When my husband and I first got in engaged we were planning on eloping at the courthouse. The thought of planning (and paying) for a big wedding was just to overwhelming to me. Understandably, there were many unhappy family members at the idea of getting to see us get married. When I happed to stumble upon barefoot brides website and saw the sail and elope on the Alyosha package, I knew that it would be perfect for us. We told Jodie what we wanted and she did the rest! We had a short phone rehearsal a week before the wedding and all we had to do was show up and get married. Our photographer ,Michelle, was so much fun. She captured the beautiful day perfectly. I couldn’t be more happy with how everything turned out. If you’re looking for a beautiful and stress free wedding barefoot brides will make that happen for you! I can’t recommend them enough.

Devon and I could not have asked for a better wedding! It was very nice being able to relax the day of because Barefoot Beach Bride takes care of everything. I mean EVERYTHING! You don’t have to worry about any set up, break down, coordinating etc. Everything ran on a smooth schedule and you could see how hard staff worked to make that happen. We had a beach ceremony and 4 hour reception. Everything ran on time so we had ample time to mingle, celebrate and dance. All we had to do was show up (and prior to everything answer/ complete all the forms of what we wanted our wedding to be like). DJ was great, we haven’t seen pictures yet but the photographer was wonderful at facilitating the pictures. Food was good too- received several compliments on the pulled pork. Can’t compliment the staff of BBB enough for excellent customer service. I personally feel that for the cost is fair and reasonable for how much BBB takes care of. Highly recommend.

I remember I told someone once that I would not be able to have the wedding of my dreams based on my budget. Jodie is an expert not only does her extensive resume/experience make her beyond capable it is her passion that makes her stand out. She is so talented to her vision, hand picked vendors, wedding coordinating/planning capabilities and her officiating wedding skills...she will not disappoint. It has been almost a week since our perfect beach wedding. We had the ceremony on the beach with dinner after at Coastal 59. Jodie and Barefoot Beach Bride made it so easy and executed everything perfectly. The food and cake were so delicious. Every guest came up to us raving about how good it was. Our photographer, Rachel, did an awesome job. We already received a sample of our photos and they are amazing. We can't wait to see the rest of them. Jodie and the entire Barefoot Beach Bride team helped us to have the wedding of our dreams on September 6th, 2021! Jodie made the entire planning process easy and stress free. She took care of all of the details including flowers, decorations, center pieces, food, photography, and set up/ clean up. She also provided recommendations for hair and make up artists as well as great hotels in the area. We stayed at the Edge hotel, which she recommended, and had amazing stay.Jodie is a great communicator and she answered all of our questions in a very timely manner. She officiated our ceremony and did a wonderful job of making sure that we felt comfortable. Her words were beautiful and will stick with us for our entire lives.The Barefoot Beach Bride venue is in a great location in Ocean City. We were able to get incredible pictures on the Oceanside beach as well as sunset pictures on a bridge by the bay. Our photographer, Rachel, did a wonderful job of capturing every special moment.We received a lot of compliments from our guests regarding how unique and beautiful the event was. We were so fortunate to have had the Barefoot Beach Bride team coordinate our special day! It was everything we could have wanted.

Barefoot Beach Bride organized the wedding of my dreams! From the ceremony to the reception and everything in between, the BBB team went above and beyond to make sure we didn't have to worry about ANYTHING! Our wedding was 100% stress-free because we had Jodie and her BBB team coordinating the entire day, including ceremony, catering, photography, DJ, florist, reception decor - LITERALLY EVERYTHING! We got to enjoy our special day while BBB took care of the rest and I am forever grateful for that. We were also from out of town and our wedding was a destination for us so we really put all of our trust in Jodie and her team and they did not disappoint whatsoever. They are a well-oiled machine, extremely kind and courteous, while also maintaining full professionalism. I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding, except maybe it could have gone on even longer so we could experience everything even more, that's how amazing it was! We worked with Barefoot Beach Bride for a wedding in April 2021 and couldn't recommend them enough. From first contact through delivery of the wedding, their services were above and beyond.We reached out to Jodie and the team prior to the pandemic and selected the venue March 2020. It was an outdoors venue that she had never personally worked but meet our wishes (outdoors, # of guests, sunset, etc). She knows all the caterers and wedding services in the area and quickly helped us down-select. She was able to quickly put together our dream team.We meet with Barefoot Beach Bride several times between March 2020 and the wedding date (May 2021). Each time, it was clear that the team took into consideration the prior discussions and matured the plan. Barefoot Beach Bride meet with our dream team (food, tent, venue, etc) the week before at the venue to ensure that everyone was coordinated. On the wedding day, there wasn't much for us (the bride and groom) to worry about as the team handled all the behind the scene details. The team even packed everything up at the end of the reception was it was we didn't have to worry.For reference: beach wedding (barefoot!), sunset, ~100 guests, ~$30k budget (entire wedding, includes clothing and gifts)Imagine a wedding with no drama and nothing forgotten. That's what you can get when you hire Jodie and the rest of the Barefoot Beach Bride team.

Jodie of BarefootBeachBride was FANTASTIC!! On June 26, 2021, She gave me the Wedding of My Dreams. The Beach arch and chairs decorations, the verandah and fence decorations, the indoor dinner decorations, the Head Table and Welcome Table decorations were stunningly spectacular and most Beautiful!! Jodie did a Custom Beach Wedding for us with all the trimmings, and everything was flawless. The Biggest thing which separates Jodie from the run of the mill wedding planner are the flower arrangements she uses, her professionalism, and her outgoing personable nature--she's always smiling, helpful, exact and funny. Such a great experience from start to finish. I wanted a simple and easy, no fuss wedding and they did just that. Coordinating through the portal was easy for my micro wedding! From start to finish.. she is very professional and personal at the same time.. she went above in beyond in helping me with small details such as helping me get dressed and she came through for me when I forgot his ring.. she was also very flexible when I needed to change the date that we got married due to inclement weather.. she is also very knowledgeable with the area and made some great suggestions for places to visit during our stay.. her photographer Michelle was great she came prepared to accommodate all the poses I suggested.. thank you both for making my wedding day memorable .. perfect elopement!
