Wow! Beyond satisfied! Our pool has been having major copper and phosphate issues and Brendon was so helpful and patient. He actually called the owner and both of them came up with a plan to get us back on track. We told them we have been spending hundreds of dollars on chemicals so they actually gave us some supplies for free. Yes, I said free!! What business does that in this day and age? Thanks a million to Brendon and the owner Jason for making our day. Greatest pool store around for above or in-ground pools.

Great experience several manufacturers defects in the supply lines and sand filter tank thanks to Jason and his team for working out the details and getting a quick replacement this was not a sales problem would definitely recommend them base on great customer service this week with my new pool.

I purchased a new salt pool complete with a heater this summer which was installed by the contractor highly recommended by Clearwater. They were unable to install the heater as they did not have long enough hoses. The folks at Clearwater informed us that we could just come in on another day to pick them up. We recently made a special trip to Clearwater to pick them up and replace another hose that was leaking. The heater was hooked up and began profusely leaking water from underneath the heater. We called Clearwater explained everything and they came out and fixed it. NOW they are attempting to charge me $150 for labor of a service call. While speaking to the sales manager he stated it was a warranty call even though it was delivered to us in this state!!!The manager was curt and rude only stating that if they had to come out it was a service call charge of $150. I spent thousands of dollars on this pool and all the additional equipment and yet still they want to charge me to fix something that came to me broken?? The heater was not hooked up the day of delivery through no fault of mine!!! It’s the principle here - this is wrong and very POOR customer service!!!

I had a pool installed in March 2021. I’ve had a great experience with this store. As with nearly every new pool owner I’ve struggled with getting this pool open this year and I’ve been very pleased with how patience and the guidance this store has given me. The staff are always friendly including the dogs lol… They’ve even followed up with me after store hours through text and made sure everything is okay. It feels good to have a store that does this. Thanks Clearwater pool!

Have a leak in my Spa. The folks from Clearwater identified the leak quickly and even though they did not have the materials on their truck to fix a polyethylene Spa shell they offered to come back and fix it when the patch kit materials are delivered to my home. Polyethylene Spa shells are not standard and the patch kit need to be ordered. Highly satisfied with their diagnosis of the problem and the solution is soon to be implemented.

Let me start by saying. So much better all the way around from ABC Pools. Corey and the staff are welcoming and professional!!!!He is now our go to for pool needs. "Love New Liner"He has been honest and helpful never too busy to answer our questions or assist us in getting our pool needs met. From new liners to elephant pad, foam liner padding etc. Suggestions for contractors and even suggestions on who may be available to tank water to our pool. Now our first choice for pool needs THANK YOU Corey and Clearwater Pool and Spa!!!! You make owning a pool a lot more enjoyable!!!!!!

Update:Our adventures took us to the Bel-Air location where Jason H. saved the day. 3 weeks after the fact he still remembered the details of my pool and pool parts. He was able to help us with selecting a new filter and suggesting a pool robot. I look forward to Clearwater installing the filter. Although our experience wasn’t the best at the first location I greatly appreciate Jason H. and Jason the owner taking the time to make things right!After waiting nearly an hour to be helped while watching everyone else around us be serviced after being told several times the service person would be right with us we decided to leave and go spend our money elsewhere! The pool inspector was wonderful.

I stopped in this établissement, I was very disappointed, I went to the service & parts area and the person working was sitting on his stool,seemed like he didn't want to be bothered he put no effort at all to help me! ABC pools was the prior store,I wished they were still there,excellent staff & helped with all your needs. There are other pool & spa places and I attend to do my business ees where!

The people here are beyond helpful, and the prices are not bad either!!! They give you free water testing as well. It's big and really nice inside. Vast difference from what ABC pools used to be. Glad Clearwater is here instead!

Went in with check ready to buy pool, sales person, Debby was too busy shooting the breeze with friends too acknowledge us. Waited for over a half hour only for her to begin to help new customers who came after us, even after I told her we had been waiting, even the new customers told her we had been waiting before them. This place is way too expensive and also is too out of the way. My pool had a leaking hose because of a crack and i went in to get a new one that would fit my current fittings on the pool and filter and they said they didn't have any, and they told us we would need to buy new fittings and a new hose. All that meant i would have to empty half of my pool, cut the fittings out and spend a day putting it on. They said they don't make that size anymore. I went to the next block by the BJ's to Eslie's and found the exact size hose and ended up getting a new hose and chlorine tablets for the same price as the fittings and hose they were trying to sell me. i installed the hose in 15 min and went back to my day. It is better to look on Amazon than go here.
