we arrived at the store at 5:45 but the sign on the store said closed despite it saying online they are open until 6. It also said they were open until 6 on the front door. We spoke with an employee walking into the store and asked if we could come i since they are open until 6. She looked at her watch and simply stated “it’s 5:50”. I would not recommend going to this place!!

This is a great place for home decor. They sell wonderful fall and winter decor. The staff were so friendly and welcoming.

We took our four granddaughters for a post-Christmas fun activity to the Animal Land side of the shop. The clerk was wonderful! She was very patient with our girls and had a story for each animal. She truly made the girls a part of the activities, and they had a blast!

We had a really good experience at this little shop and found all of the gifts we wanted to return home with. The cashier was friendly and professional. We actually visited this store twice because when we went to a bigger chain store the employees were rude and literally followed us around the entire store so we drove all the way back into town to visit this location again. Nice little store.

Went mid afternoon on a weekday. Place was busy but not crowded. You really have to see it to believe it. Interesting layout, with a large variety of quality souveneirs, collectibles, magnets, stickers, even toys, caps, shirts, for all ages. The place is appropriately named, as you could easily browse for hours and spend more than you expected, but leave smiling. So much to see. Staff was very friendly, helpful and accomodating even while busy and with lots of small kids in the store at the time. Very pleasant experience. Will be back!

It is just a Tourist Trap but it had some really cool stuff in it. Doesn’t look it but there are multiple levels filled with shirts and other Deep Creek Lake themed merchandise. Also other Knick knack items and some really nice magnets.

Very rude staff. Women raised her voice when we walked in at 4:40 and said we are closing at 5. Then at 4:50 she yelled across the store (we were standing right next to her) that the store was closing in 5 mins. She was rolling her eyes and hufffing and puffing the whole time she checked us out. Other shoppers put down their merch and left because cashier was so rude to them. We will not be returning and would advise others to shop at a store that appreciates your business.

Nice shop but rude staff. My 4 year old son had to use the bathroom and when I asked the cashier she said the nearest bathroom was at Arrowhead gas station down the street. So, we had to cross Garrett Hwy and run 200 yards so he didn’t pee his pants. That is absurd and we will not be shopping here again.

Great little gift shop! We travelled to the area for the local fall festival and the staff was very helpful directing us to all the activities available!

Very rude staff. Went in at 4:40 and was clearly unwelcome to shop because they were closing soon. Was given a 5 minute warning at 4:50. Not a place I would recommend spending money.

I believe it's illegal for a business of that size not located in a mall to deny use of a bathroom. Either way it was rather rude.
