The woman that works there is extremely nice, friendly and helpful. We went this past weekend and she let me try the harness on my dog to make sure it fit.

We came in on vacation and was trying to purchase a dog toy and a dog costume and the lady refused to sell it to us because they didn’t have prices on there stuff when there other costumes that where the same size was priced and probably the same price and yet still refused to sell it to us and said she wouldn’t be able to sell it unless the owner was there. Very poor service 🤦🏼‍♂️

Was just there and it was awful. Cats lying on dog beds, cat hair all over, hardly any selection. I picked out a dog crate pad that was hanging out of cat reach and went to pay for it, but there was no one at the desk. I put the item back and headed for the exit, only to find that I was locked in! Apparently the front desk person never noticed me come in or forgot about me. In any case, I unlocked the door and left. Asked the 2 men waiting outside to keep an eye on the place. Sheesh.

Local pet supply company in Montego Bay shopping center, and i love the fact that it's the only one so far north! They have a wonderful selection of everything for your dogs and cats, as well as a do- it- yourself bathing station complete with all supplies. The staff I have dealt with there are very friendly as well as knowledgeable about their products and services. We go there at least twice a week, and my dog is like a kid in a candy store while inside!

Took by VERY high maintenance little Lola to Erin for a grooming !!! She was WONDERFUL!! Patient and just so good with my little baby!! Will be going back to her when we return in spring!

Just got our dog "groomed" at sandy paws. The lady clearly does not know how to cut a long haired dog. Even though she confirmed with us just to trim our Sheltie, our dog came home completely sheered. Be careful bringing your dog here, especially a long haired one! Very dissapointed! Waste of money!!!

Everyone is super nice and the dog groomer is really great both with my dogs and humans... Very caring and seems to wonderful with the dogs..I have one that is 14 and doesn't get around well and a younger dog (rescue) with ALOT of energy and she has been great everytime with them and done a terrific job!

Zoe the cat was sweet but the women working in the store definitely were not - unfriendly, didn't seem interested in friendly conversation. Not good for business won't be back.
