Love this story You can always find little knick-knacks that usually aren't too expensive.If you love candy they got a crazy big assortment of that but that's something I need to stay away from.Even though it's $5 you still walk out spending some money since they got so many cool things.

I had an ok experience. I found some decent items for my daughter's advent calendar so that decent. The 10 for $1 candy was not stocked and there were no bags to fill with candy. I also am confused about the registers being closed (ALL of them) I can only assume it's because of theft. I've gone to 5 and below for years and I've never seen this. Unfortunately, the increase in prices in stores such as 5 and below, which the name itself speaks, volume is becoming more expensive, and I guess people are stealing. When the store made sense and it was actually purposes 5 and below, prices reflected that they didn't have issues with this. I dont think anyone should steal, and I am not in any way saying people should. I just made an observation. I typically leave reviews for restaurants not stores so I should stick to that 😊

I usually have a great experience at this Five below. But today, I came in with a friend and we were browsing like usually when my friend picked up this toy chicken. We were holding it for a while debating if we should purchase it because it’s a fun toy. My friend and I ended up putting it down on a random shelf and went to browse at other objects. Then this older black lady who worked there exclaimed “WHERES MY CHICKEN!!?!”. My friend and I confused if she was talking to us, we proceeded to turn around and politely ask to repeat herself. she then repeated “WHERES MY CHICKEN!?” but in a louder and meaner tone. I then went to show her where I placed it. She then proceeded to aggressively snatch it from my friend’s hand. She rolled her eyes then walked away to put it in her cart. My friend and I decided to leave the store because we were high uncomfortable after that interaction. We felt profiled and it felt like she assumed we stole due to us being two POC (people of color) minors. We were nothing but respectful and I don’t know why she approached us in such a rude manner. It makes me uncomfortable to come back.

This location does not seem as organized as others. The shelves were barely stocked and the entire place just looked out of order. I was unable to find something that I normally purchase here so that was interesting as well.

I had a brand new, untouched gift card. The reader said it could not read the card. The guy behind the register (who had me give him a grade/score BEFORE the transaction was over) insisted there was no way to see if there was money on the card. We only went there because we had a gift card. All in all, it only cost me $26.50, but it is safe to say that I will not spend another dime there.

Always clean and organized. Only 1 register and one self checkout was open which caused some confusion and disorganization. But other then that absolutely love this store! Been coming over for over 9 years

This location has more to offer.Items are priced $1-5Recently a $5 beyond section was added.A little bit of everything here.Toys, Shirts , Makeup ,Candy, Electronics.It's a pretty big store. Very Clean inside.

Five below always has the best prices for your buck and the items you buy are never cheap. I love going to this store and the employees are always helpful and inviting. I have never had a bad experience with anything I have visited. The only bad complaint is I buy more than what I came in to get but hey that's still a good thing in a way lol.

Always fund some fun stuff here. A great place to pick up toys or other random goodies on a budget. Don't expect maximum quality but you are sure to find something interesting here! Service has always been kind and helpful.

The store pretty much man's itself. The invasion of the self check out. You walk in ...it is like is anybody home. You browse around for awhile. My kids love this store. And they are not limited they have everything here for any occasion. I love that they have decor for bedrooms also. Each time i go here i wind up spending at least 50. Because they have so much neat things here. And once your ready to check out you don't have to wait long because there is always enough cashiers to handle the customers.

While shopping for our family secret santa exchange, the staff actually helped us to avoid seeing each other's gifts. On another occasion the store was closing and the staff was very polite at handling the fact that I was still there. They actually offered help twice before I figured out that the store had closed. Additionally, since I had been panic shopping anticipating pandemic closings, when I realized I had too much stuff, the girl very kindly helped me collect things that I needed to leave behind and was very sweet. Additionally I've noticed that they work very hard to keep their store tidy. I watched girls furiously refolding t-shirts and tidying as I went through the store.

I always loved taking my grandchildren to FiveBelow, everything for $5 and below was perfect for my budget but yesterday that changed when we got home and I was going over my receipt where three of the items were above $5. One was $5.55 another $5.75 and the last one $5.95, I’m calling corporate in the morning to report these items because I shouldn’t have to constantly go over my receipts each time just to see if I’m being ripped off. It’s bad enough that everything in the store is shipped from China but my grandkids love the store so I allow it occasionally but not anymore.

I love this store. Most things are $5 and a few are less. For $5 you can get art supplies, books, journals, makeup brushes, adorable plush slippers, stuffed animals, soft blankets, headphones, chargers, toys, pet supplies including pet beds, and so much more. You can take a child there for a treat and get them quite a bit fairly cheaply.We went this evening and a young blonde man rang us up. He was so very pleasant, and that is always an added bonus.

The stores have all done a layout change but it looks good. The addition of self checkout was kind of a bummer as I used to like to chat with the staff, but does flow pretty well.

Could use a bit of cleaning. Very friendly people work the front check out. I love the 25 cent reusable bags. I use their bags everywhere and they hold up forever

Tried to purchase cell phone case. Young lady with animal one piece could not help due to no one in front to edit on customers. I understand that. But Danya I believe was her name with head band, glasses and long braids would not get off cell to assist with purchase. Poor customer service on her. I’ll never this store again and if I could have given a -0 I would have. I’ll never visit this store again. New to area and pass the world around. Dont patronize. 12/1/2021approx 11am

Great place to come for Books. Also a great place for teens and kids to shop. But the majority of the things are $5.00 and not Below....so beware of those prices. Similar items are sold at the Dollar Stores for $1.00. I love their educational books

Store very organized. The associate I asked a question was friendly and helpful. 3 stars because the cashier dropped the chalk bucket in the bag ON TOP of the candies I bought for Easter, which were breakable. I said something and she did apologize but damage was done.

Love the place. Not just the average run of the mill “dollar store”. Got some good stuff cheap. Great place for iPhone and other types of phone accessories. No joke! Look for one in your area!

This Five Below was clean, well-stocked and the staff was friendly. There is a refrigerated section with reasonably priced beverages and I purchased a water for 59 cents. I would recommend shopping at this location.

Been here multiple times and it was all good, people were nice and all. I decided to come when they first opened to try to get my hands on a few squishmallows. I’ve been waiting out in the cold for 30 minutes for someone to come and unlock the door. Please try to arrive on time, there’s 8 cars sitting in the parking lot waiting.
