Tried to book my pet for grooming on their site. They make you choose a breed online, but corgi isn’t on the list. So I called to try and book over the phone, and nobody answered, and the prompt said “good news you can book online” but I can’t…. Because my breed isn’t on the list. So I’m just booking at petsmart and it was very easy to book there.

My dog Chloe loves Summer. She always does a great job with my dogs and was genuinely sad to hear that one of my girls had passed away. Summer was very kind and patient with Chloe this time because it was her first time by herself and she was crying. Wouldnt go to anyone else.

Enzo has a lot of anxiety and the groomer told me she used a muffle hat to help him calm a little which I appreciate. Groomer was honest and did a great job with his cut and bathing. Good communication and work.

Taylor is the best and she gives Drako that extra love he needs whe he arrives for his bath. She also answers any questions I have about his well being. She is greatly, appreciated. When I go to Petsmart and have them groomed they smell and look clean. The only thing noticeable was their clipped nails and some slight trimming. The people weren’t the friendliest either. This was our first time - we will be driving a bit further and going back to Petsmart.

I booked the appointment for my girl dog who is a rescue and has matted fur.. The lady took o e look said she couldnt do it she didn't feel comfortable i wanted 3 weeks for that appointment she didn't even try she didn't ask some one else if they might have been able to do it instead she referred to place that wanted to charge me 300.00 for grooming then i had her do my boy dog his nails and his brush his teeth as soon has we got in the car i could see he did not look well.. 5 mi s into driving and he throw up all over me... She never told me there was a chance that might happen.. I will not ever use them again i felt like she didn't feel like putting the care into treating either of my dogs the lady before me had a nice older lady who explained the services and what she would be doing to the ladies dog i wish i had her
