I had a 90 day prescription filled at the beginning of January. The pharmacist told me that he didn’t have 90 pills at the time but had 30. He stated that he would call me as soon as more came in to complete my prescription. Just short of 30 (I’m now down to 2 pills left) days I received a text message stating that my prescription was unable to be refilled. When I went in, the pharmacists showed me a picture of some pills laid out on the counter and state that I was given 90 pills. I told her that this didn’t prove that this is what I received. I went on further to say that I wouldn’t come all this way with a made up situation. She gave me 5 pills and told me to see my physician. Medication is being stolen here so don’t fall for this line if you go there. Get something in writing, count your pills at the counter and/or take pictures. Also be sure to get the name of the pharmacist. No one can be trusted anymore 😡.

If I could give zero stars I would! This CVS is terrible! Every time I get a prescription filled I always have to call because the price is wrong! It’s like they don’t even run it through my insurance until I call. I should not have to call every time I get something filled because they don’t know how to do their jobs. I wish my insurance would let me use another pharmacy besides CVS!

They close at 6:00 pm I arrived at 6:00 on the dot, I just had to pick up a prescription for my wife , and the pharmacist didn’t allow me to , because they were closed , they had plenty of employees, the window was still open , I know it’s annoying sometimes to serve that last person that barely made it, but it’s all about customer service , it would take them less than a minute to make a customer happy, but instead the pharmacist didn’t care, and said no.So sad to see that this location is not what it used to be , and it shows in the reviews.

Literally the WORST CVS I've been at. I waited 20 mins in line for my appointment at the minute clinic, just to be informed that I was standing in the pharmacy line next to it and my appointment was cancelled. I then had to wait an additional 2 hours for the next appointment. Super annoying. You guys should have signs and also a courtesy call before just cancelling my appointment. I will not return and I will be informing my family and friends to do the same.

I switched to this pharmacy after a horrible experience with another cvs in Essex. These people are extremely pleasant to deal with and always have my prescriptions ready on time. They have even filled them a few hours early since I was already in the area but live pretty far out the way. There customer service is awesome.

Rather annoying experience. I took my child to the minute clinic and they gave her prescription and sent it out to the pharmacy in Target. Waited 5-10 minutes then went up to see if it was ready. It was not and I was told it would be about 15 minutes. So I killed 15 minutes walking around Target (even though I surprisingly didn't need anything). Went back to check on it and was told they didn't have it. Which I found annoying they didn't tell me originally. But ok so they didn't know the first time. She told me she would transfer the prescription to another CVS. I specifically asked if she could send it asap because I was working from home and needed to get back home (they weren't busy with a line as I was the only customer). She said she just sent it over as we were talking. I had to run home before going to the other CVS. Since there was still no text that it was ready I decided to call them. Apparently she never transferred it, SHOCKER, by this point it has been an hour and a half. I always use CVS as my pharmacy and have never had any issues. The prescriptions are always ready within a few mins (I usually don't even make the 10 min drive from the doctor to the pharmacy without getting a call or text it is ready) and if they have ever transferred one it was a smooth process. So I find it annoying that this person didn't even bother to transfer the prescription even though she told me already did it. My daughter has pink eye so of course I want to get the medicine in her system asap. Luckily I called the pharmacy to see if they received the transfer or else I'm guessing it would have never been sent over. I just wish I wouldn't have waited an hour before I called them.Considering every other time I have used any other CVS pharmacy everything has been quick and easy, I will not use this CVS pharmacy in Target anymore.

The staff at this CVS are always so friendly and helpful. Between all of us in our family, we have over a half dozen prescriptions we need filled every month, all at different times. Every pharmacy tech that’s helped me has been extremely patient and wonderful.

