The store has a nice clean parking lot. Its clean, neatly organized, well maintained, products easy to find, has a good selection of all sorts of things indoor and outdoor for the home as well as many food items with a great prices, a lot better than your leading grocery stores. Their products are consistent and fresh I do recommend taking a look at it and perhaps visiting there unlike their competitors they do offer a one-day pass however whatever u buy will have 25% added.. but, u will get to look at the store and get to examine up close the items then u can shop online, they also accept coupons and have their own coupons when u download the app.. which is great

I did an online order and 3 items that said in stock were not. So not only where they removed but I paid $20 in delivery fees for some damn onions and green peppers. I hate bjs cancelling my membership

I was involved in an accident and wasn’t sure if my tire would make it home. Stopped by Tire Center at BJs just before they closed. Technician was so helpful. He took my tire off and put the spare on for me at no charge. Took the time to show me how bad the damage was and what I would need to have repaired. Offered to help me find new tires. Went above and beyond to help me and I was very appreciative!! Great customer service!

I would give zero stars if possible. I stopped in to pick up a few items but left with nothing after seeing a line that stretched to the back of the store and one cashier working. There was 3 self serve lanes open but those are notoriously slow. There was staff at the customer service counter but they did not trouble themselves to help out. This did not surprise me as I had received poor customer service from this store at a prior visit. My long time membership is due for renewal on Oct 31st and I am considering not renewing.

Store is great meets most of our needs . Not very happy with lunch meat service ,today I ordered yellow cheese was told to get from pre cut would not cut fresh. Also ask for ham cut very thin person cut and showed me a sample , then readjusted slicer made slices much thicker . Not very happy with service this person ,not very happy said another called out sick he had to do all the work

Poor customer service.... With Costco recently opened in Owings Mills there is no reason to shop at BJ's I will not be renewing my membership next year...this is a common sight at this location

After 1 trip, I have realized why I hadn't renewed my membership the last few years, even with the regular offers for half priceBJs is like shopping at Aldi or Lidl with brands you've never heard of & limited choices, but it's higher quantities & pricesI guess I wasted $25 on the joining

We used curbside pickup. The person brought out the items promptly. They need to move the spaces for people picking up orders. People are parking in those spaces because they are close to the front of the store. Hard to put in the number for the app when you can't park.

I always chose this location when on this side of town.Well run friendly No gauntlet at door like Sam's.Avoid the WESTLEY store brand milk. They have vendor issue here,I just threw out 2/3 gallon of milk dated 8-24 today is 22nd. Tasted funky. This is second time milk did not last as advertised!

Best meats and bulk item pricing in this area. Plus they sell everything else including clothing and books. Lines are super long sometimes but they move fast. I wish there was more than one access road to this location. Customer service is very good.

We were not pleased with the long line and slow pace of cashing out. It was a single line and for some reason, customers upfront did not want to use the self-checkout registers. Even with 2 to 3 empty checkout registers, and people who were willing to shelf-checkout were at the back of the line still had to wait to get upfront. Store management needs to do something about dividing the line. And please redirect the line out of the isles where others need to shop. Please!

I experienced horrific day today at the Owings Mills BJ’s. The line to checkout water backed up all the way to the back of the store. There was 1 cashier & 3 self- checkout lanes available. There wasn’t anyone managing the line nor trying to open more lanes. I went to service desk after checking myself out to speak wit a manager whom appeared annoyed I had a comment regarding this experience and was told we’re hiring. So this store is happy to take your money after you service yourself and any issues is your problem unbelievable

Customer service & management is lazy & terrible. Supervisors seem uninterested in the work place. Bopic area was the best section of the store by far & the young lady Brashae D. worked in a timely manner though.

While I've always enjoyed shopping at BJs, and this location in particular, it seems as though BJs is slowly and systematically getting rid of every item that is the reason for my subscription in the first place. I'm seriously rethinking whether or not to reup this year.

Unattended register that employees claim is self-checkout isn't marked as self-checkout. Had multiple errors at the register. Owings Mills store has maybe the dumbest, least helpful employees I've ever experienced. Will be canceling membership.

I'm BJ's member for over 10 years, sadly the customer service is very poor, I will say I don't recommend the Owings Mills store to none, long lines waiting for the self service is one of the most notorious evidence, maybe is not the employees buy the management. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only unhappy member.

Brandon smith is the best employee that you guys ever have had in years . That young mans energy is top tier , the best I ever experienced shopping at Bj’s his customer service skills are amazing he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns things that make you want to return to this store because of him I’ll be recommending all my family and friends to this location hopefully you’ll have more employees like young Brandon

They offer cube side pickup but you received a email that's your groceries are ready but it's not when you get there. You needed to go inside get in a line to get your groceries. I ordered online for curbside pickup to prevent getting covid 19. They need to take this option off their website for now. I should ask for my membership money back.

The store selection is great, but the self checkout sucks!!! There use to be cashiers, now they a scarce or none at all. I will have to check Cosco out. Probably won’t continue my membership here.

I signed up online for a membership yesterday (HUGE MISTAKE) and placed an order for grocery pickup last night. They didn't let me actually look closely at any of the groceries since they packed the shopping cart for me, but when I got home, I realized that the milk (2 gallons of it) expires in 2 days and the "fresh" asparagus was slimy and disgusting. What an enormous waste of time and energy. DO NOT GO HERE!

I can find brand name products at a reasonable price. I get my walking in while browse the aisle. It is one stop shopping for me. Plenty of parking. Garden items, fresh, prepared and ready to eat foods, cleaning products, clothing for the family, electronics. Order cakes, buy in bulk, buy fresh fruits and vegetables. This is just the tip of the ice berg.

Was in line at the store on September 13th and received a call from our kids stating our dog was having a medical emergency (cluster seizures which rendered him unconscious). My husband and I had just finish shopping for about an hour for our family of five which included coupons. I walked over to Ms. Vicki Powell that was helping another customer explained that we needed to go pointed to my shopping cart while on the phone with the emergency vet. Ms. Powell went over to my husband took the cart said it will be waiting when we come back and just ask for Vicki.The next day my husband and I return to the store. Ms. Vicki Powell had placed everything in a location so we did not have to re-shop not one item. Ms. Powell who I later found out works Human Resources (HR) was down on the floor helping customer plus the other 50 million things I am sure she does in her role. She will never understand how much her concern, humanity, and customer service meant to us on this day. Ms. Vicki Powell my family and I THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! It was your small act of kindness that touched our hearts and made the whole emergency situation a little easier. Amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I haven't seen a car doing donuts or rude staff at the Owings MillsBJ's . I have gotten great help from everybody I have talked to there.I am happy to have a BJ's near me. Buying quality stuff in bulk has lowermy grocery bills greatly and as a retired senior that has becomevery important. They don't just sell just groceries there , they alsosell clothes: kitchen appliances, mattresses, TVs, fresh cookies, fromthe instore bakery, you can get the price of the club card back in notime if you shop here regularly as I do.
