Love shoolpping here. It is a little pricey. The only complaint that I have is the freshness of the produce. I have on many occasions found the berries to be old, mushy or molded.

Mom's is great for all the hard-to-find organics & quality health & hygiene products you could possibly want. I believe this large store even had pet supplies. Perfectly clean, organized & helpful staff. This store seemed a bit larger than some others.

My first visit to Mom's organic market and I'm hooked. I love the overall atmosphere of the store. It's very relaxing with the soft music and wonderful fragrance from their incense and candle section. The variety of items is very impressive without being overwhelming. My most favorite feature of this market is their recycling options they offer (pictures included). I love that their focus is the well-being of our planet and the people that inhabit it.

I've been coming here for years. Good products, neatly organized store and free coffee. The staff used to be so nice and helpful, but lately I've encountered a number of rude cashiers. MOM's has really lost that warm and friendly atmosphere I've always loved. Sad :(

Most recent visits two 2weeks and 3 weeks ago. Staff seemed to have changed and not very friendly. Much of the produce seemed to have seen better days. Specifically, berries, tomatoes, and mushrooms.

I held Mom's organic market to a certain level of professionalism and customer service orientedness. Whether it was a pandemic or whatever was going on I always felt reassured that stores such as Mom's Organic market would still keep customer appreciation as a part of their model.I visited Mom's organic market in White Marsh a few days ago. It was a very lackluster visit. The customer service desk that hosts the coffees and food samples was not well versed on the products on display.I do rely on Mom's to provide samples because that helps me as a plant-based eater on what's trending and foods that I might not be aware of.I'll purchase. This customer service agent had no desire to check ✅So the fact that she didn't know whether the food she was sitting out was plant-based or not was just some I was like okay is she going to find out, No she didn't have a desire to find out. It was just oh I'm not sure.My favorite area of Mom's is the skin care and essential oil department. I will add there was someone there that worked there I believe her name was Jamie.She was very personable. She explained to me the samples that were available to me in the essential oil and skin care aisles.It even promoted me to purchasing some rose water that I had no intention on getting.I will say it went downhill, I went to the checkout I believe his name was Jaleel. I don't remember but he didn't greet, he didn't speak, therefore I asked for a manager.The manager was also in my opinion lackluster.I explained to him when did Mom's not greet their customers or just be personable and he went in to saying that something along the lines they don't ask hey how's your day going and I said simply saying hi how are you, Did you find everything you're looking for or Hi I can take you right here, that's just basic customer service.So the excuses he made for not being polite or not being cordial was not acceptable.So I asked for my money to be refunded. LYou know there's a certain level and certain standard that I have when I visit organic stores.There's a certain level of professionalism and customer service ethics that I uphold organic stores to.So for that reason I will not be patronizing any Mom's.I'm so disappointed a Whole Foods wasn't around.I'll just order online via Amazon.Jeff Bezos has just made it so easy for me not to have to tolerate terrible customer service.And this is pre-COVID that I've relied on online shopping or Whole Foods because I don't have to worry about the attitudes.But I've never would have expected to encounter nasty attitudes or standoffish customer service at Mom's until recent visits.So if you are willing to spend your dollars in inflation and get lackluster service go for it If not get your stuff online or go to another organic store that doesn't compromise customer service nor work ethic.

Love this market! Good prices, bountiful produce, great products, nice people... not necessarily in that order. Terrific vegan selections. Lots of bulk spices and dry goods to create some yummies. Always new stuff to check out. Their coffee roasts are my favorites 🙂

98% of this Store’s employees are Rude, ill-mannered & unprofessional. I honestly would not recommend this location unless you simply live close like I do. I tries my hardest not to have to interact with any of them. They should consider installing self-check out since the jerks come to work and not want too work!

This place is phenomenal! I go in for the herbs and supplements. The discounts are steep and they have a lot of variety, so if you're looking for a sale on an item, you can find it with so many competing brands. Best yet, Mom's has their own brand, so you can find deep discounts on their own manufactured items. I just wish this store was closer to home. I have to drive 30 minutes but I save so much money I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere.

I was in the store on 10/25, looking for Beetology juice, this was my second time at the store, they only had 4-bottles of the flavor that I like, so I asked the associate, did they have any in the back of store, so she did go and take a look. GUESS WHAT, she-(Melissa G), found two cases for me, she also told me if I needed more to call the store ahead and they will hold for me. Thank You Melissa

Very rude and unprofessional service by cashier named Jaleel B(as on my receipt Receipt - 598722-01) I have been shopping here for more than 3 years and never experienced anything like this before. Also, he did not add credit for bringing my old bags to carry my groceries and when I asked him about it he told me to go to the helpdesk to get it. I will never shop here again!! :-(

The store is always clean and very inviting. Great customer service and product variety.I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because of two reasons in particular:1. The mask sign outside and other signs inside is a bit obnoxious and emits a low vibrational frequency. Feels like a probation office.2. I appreciate the bag credit. I brought in 2 bags to resuse, but the associate who rung me up just stood there and let me bag my own items. I feel like the associate should bag items whether you bring a bag or not.It had a weird feeling. Her just standing there with her hand folded.Overall, great store. Just offering some areas of improvement.

Love the grind-it-yourself peanut butter and large selection of dairy free and gluten free products. I like many of the Mom's brand products and love the fact that they sell goods produced by a lot of local farms and some local artisans. But I only give it 4 stars because it's too pricey to do all of my grocery shopping here.

Great selection for vegans or people with dietary restrictions! The meat and produce are also really high quality. They're doing an excellent job of sanitizing everything and keeping people socially distant, plus they have wider aisles than most stores so it never feels crowded. Love this place!

This store is amazing! I was once hanging out there with a friend and Mom's stole heart with offering free coffee, bread and jelly, as well as availability of huge selections of organic products. Not only do they have a regular style, but the have make yourself peanut butter, miss rice, tofu and Ethiopian dip - things that you won't find anywhere else. Not to mention, they care about environment (6 different types of trashcans) and their employees (some payment towards the electric cars).

Like all Moms, this one is a great place to the best quality produce and fresh groceries around.All the fruits and vegetables are organic, plus you can usually find some exotic fruits too. You won’t find out of season produce, which to me is great, because you know that what you’re getting is in season and the healthiest for you.The staff is always extremely helpful and kind, and can usually answer any question you have.When it comes to prices, you’re not going to get two for $.60 lettuce, but it’s not going to break the bank like a Whole Foods.
