We were able to feed and pet the Alpacas.They also have a store to buy gifts, and a play area for the young and young at heart. We had a blast a must see at least once.

Fantastic activity with kids. Jay, the owner, personally took us to see the alpacas with a small group of about 20 visitors. The site also has a "train" for kids, a jump pad, giant slide and many other fun activities. Beautiful location on a hill as well.

Absolutely adorable animals with two sweet little babies. Fun for the entire family. Includes a cute gift shop, train ride, hill top slide and more. Alpaca’s are wonderful!!!

We love Alpaca Acres! The family that runs the place is friendly and welcoming. My kids loved feeding and petting the alpacas. Their areas were very clean. The huge slide was a BIG hit for our family, as were the other outdoor games. Good, simple, fun that kept my family interested, and not stressed, for hours. Wonderful shaded area for enjoying a snack and playing smaller yard games. And cute things in the gift shop that all ages, 4-79 years, enjoyed looking at. Love that visits are by appointment-- it was not crowded... A hidden gem!

OMG - what fun with the kids!!!! A must if you are in the Deep Creek area. My daughter was kissed by an Alpaca and could not stop talking about going back.

Stopped by while at deep creek for my wife’s birthday. Had a great time, our daughter that is only 16 months even loved them as well. Very welcoming and awesome experience less than 30 minutes from the lake.

This was one of the top suggested things to do in Deep Creek so we went an hour out of our way to go to the store but we're turned away and told that it was by appointment only to go to the store. There was nothing posted on the website or even on the front door or even near the sign at the entrance. Really upset that we wasted our time driving out there for nothing.

Our 1st real hands on encounter of the furry Alpacas and an unforgettable experience at that! We were especially taken with Malbec, the oldest & humorous male Alpaca that's 11 yrs old and with Buttercup, the youngest & feisty newborn female Alpaca that's only 3 weeks old. Feeding the Alpacas were truly a wonderful experience!