The pharmacists seem competent, but the pharmacy assistants (whatever you call the people at the counter you have to deal with) are almost criminally stupid. I have a pretty straight forward set up when it comes to what I have to pick up every month, yet there ALWAYS seems to be some issue with one of the three medicines I get....But never the same medicine! Also, I have my meds set up on the auto refill plan. All three. They should be ready at the same time each month. They never are. Lastly, I had a med change thanks to my comparably bad insurance. The pharmacy assistant calls to tell me they don't have that new (new to me-but it's been around for years and it's in no way uncommon) medicine.I say, "well check to see how much my copay on it will be". She says, "but I told you we don't have that drug".I tell her, "step one: find it in your computer and see if my insurance covers it and if so, how much it will cost me. Then, step two: ORDER THE DRUG. YOU CAN DO THAT." She's like, "Oh. Hold on a minute" and give minutes later the problem is solved. These people either don't care or are negligible.

Waited in line of 8 people for 30 minutes to pick up a ready prescription. Two people working, one person providing service, the pharmacist was on the phone the entire time. Did not say a word to a customer. Will never come here again. I will take the longer drive to a pharmacy that has better customer service.

Called the closest cvs and they told me to pick up at my old cvs and to have them call my PCP to refill one prescription.When I called here they said it is filled at another cvs do you want to transfer it here? Oh I see one prescription needs to be refilled do you want me to contact the doctor for a refill?That is customer service and beyond appreciated!! I come to get it I was in and out in two minutes! Thank you for making my day and so happy to have a great pharmacy!!!

I'd rather give a 4 1/2 rather than a regular 4.Picked up my usual prescription and was told it changed to a different generic type. I don't trust other types of my prescription because it screws me over. So I ask the clerk Arin (Not sure of the spelling of his name but I did ask so I could name him) when my normal pills would be in. Took a couple minutes but he comes back with my regular prescription and he told me that they had just gotten it that morning.SO SHOUT OUT TO ARIN FOR GETTING ME MY RIGHT PILLS YOU ARE THE BEST!!!But the reason I didn't give a total of 5 stars is because many times my pills have been changed without my knowledge and I would greatly appreciate a heads up before I pickup rather than making the trip only to find out it's different

I have been using this pharmacy for a few months now and each time I go the staff is rude and not helpful. Consistently filling my prescription incorrectly and when asked questions, they respond with an attitude and joke about it behind the corner.

My scripts are always messed up. There is always a mistake of some kind that must be figured out. They have lost prescriptions (the pharmacists never put it in the basket, she had a question), couldn't fill it although it was in stock because stock numbers don't match... today, the online CVS system doesn't talk to their system so they didn't receive my refills from last week. Oh and by the way, the medicine I need is no longer made by the distributor they use!

First time I used this pharmacy for refills. Tara was very nice at the front desk and my refills were ready when I got there, per my text I received when they were filled. Both were correct the first time and I was in and out in ten minutes. I'll be back for sure!

I took my son here for a vaccination and he was extremely upset. The Pharmecist was very compassionate with my son. It was nice to have someone who cares to help in this kind of situation.

Called in the morning to check whether my prescription was in stock and was told that it was. Came after work, had to wait for 20 mins and was told that they don't have my prescription in stock! She said they will order it for me but I will have to come again tomorrow and wait in the line again to get it. Very dissatisfied.

This is a wonderful location! My 11 year old son needed a Covid test and Ms. ISHANZAI BEHISHTA was great with him. She made him very comfortable, was very friendly and knowledgeable.

What a backwards organization. Coming for a health screening and can not get a vaccination at the same time. What a waste of customer's time. Why not service all needs at once instead of asking someone to return and waste gas and time.

Pharmacy lady that takes the prescription was very rude and did not want to help me at all. Very ignorant when answering my questions and then completely ignored me and went to the next customer. I will never fill another prescription with them again.

I hate this cvs the only reason I still use it is because it’s in target and lots of times 1 need some groceries too. They are so slow, incompetent and lazy. ONE man that works there a actually does his job. It’s starting to become some frustrating to get stuff or call I’m going to switch pharmacies. Would give 0 stars if I could.
