This was our 1st time trying their grooming service and it was a great experience. I took my Siberian Husky there who was in desperate need of a good routine grooming and de-shed and Sam was wonderful. Zeus came back with a bow and looking like a million bucks. Both my husband and I were very satisfied with the service and have already signed up our second husky to go in the next two weeks. Would highly recommend 👌 The place has so manygreat supplies too!

Unsatisfactory experience. Despite having a grooming appointment at Pet Supply Plus, the groomer took an unannounced break, inconveniencing me. Communication about the need for a break or implementing a system to avoid appointments during such breaks would improve the overall customer experience. While I generally appreciate this establishment, the lack of consideration for appointments was disappointing, causing unnecessary wait times; of over 3 hours.The first time I set the appointment the groomer did not show for work, I only discovered this when I arrived with my dog. No call to cancel, no text, nothing. Poor service.

The manager Ray is very knowledgeable and friendly. The recommendation of purchase has made a very significant, huge difference in the mood, energy level and overall happiness of my puppy. I think it was truly a life saver. This will be the only pet store that I'll visit from now on. Thanks Ray!

As you walk in you are immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. Soo many products for birds,cats,dogs, everything. Pet supplies are expensive but they almost always have a sale on something.

I absolutely love this store!! I have yet to meet an employee that isn’t wonderful. They all look genuinely happy to be there. It’s a very down to earth vibe that they have set up.The store is always immaculate. And that says a lot, coming from me. Lol.The prices are fair and they also have a membership club you can join for an automatic discount, But… you can also earn points to convert into $5.-$10.-$15.-and even $20.00 off of your order. Pretty cool. I love the convenience of how close to the beltway it is too.This place is a well oiled machine, for sure. I am not getting paid to say any of this, I just REALLY love this store!! 💕Keep up the good work!!! Cheers❤️🐾❤️

Poor care taken with their ferrets. 3 of them were in one cage that is not suitable for them. No bedding. No litter/litter box. All three were filthy from their cage. For a pet store that has info on ferrets readily available on their site, they need to do better. Unacceptable.

This is a great pet store. I have gone to other "big name" stores and their selection isn't nearly as good as Pet Supplies Plus. I found interesting treats for my dog; great raw food; and toys. The staff is so knowledgeable and helpful. I am telling everyone I know to go to Pet Supplies Plus. Such a great find for me!

Went in on a whim after eating at IHOP and was pleasantly suprised. They had a few cats for adoption as well as alot of other small animals such as ferrets. They have a selfndog wash station and had a sign stating 5 washes for $25, I am not sure how long that pricing is but that is a great deal having used several prior (usually run $10-15 per wash). They had numerous deals on dog treats and ended up trying a new brand. My dogs loved them and they actually smelled amazing, like home baked cookies! Will definitely return again in the future.

One of the only pet stores around us and we buy the dog wash card to get a discount. But wow has this store went down hill from when we originally started going a few years back. Almost ALWAYS pee on the floor in more than one aisle, customer service is awful, there are never towels available- always "in the dryer", had nice caddy's for a while but don't supply those anymore. The dryers are always broken, water drains are always clogged with hair, shampoo bottles are a complete mess and rarely filled. We used to spend up to an hour here and now we are in and out. Really disappointing to see. The stars are for the selection of dog treats, toys.

I actually like this facility a lot & I only rated it a 4 star because I feel they could be more tolerant as far as returns go. For example, It takes some puppies longer to transition into Adult food. As in my pups case, it took about almost OR more than 2 months to completely transition her due to her Very sensitive stomach. I’m sure there are other reasons as well to extend your return policy dates; won’t your company take this into consideration? I’d suggest at LEAST2 months for a return (if not more)

Susan’s cat rescue needs to be shut down and the cats taken out of that store. Those poor kittens and cats that are brought to pet supply plus reek of ear infections so bad you can smell it when you get anywhere near them, and are always dirty due to not being allowed to be out and be cramped up in those tiny boxes all day. Vet care is obviously not provided. The workers are not allowed to touch the cats or help just the Susan’s employee that come ONCE a day…. Animal control will be contacted in the morning.. not to mention these cats are exposed to customers through the bars of the cage and are stressed out and poked and yelled at by children and adults with no where to run to or hide. These cats deserve better and to be healthy, f y’all

Horrible customer service. I placed an order online and it showed all the products were in stock and available for pickup at the Nottingham MD location. I called the store to see if I was available to pick it up tonight since the store was closing in about an hour. The phone rang rang rang, no one answered. Finally a lady answered the phone and was like okay let me look and put me on hold for almost 10 minutes. Finally came back on the phone and was like hello? And she hung up on me. I called back and of course no one answered. Then I get a call a few minutes later same lady stating that the store didn’t have one of my products in stock. I was like um okay can you replace the item out of stock with a smaller bag equaling the amount I ordered.. yelling over the phone she rudely said no, you can come into the store and purchase the smaller bags. Um what?! Oh I refunded your card so you should get it back in 3-4 business days. Don’t you think you should have called me back first, maybe I could have used that money as a store credit to buy the smaller bag. Nope, she was like oh well. I was like well what about my coupon I used online.. oh you lost it too bad. I asked to speak to the manager and she rudely stated, I am the manager. The manager Jeana needs to take classes on how to talk to customers. Like I said worst customer service ever!! Pet supply plus lost my customer service. I used to buy my dog food from there.. never again. stay Away!!!

Absolutely shameful living conditions for their ferrets. They are soaked in urine and there is feces covering their cage. They have no bedding or litter boxes. This is inhumane treatment of these poor animals and a sign of pure neglect by the staff.

I've been using the dog wash for quite some time. Recently, there have been good changes. I was impressed to be given a basket with a brush, two micro fiber towels, and some smell good spray. There are new nozzles and hoses in the tubs, and all the shampoos were available. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to wash their pup.

Bella B made mine and my puppy 1st grooming experience very special. She updated me on everything that was going on. She gave my puppy her first cut and she looks beautiful!! 2 stars is generous but it's still a convenience that it's right down the street. Everytime I go in there I have to buy a different size bag of dog food and they never have the largest bag except the first time I ever went. It doesn't seem they know how to order properly. Also most of the staff does not seem well trained or able to handle the "work load". My last and final experience was 10 min ago when I was left abandoned at the cash register because the cashier became flustered and floated around the store trying to help people in the aisle while ringing me up. I waited while I watched her help one person and just as I thought she was coming back to me she bee lined into the next aisle and that's when I left my items and decided to go back to petsmart for now... get your store management turned around and I may return. Like I said it's close to home... that's about all it's got going for it.
