Always nice people working there. Easy to get in to give the dog a bath at their self serve stations. Always clean. Very friendly even with my dog who take a little reassurance when meeting new people. They won him over with lots of treats and praise. I always make sure I clean up after my dog when I'm done with their tubs. Much easier on the back to use those stations than try at home. Always a great experience there with their employees.

We take our dog to the dog wash at Pet Value. Their set-up is great! They supply the shampoo, towels, aprons and dryers! The tubs are wide & the right height making it so much easier on your back! The staff is very helpful, making the cost well worth it! When the bath is done, we shop for a treat - making it a great outing for our "good girl!" I recommend this to everyone, no matter what size dog you have!!

I have been buying food, treats, leashes, and toys for my dog at this store for 10 years. They are great! I love the "new" location (I know it's been a couple of years). The employees are wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. The prices are MUCH better than other similar-type stores. I always feel like they really care about me and most importantly about my dog.

Self dog bathing available. Premium dog and cat food/treats. Good quality accessories. A little on the high side of the price point. So far the employees know there stuff. They also have cats in the store that are up for adoption.

What a great experience and so much easier than using my own tub. Dog park, Pet Value for a guick bath and your dog will love you for it. Fresh towels, tons of shampoos, a dryer and dog treats. I'll be back for sure. Thank you pet value!!

I like the self-serve, standing dog bathing station. Shampoo and towels, and a waterproof apron help, but it's the cord and ring bolts that let me use two hand to clean the dog that make it great. $10, and worth it if your dog hates baths. Reserve a time on weekends.

Went for the dog wash. Clean, well stocked, great water pressure for scrubbing long haired dogs! One of the sales associates was awkward and kind of just stood really close and stared at my dogs and followed us around when we tried to shop afterward. I assume she was new ... Or just a really awkward person.

Super underrated pet store. Some of the products you'll find here are a bit pricier but you're not skimping on quality. Staff is very knowledgeable and will assist you with any questions or concerns.

I was inside struggling with my puppy to get her fitted for a harness, the boy behind the register didn’t say a thing. He stood there watching my puppy fight and run away from me, I couldn’t do it so I left the store. Terrible customer service.
