waiting area. No one behind the counter was moving, all looking at phones or the computer. Another 20 minutes went by and I asked if the prescription was ready, the lady told me it would be just a few more minutes, so I sat back down. I ended up waiting over an hour and finally asked the pharmacist if it was ready, he then informed me they ran out of that medication and it would be in stock later. I asked why they didn't tell me that from the beginning so I did not wait for over an hour. The pharmacist then rudely huffed and just went back to typing something, and didn't even acknowledge that I was still there. On my way home from work I called to see if they were able to fill the prescription. I have a 45 minute commute and was on hold the entire way. I hung up and called another number. Finally I got through to not this CVS and asked if I could have it sent to Westminster. The Westminster CVS target is way better.

Prescriptions are filled timely. You get notified when prescriptions are ready for pickup. Staff is friendly and nice.

Having tried to call multiple times to fill an important prescription, I was consistently unable to get a staff member at the pharmacy. They kept my friend on hold for an hour and did not return her calls to have a prescription refilled. This behavior is disappointing, especially considering my friend's medication is for serious seizures. Do not recommend. Would recommend going literally anywhere else.

Why do they even have a phone?(I type as I sit here on hold for 45 min now) I’ve been in there and see them not answering the phone with or without a line. The pharmacist keeps his head down in his corner avoiding all eye contact. The young ladies that work there (pharmacist or technicians) are sweet but still no one answers the phone. I have signed up for texts like 10 times and still don’t receive texts. I just want my migraine meds…Getting prescriptions here creates anxiety and prob the need for another type of prescription. Just go to Rite Aid or Giant….

Don't even try to call them. No one will answer. You can walk past the pharmacy at any given time and their phone alert system will say that 2+ calls are on hold. Don't expect to get an alert that your prescription has been filled--you have to go there and ask them for it. Expect to stand in line for a LONG time. There's usually only one person working, so you'll have to wait for that one person to do whatever people in line need whether it's prescriptions counted/filled, flu shots, Covid shots, etc. Expect to feel awkward while in line because there's no real space for it and Target shoppers need to shop around you. The only halfway positive thing is that the people who work there aren't rude, which is surprising considering how understaffed they are.

Been trying for 4 days to get my blood pressure medication refilled. Got a text last Monday saying it was in process. Started trying to call the pharmacy this past Tuesday, and no one answers. EVER. Yesterday I was on hold for an hour and 23 minutes and no one ever answered. Down to one pill. It's time to switch to a new pharmacy.

I don't know what happened to this pharmacy. But, I do no I will be changing pharmacys. They are terrible. It takes days to get a prescription filled. Ridiculous! The phone gets cut off before closing time. The pharmacy has begun to look disorganized and its completely dysfunctional. It either needs to be closed down completely or restaffed/better managed. Do Not make this your pharmacy.

Been on the phone since Monday each time more than 30 mins. They do not pick up the phone. They are the rudest people working in there except a lady who has been there for a while. I have had the worst experiences here. You wait in line at least 30 minutes for them to say they don’t have jt. Its horrible at this pharmacy. If you value yourself and your time do not go to this pharmacy. The lady name Kim is wonderful and she runs to help all the time its the others

DO NOT USE CVS/TARGET IF YOUR PERSCRIPTION IS IMPORTANT OR LIFE SAVING. My doctor put in my refill last week, I got a text that my refill is in process with a number to call to check status. I called Friday as it said if I wanted to pick it up that day so I did, and person told me its on back order but it'll be in Monday night. I called again Monday and automated system said it'll be ready after 8pm, but when I tried to transfer to talk to someone it put me on hold for 30 mins so I actually drove there and 15 mins later was still on hold which was frustrating because there were two people not helping anyone. I asked them for my refill and they told me its not in and they only saw the dr sent it in but they didnt have it which makes no sense. I asked her to order it then and she said itll be there today. I'm now on hold for 45 mins again, and system now doesnt give me a date. The service is awful thank God this isnt a life saving drig, but i have run out since Friday and now I cant get a sinple refill. HOW is this allowed to happen and how is this possible to have so much incompetence and lazinessUPDATE 10/5CVS never figured it out, I sent my prescription to Naturecare Pharmacy and wow that is service you'd expect. My wife also has had just this week issues with a prescription for 2 days they kept telling her they dont see it, then even sent her to another CVS, she wasnt able to get her medicine so she's now transferring to NatureCare Pharmacy. I highly recommend you NOT use these clowns they dont care about patients at all, the people they hire are usually bottom of the barrel, ask any pharmacist or tech they'll tell you either ppl who aren't good enough work at CVS or ppl that are just looking for somewhere better. My Aunt worked for CVS for 30 years & only stuck around the last 3 yrs since they've gone downhill for her pension. They are unorganized use dated systems & pay poorly as well as overwork their staff. RUN, dont walk out the door, never look back

the time is 8:40 am on Tuesday morning. I just got back from the CVS pharmacy inside the Owings Mills Target. They were closed. The sign outside the gate on the pharmacy said they open at 8:00 am. The website says they open at 8:00 am. I called last week and asked when is a safe time for a senior to come in for a flu shot. I was told 8 am on Tuesday morning. The Target employees told me the pharmacy does not open until 9:00 am. I am back home without my FLU shot. Don't trust what the sign says or what they tell you.

Worst pharmacy ever. They are not supposed to close until 8:00 pm, I arrived at 7:05 pm. As I was waiting in line and approached the front the clerk rudely announced that they are suddenly closing and to simply “come back tomorrow.” I rushed from work to get to the pharmacy and this is the treatment they provide during a pandemic. This is a time where people urgently need their cold and flu medicine. SUPER UNCOMPASSIONATE! Do not support this pharmacy and poor service!

Ins Company told us to have Pharmacy contact them.Haley refused to call.after 3 calls to Ins Co, I told Haley again.. that they needed to call. This experience is horrible the line is from the pharmacy window all the way to the back wall where the kitchen appliances are. This is sad and ridiculous. What’s happening????? Did everyone quit???????

Worst pharmacy ever. They messaged that the medication is ready for pickup but they had done only 4 out of 5. Made to wait another half an hour for the fifth one. When asked why they did it like that the pharmacist did not even bother to reply - just kept mum as if the customer did not exist.Not visiting this location ever again.

Waited on the phone for over 25m, just to drive to the store for them to tell me my insurance didn't cover my prescription. People behind the pharmacy seemed mindless and clueless at what needs to be done. VERY POOR NONCHALANT UNCARING ATTITUDE FOR CUSTOMERS/ AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE THE LADY AT FRONT SEEM LIKE SHE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING 4 PEOPLE BACK AND WASNT ANYTHING BEING DONE!!! JUST MARKING TIME VERY ROBOTIC.

An Mike, the pharmacist, was on a 10 phone call laughing and joking while I waited for a flu shot. I asked if he was on lunch and they said no. After waiting for him to get off the phone for my paperwork, he made me get back in the long line after I finished the paperwork.He is not considerate of his customers in line.

Worst service I have received in 5 years easy of using this store. They always change people out, not sure if that’s CVS’ process, but once good staff are in place they are replaced by new people.
