This place have anything you need for your dog, they have good deals and the place is always organized. Sam is the best employee, he is very polite and friendly. On my previous visit I asked him some questions and he answer all my needs. I really recommend this place. Thank you Unleashed by Petco and Sam!

We visited to attend a Greyhound Welfare open house. But we took a quick look inside and it seemed to have tons of stuff for all varieties of pets and the staff was very friendly.

The clerks/cashier's are always very friendly and helpful. I wish we had more locations, they are few and far between in my area.This store is very small and cluttered. Need to have more cat related items...seems like dogs take up 75%, cats 20%,other small pets 5%.

I went in to Unleashed in Olney for the first time this week and was very impressed with the service. I needed to start my dog on diet food and when I entered the store, Sam asked if he could help me find anything. I didn’t know what food I wanted to buy but was looking for something with under 350 kcal/cup and limited fat. Sam knew exactly which foods met my parameters and showed me several options. He located other items I needed and then helped me carry it all to my car.I was pleased with the variety of options, but what will keep me returning was the excellent customer service I received

Not too long ago we adopted a blue nose pitbull. Unleashed being so near to our home, we finally had a reason to visit and of course now shop. The stores representative Sam was a very informative, considerative, and a helpful employee. Did a follow up and got a cage for our growing puppy and he remembered us. Again, courteous to our needs and knowledgeable. Thank you on the help. We appreciate the great help we get when visiting this establishment.

I've only got a dog but I've been there a fair amount of times and they look well stocked for at least cats and birds too. Good prices, good incentives for their rewards program, friendly and helpful staff, what else can I say? Good parking in a lot with other convenient stops (coffee, pharmacy, etc), if you've got a dog or cat or more in Olney and need supplies go to them!

Customer service definitely has gone downhill. Lauren, if that’s really her name, was rude and didn’t want to be bothered with helping customers. Always gave them high marks on their surveys but won’t be anymore. It’s better to drive to petsmart for better customer service.

I walk to the register and the staff disappears. After waiting, a man with a hoodie comes back. I think he's talking to me, he's not. He's using the hoodie to hide his headphones. He rings my item up, it comes up more expensive than the sticker on it, and every other identical item I showed. The man continues to chat on the phone as I try to tell him it's wrong. He keeps talking on the phone about personal gossip. Looks at the price difference and literally says "hold on a minute <looks at me> it's close enough. You gonna pay?" No attempt to figure out the price difference or apologize, nothing. Just a momentary pause from his personal life to literally do his job.

I really like this store. I like that it's a smaller store. They have good supplies. Friendly service but not suffocating. That's a nice plus. The inventory on collars and leashes seems to remain low. But overall great store!

It's a small space but staff are very friendly and helpful. Great when I need something for my dog and don't want to run all the way to one of the bigger stores. They also now have crickets for my daughter's T!

Customer service is not that great sadly 😞Check out is very confusing and they didn't answer my question so I was in the wrong spot the entire time and had to wait even longer. The selection for cats is also rather abysmal in comparison to dogs. I understand that the Unleashed stores are smaller but its sad to have the store 85% dog stuff

Great location. They just don't offer the food that my cats need. I was told i could order online. Suppose i don't want to order online. I would like to come to the store and just purchase a variety of items when its convenient for me. This place is too LIMITED

Thank you to the two employees that helped us last night. We came in very close to closing time (sorry we didn't realize how late it was) and were greeted and helped enthusiastically. We really appreciated the help. We were looking for a new dog food and were able to pick out one that our dog loves. Thanks again!!

Friendly staff who are always eager to help. I foster kittens, so I am a bit disappointed that their selection is missing many fostering basics such as miracle nipples, Breeders Edge Formula, and both canned and dry Nutro Max food for kittens. They also do not carry probiotics, another "must have" when fostering kittens.

Stopped by late this afternoon to pick up some food and a few other things for my Frenchie. Lights were all on but the automatic doors wouldn't open. Called the store and the person answering says they are "closed due to the weather."Mind you, no snow on the ground (or really expected prior to 2 AM), and ALL other stores in the shopping center (and general area) are open and operating as normal. They could have at least placed a sign on the door informing customers that they were closed.Worked out okay for me, though. The Petvalue store across the street was open, so they got my $40.

Very helpfulI took my dog to puppy playgroup. I don't think that it was run effectively. The trainer runs the group, but he did not seem to into what he was supposed to be doing. I asked questions many times and I was ignored.
