The staff is always very attentive, friendly, respectful and efficient. Everyone is always doing something. Even during non-rush hours they find something to do."If you got time to lean; you got time to clean!"-said every kind of restaurant manager from fast food to fine dining.Parking: Parking location directly in front of main door that is wheelchair accessible. Approximately 10 spots across from restaurant and approximately 20 parking spots located in back while employees park along the road so they aren't taking a spot from a potential customer.

I usually enjoy my crispy chicken sandwich but today it was missing a lot...like everything but the chicken and it wasn't what you would call crispy. Since, with my med sweet tea it was over $5.00, it wasn't off the $1.00 menu

I, along with 6 other cars were all pulled forward in drive thru, which I do understand, I've worked fast-food. But a man was given my food, he told them it wasn't his so I tried to yell and flag her down to tell her it was mine. She ran inside with the food the man didn't want, and my boyfriend had to go inside with 5 other upset people, and reorder our food, just to end up getting the EXACT cold bags of food the worker was trying to put through a man's car window... ps, it was night shift. Around 8pm

After hearing a man bring back in his food & complaing loudy about his order being wrong, I should of looked at mine, however I didn't. I got home to see mine was wrong as well. It had the attached order on the bag as to what I ordered, so it shows that the cashier put it in right and the cook didn't pay attention to the special request.Our McDonald's has went down hill but again, I blame Management.

Walked in to a clean building and not too busy. Ordered my food and then went into the bathroom. Which where I was then spanked by an employee with a spatula. The food was decent and I’m kinky so that was nice but the food was only decent so 4 stars.

As a general rule this McDonalds is on the ball. They make my wife's overly complicated iced coffees without complaint and correctly. (She likes to add extra espresso shots) I have only ever had 1 issues at this location and it was just a longer than usual wait for 2 drinks one day during a generally non busy time. Otherwise this location is exceptionally efficient and I have never waited very long. So if McDonalds is your thing this one is easily better than the one near the lake, especially when it comes to coffee.

Never get the right food or drinks through drive through. Ever. Every single time it is a trip back. I think I’d the teens stop carrying on and stop texting while you are placing your order things might be better.

Customer service at this location needs some serious help. Staff is very unfriendly. I understand they may be understaffed or business but it is not the costumers fault.

Zipped right through the drive through like always. They've never gotten our order wrong and no complaints about the food. They do have a tendency to forget napkin's so make sure to bring back up.

went to mcdonald’s tonight for dinner and my fries were cold and i requested fresh fries and my big mac was only mac sauce and cheese but had everything on it and i ordered mac sauce and was charged for it but never got it or any of my sauces i wanted so disappointed in this customer service 🙄😒

My family had a bad day. We are from out of town and we stopped to get something to eat on our way home. The drive thru was slammed and the staff still took the time to be especially kind! It really turned our day around!

Drive thru is very fast and the staff is very good. The guy on the first window is so nice and friendly ,he help us what are the nice attractions and museum around we could go to. The food is great and taste good. Great Job!
