Took my Aunt there to get her dogs nails trimmed, we were in and out in 15 minutes, they were very nice and talkative, he stopped what he was doing and took the dog. The process took maybe 5 minutes and there were no issues with the dog. Will recommend to others.

Awesome staff!! Our pocket bully is very lovable but really dislikes his nails being done! All the girls were great, including one of their little sons helped keep our young guy calm. Considering his excitement, it was still a quick process. All in all, highly recommend!!

I was recommended to come here by a family member and my hair stylist, & I was not disappointed!!!Every employee I have had an interaction with has been SO friendly and caring for my 2 toy poodles!Both of my babies have had their nails trimmed/filed in the past month, and the ladies took such great care to ensure they were comforted while on the table (my babies are little chickens & hate getting their nails done).They charge a very reasonable price that allows you to still treat your pup after the groomers!Thank you Puppy Love <3 Nugget and Hunny love you

Before COVID hit I would take my semi-reactive cockapoo to PetSmart, which was great and all. Elliott is a bit reactive to both dogs and people, when our favorite groomer left - right after COVID hit - I was stumped on where to go because of his reactivity. For the last 3 years, I have been grooming Elliott myself, now I am not a professional, but managed to get the job done.A couple of weeks ago, I decided it would be nice for him to get professionally groomed again and I came across Puppy Love. After talking to Zach on the phone and talking about Elliott - age, breed, and his reactivity. Zach assured me that Elliott would be in great hands. Since Elliott seems to be less reactive to women, he was groomed by Chelsea. Let me just say, Chelsea is amazing. She is so sweet, compassionate, and cares about each and every dog as if they were her own.Since it had been 3 years from Elliott's last groom, I was nervous to say the least. I dropped him off at 1 pm, it took almost 4 hours for him to be fully done, which is not a bad thing at all. Chelsea listened to everything I wanted with Elliott and even took the time to get to know him. By the end of the groom - when I went to pick him up - he was wagging his tail at Chelsea, Zach, and another gentleman (I didn't catch his name). I will definitely be coming back for another groom with Chelsea. Thank you to all the Puppy Love staff for loving my boy as if he was their own.Here's a before and after

My wife and I always come here to get our Australian Shepherd groomed. We usually go to Jamie but everyone has been wonderful! The pricing is extremely reasonable for what you get, and our baby always comes back looking like a show dog!

Very happy with our experience here- happened to be in town on vacation and our golden swam for 3 days in a row. Desperately needed a good wash and a cut and they were willing to squeeze her in.They were very fast and cut her the perfect amount. Highly recommend this groomer!

Absolutely loved it. I took my dog in to get her nails cut. They were friendly, and professional. My black lab Missy has real sensitive paws and doesn't just let people touch them or get close without flinching or pulling away, but Missy felt comfortable. They were gentle, caring, and let missy get comfortable at her own pace. We will definitely be back.

In summary, they were amazing! We took our puppy there for his first ever grooming appointment and the groomer, Chelsea I believe, was welcoming and kind as soon as we walked, and did an amazing job cleaning him up. We’re definitely going back and would absolutely recommend them!

This review is not about the grooming results since we never got to receive services. I am reviewing so that others are aware that some dogs may not be able to handle the stress in waiting before or after care. I was very fortunate to get an appointment during the holidays and was really looking forward to our puppy being groomed. He had just spent over 2 weeks recovering from surgery and really needed a good bath and trim. I drove over an hour and was messaged to come get him because they couldn’t get him out of the crate. I had to go all the way back to retrieve my ungroomed puppy. I found him shaking and trembling next to several extremely loud dryers in a wall of crates in the back. He was absolutely terrified.

Zach the owner was amazing. Have a pitbull, and have had some nightmare experiences with nail trimmings before. Not an aggressive pup, but strong, he hate's nail trimming and pulls away constantly. Zach was very cool, calm, and collected the entire time. Pup even gave him a kiss when he was done. Super fast, friendly service. 10/10 would recommend, and will be back.

I have three dogs and as you can imagine a lot of hair comes from those animals. They all loved roll in the dirt. Two of my dogs are rescues and had a very rough start in life. They were severely abused. They both adore Zach and the rest of his staff. They get so excited when they go and are jumping and clawing to get into the front door. All three of my babies come home looking fantastic and smelling wonderful. Highly recommended groomers.

Our German Shepard is a BIG BABY when it come to leaving me. Puppy Love staff are caring and considerate, not just to our fur babies, but us humans as well. I have tried other local groomers, but no more. We love Puppy Love! McDonalds is across the road which makes for a nice treat after a dog spa day!!

Watching an employee drag by force my dog back is wholly unacceptable. She didn’t even attempt to give him voice commands or prompts to encourage him to follow her back. Unfortunately this is the second time in a row of visits that I have witnessed this. My dog is a senior golden retriever. He will literally do anything you tell him with the proper input (voice commands), and this is the technique this place chooses to employ. Disgusting behavior to witness.

Very good Team!! Zach was great and always friendly, able to work around my schedule and keep our dogs until I got there from work. The young groomers are always going above and beyond what I ask. My dogs are small but have a lot of seasonal short hair that needs deshedding. I have taken them to many places, only to be disappointed by the other groomers doing a so-so job, but NOT here at Puppy Love, they do more than expected and use a vacuum and Much combing to get it right!!!! Thank YOU---- GREAT prices too!!!Love this Place and just minutes from my Home :-)

First time taking our Corgi named Gatsby to a groomer. Typically we take care of it all at home but with balancing work and a kid, his hygiene is slightly lacking. He is not abused/neglected or filthy by any means just needed a good bath and trimming as well as a nail trim. Called and got in quick and dropped him off. Was told they would call when he is ready. 2 hours later he is ready to go, looking and smelling as fresh as can be. He is a slightly nervous non aggressive dog so it always worries me leaving him in the care of others. Everyone here did a great job with and we will definitely be back.

I love the staff at Puppy Love. They take care of my furbabies as though they were their furbabies. They always show the dogs tenderness and patience especially with my little grumpy old man(15yr old Japanese chin-who loves Chelsea). Always friendly and polite. I highly recommend Zac and his staff to take care of your furbabies grooming needs.

We have a Golden Retriever who is difficult and we had several groomers ask us not to bring her back. The staff at Puppy Love was wonderful, friendly and personable. Our girl looks great and they even invited us back. Recommend them 120%.

I have taken my dog here several times over the past year, and each time he has had a great groom. I have taken him a couple other places and they were ok, but the groom was not great. I used to be a groomer and I was a little disappointed at most of the grooms my dog was receiving. Here he came out perfect. Exactly what I asked for. He seemed to like it, and they were so fast. He was ready in a couple hours, which was great. They are about $10-20 more than most places around, but worth it.

I took my two very energetic beagles to get their nails clipped and an anal gland expression for just one of them, and I couldn't be happier! The groomers were so kind and gentle with my very nervous pups, and they did such a great job. Will definitely be back, thank you!!!
