Plenty of folks are willing to pay more just for the shopping experience. Customer service, cleanliness, and product quality can go a long way for increasing profit margins. Target figured this out years ago and somehow they’re forgetting this.No matter the time of year this target has been a pig sty. You find products sprawled across the floor, shelves in disarray, and a poorly staffed team. It’s often difficult to find a clerk if you have questions. Self checkout terminals are consistently out of service.As a whole the shopping experience for local targets have fallen, but this is one of the worst.*** I would take more pictures, but it’s relatively rude to take pictures of folks shopping. Stop by and view the mess yourself.

Whoever is running this location is obviously very lazy and doesn’t care about their job. The self check out is now 10 items or less only which would be fine if there wasn’t only ever 1 register open. 1 register with the literal slowest employee working it there’s a line of 25 ppl waiting to check out because there’s only ONE register they are allowed to go too. There were many employees just walking around not doing anything hanging out and talking to each other, I saw 3 guys in normal attire not a uniform stocking the shelves which kind of confused me because they have 3 men stocking 1 item (prime drinks) all working together like I don’t think u need that many people helping with one thing and why weren’t they in Uniform? Also this location is kinda dirty and uncared for customers leave things all over the floor and they employees don’t clean it. We walked past an office that you could see inside of with 2 desks and computers with absolutely no one in there so I think the manager on duty wasn’t even at work. This isn’t the first time I had a bad experience shopping at this location I’d rather drive to the one in cockeysville because it’s much nicer and the employees there are actually working. It’s not and understaffing issue it’s a not caring and employees not doing there job issue. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

how about we hire more cashiers? Youthful cashiers? 20 people in 2 lines with self check out closed at 10 AM is crazy. Why isn’t management getting on the registers if we are short staffed. This is sad

The "Starbucks" should learn to manage its time better. There were 2 employees, and one of them decided to restock while the line was 7 deep! Customers understand these need to be done, but not during a rush.

This location is a poor example of targetThere are long lines for self checkout and the cashiers are non existentClearly there is no active management in this buildingThe minimal staff present has zero support. The store is fortunate that they stay on the job as they have zero assistance with the service support.My time is more valuable as I do not plan on shopping at this location.Corporate needs to review this lack of management at this location.

Went to the fitting room to try on clothles got accused of stealing because of old tags on the floor that were already there! Had AP walk up on me and my sister accusing of us stealing claiming the fitting room had already been cleaned. I yelled at him in response and to the old white lady who accused me in the first place I hope you get fired you old racist hag. AP apologized after I practically yelled and demanded them to check the camera. I hate this target! Never coming back!

This location could deserve 5 stars if it wasn’t for the cashiers taking a set lunch time to a staggered lunch schedule between 12pm and 1:30pm. Today (12/27) more than half of the cashiers went on lunch at the exact same time, reducing the number of checkout lanes from 8 to 3. Line grew to nearly half the store for a half hour, which took me 40 Minutes to get from the back of the line to the front.

MISS NAJA DESERVES A RAISE!!!!She was the most friendly, helpful employee I’ve ever experienced in all my years of target shopping. I love her!! Thank you Naja. This is my new fav place to shop :)

Do NOT RECOMMEND!Went to return a Christmas gift. Store didn't accept exchange. The employee was nice but the store policy is it needed a receipt. The resistance of the store policy is stupid. I do not recommend Target as they do not believe in customer service or values.

Lately this location has been giving Walmart vibes. The lines have been ridiculous and stocking and neatness were not a priority. I am a die hard target girl but I was highly disappointed.

The stores card vendor is miserable and needs to pick a different job. Headphones in and couldn't be bothered answering a simple question. I guess I'd be just as miserable if I stocked cards at 40+ years old for a living.

Please clean the store & restock the items. Half of this target is empty. Specifically noticed the drink isle is lacking. Out of all poppi drinks & out of Pacifica perfume (all of them & it’s been like this for over a month) if it’s not out of stock, these items definitely weren’t on the shelves. Maybe hire more staff.

I wish I knew this persons name, but they were an employee that works at this specific branch and I am so glad that he was able to help me on the item that was best for me. He was really nice and Im glad that he could state an opinion on which one of the item that I wanted at the time that I was looking for and in the end, Im glad that when I picked the one that I wanted, the item, was the LAST one they had that was out on the floor, and I'm glad that the employee also liked what I picked to actually get in the end before I went to the cashier part and then to leave.

Target White Marsh is much better than Walmart. I haven’t shopped at Walmart in 3 years because of the constant drama. You want a clean friendly and affordable place to shop go there, everything in one place 😃

This target is chaotic. YOU would think they would be fully staffed. Especially knowing the customers over fill this Target every weekend. Myself included... Mangers staff leads. . No where to be found. Despite having walkie talkies to contact other staff. THE LINES ARE STARTING FROM the beginning of the registers to the end of the store. Yet for the past 25mins. We still stand strong. So I walk to electronics. Ask the manager could i be rung up. He says no. I explained the lines wait. He wouldn't budge. I'm thinking.If you can be wrung up at Walmart I know you can @ target. IWAS WRONG!! Waiting to eventually get out . My last time here..

It's Tuesday, November 28th, 2023. This store is an absolute mess.Clothes all over the floor in the women's section. Actually, clothes all over the floor in all the sections. I saw one elderly lady working in the area. Just one!Opened packages everywhere, due to obvious stealing from the store.One of the Mgrs in the food section did not like my critique of the store.

I understand that it is the holidays I get that but I have been waiting in the drive up for 1 hour and have only seen the same 1 person trying to run out all these orders to us that are waiting and when I tried to call the store to get a hold of someone all it does is ring and then hangs up, if you know that you get busy with drive up orders then get more people to help I wish I knew the young man's name that is running these orders out all by himself he is doing an amazing job but target you have failed him as an employee with the the store being as big as it is you can't get anyone else to help him out with running orders out, i havw sewn so many people leave while waiting here

This location has become terrible. Self check-out is often not open and when it is they now limit it to 2 stations. They unfortunately do not staff employee registers to compensate the overflow. It is a very disorganized mess.

This store was destroyed and disgusting! EVERY department when you walked in was a mess! I can’t say for food and beauty areas didn’t go there! But every clothes area, shoes, toys was disgusting I ain’t seen a department store look like this in years! The employees I guess are on strike because I seen none while I was even in the store either!

Picking up orders here is such a nightmare. Waited 30 minutes in store so i decided to pick my next order up via drive up. I’m the only person sitting here and already have been waiting 10 minutes. What’s the hold up??
