No help. Staff wont assist customers if it requires effort. I was told "we have the cat food in stock" over the phone so i drove to get it, i came to the location and it wasnt on shelves. They said they had them in stock just not out front but they couldn't put them out until the following morning and suggested i come back then....nope not buying anything from petco again

I would not recommend the groomer here. Jennifer is a rude and unprofessional. I complaint about them not trimming my dog face and leaving it wild. That’s what I did not pay for and she kept over talking me. She is not polite and has power trip. I sent my dog back to be fixed and she got passive aggressive. Very ghetto and they’re get overs

I thought i found a good groomer but i was wrong! I brought in my dog for the second time to get groomed by Jennifer, i had a good experience the first time however the second time i did not. I asked her if she can hand scissor my dog’s body hair bc i did not want to get his hair cut too short & i was offered this when i first came in so i assume they would do it for me she said she cannot do that so i chose the 1/2 blade instead bc i have mentioned i did not want my dog’s hair cut way too short but she still did. I also figured they did not wanna hand scissors my dog’s hair bc she did not wanna take the time to do that even tho i am paying a good amount of money to get my dog groomed. I picked up my dog & ofc his hair was cut way too short & the face was uneven & there was parts of hair that was not even shaved off properly & both of his ears was still matted. Today i just noticed that there was a cut near my dog’s eyes!! I was gonna let it go until i saw the cut on my dogs eyes!! I am not happy with the customer service i got from this place & will definitely not come back. I do not recommend getting your dog groomed by Jennifer or anyone at this location!!

This was my 7 month old Brittany puppy, Bentley's, first grooming ever, and I was nervous about him reacting to his nail trimming.Melissa, his groomer, came to visit him in the training area where we were training from 11 am to 12 noon with your amazing trainer Marion Ruth. She was able to meet him, with with touching his paws and work/play with him and some treats. He's excited with new people, and this extra time that Melissa spent with Bentley helped to calm him down.She was excellent with Bentley and very confident handling him. When I returned, she was having play time with him as a reward for his good behavior.Bentley was throughly cleaned, and his nails looked great, most importantly, he was happy and content with his first experience.Thanks Melissa!You will be Bentley's new groomer.I truly appreciate the extra time you took to put our puppy and me at ease!Thanks,Diane Currence

I visited this location and was it the store for maybe a good 30 mins and was never offered assistance. I’m African American and every Caucasian person that was there was offered assistance even ones that came in after me. This is 2024

Great store with a variety of products for your fur babies, reptiles, and aquarium inhabitants. The store has gorgeous cats available for adoption. They also had reptiles and fish to show and available for purchase. I was.able to find anything starting from dog goods in amazing shapes and finishing with dog mouth fresheners and aquariums.

North East Petco grooming!! Jeri bathed and cut my pup! Great job! I used Nottingham Vetco for vaccinations; they were quick, efficient, and called ahead to confirm my info! I received a vax package $139 plus $25 for 3 yrs Rabies shot. Alot cheaper than my traditional Vet!!

Price of the Orijen dog food has become way too expensive. Employee at checkout was inept to utilize my Petco app for my free food that wasn’t really free since it’s capped.

We’ve been taking Zeus to see Jessica and she’s great at what she does! Zeus always comes to his groomings anxious and sometimes I have to carry him into the store, but Jessica always takes good care of him and Zeus loves her. Zeus always comes back to us smelling so good and clean. We recommend asking for Jessica for any groomings for your fur babies! 🐶

White Marsh Petco Grooming: Very professional staff, I have been taking Zoe a 5 year old Cavachon to this location for awhile. We had a rocky start, but, the experience has greatly improved. Zoe always looks great after her spa day!

Not alot of custome service help! Prices are extremely high compared to other places I normally shop at for the same brand and product.Shelves were bare and not alot of selection. I don't plan on shopping here any more unless I have no other choice. I will note that the cashier was very nice and helpful and there was one other employee who went out of her way to me.

I came all the way to the store to get some fish. Asked for help more than 3 times and stood at the tanks for 25 minutes no one cared to come help. Then previously there’s a young girl very rude acts like you’re annoying her. It’s ridiculous when I spend good money in this store. I won’t be coming back!

Very disappointed with the grooming services. I paid $62 to get a no service at all. $62 for wash, nail trim & little bit of face framing? Common not even a paw pad done??? Never coming back for grooming again. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I haven't been in Petco for a while and did not realize they were so overpriced when compared to Petsmart. The costs are at least double if not triple on certain things and they do not on honor their online price match. Something that was only like $20 online was almost $60 in store and when I showed them that on their site the price was way different they refused to match the price as to what it was on their own website. When I inquired as to why they would not honor the online price match like other locations I was merely stared at as if I had 2 heads. I do not think I will be shopping at Petco after this.

Went in to speak with an associate. My daughter just got a new snake and we wanted food and habitat items information. The lady whom I won't name here (but I know your name) seemed nice but everything she told us was wrong. We are now sitting here with $6 worth of meal worms feeding the birds because her snake will NOT eat those 🤦🏽‍♀️ I would've appreciated her saying I simply don't know ma'am, rather than lying for a few bucks in sales. I will be purchasing the habitat supplies from somewhere else. Waste of time, money, and energy
