Just went here this week, there was a ball python with clear signs of mouth rot as shown in the images. He was gasping for air as if he was struggling to breathe. They also were keeping multiple ball pythons together in the same enclosure. Same thing with crested geckos with some being much larger than the others which is dangerous. Rest of store was decent however the reptile care was lacking servely.

Sorry i was only here at midnight to steal wifi after i left walmart but it turned out my phone just was acting up not the wifis! But did you have some good doll clothes and some cheap cheaper items then PetSmart. Some stuff there is this outrageous with your search for dogs for animals. More expensive to have a pet then it is to be a person

Took my pup for an outing after a year of being lost without my other....it was a bit warm outside but nice inside and I think we both needed it! Staff was super friendly and helpful and just let her explore....I don't think she was as amused once we started tried on costumes....but made our day a tad more manageable....and she absolutely loved the goodies we came home with!

Came to get more pet rats and I know rats from pet stores aren’t the greatest but the associate helping me grabbed them by their tails, which can severely injure their spines. Poor babies. I wish people could be trained more on how to handle the animals, they are living beings. There was also a hamster in clear distress.Besides that, whoever checked us out was so friendly and nice and there was a great selection of things I needed.

Nice store for getting food and supplies for our kitties. They have occasional sales on the things we need and the online pickup process is very convenient.

I have two Chihuahuas, both are sweet and loving. But my male is very particular of who he warms up to. The staff here are patient and caring. We have had great experiences. We go for nail trim and buffing. We are in and out in 30 mins. The prices are fair and the place is clean. The only negative is I can't make an appointment at the same time for two pets, online. And I can't ever get through on the phone and no one calls me back. I usually make the 45 min drive to schedule the appointment. Lola and Diablo appreciate the care these groomers show!

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I also like the fact that this Petco has more choices for my pets than a general store such as a Walmart or a grocery store. I feel I can really focus on their needs there.

The groomer that worked with my pup did such a good job at putting him at ease that he came out happy and smiling. He smelled amazing and his fur is super shiny and soft. He’s a shorthair pup so we just get the bath package.

Old store, poor product selection & they shouldn't be allowed to sell live animals. ALL of their reptiles are on sand substrate & their birds are in small enclosures, over priced & suffering in that environment 😢

I have been bringing our American bulldog, Violet, here for a few months for grooming and am extremely impressed! We always see Avery- she takes her time with Violet, as she is an older dog, and makes sure she is always comfortable. all of the staff their are very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Petco is an affordable local option. I much prefer going to Petco than treking to the other large pet brand. I trust Petco's products more than I trust Amazon and it's faster than the other large online pet seller. There are always plenty of team members and the product variety is great.

Grooming is closed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday - the times on Google are wrong and should be fixed.Love Petco grooming! They quickly trim my dog's nails and can get them shorter than another other groomer I have tried.

I was surprised how great my dog looked. Unlike the previous place that I took my dog too this place didn't cut her ear now did they shave my baby too close.The other place have my dogs razor burn.I'll be going here from now on.

First visit to this store. I got almost everything I needed in one trip. Jen was super helpful in finding what I needed. Went the extra mile to explain the grooming pkgs and vet support the company offers. Great service, very helpful. Animal cages were clean, which is important to me. The store itself was clean, they were activelysweeping the store when I arrived. Over all a great experience at a new store.

May just be me, but this place always feels kinda dark and almost gloomy. Idk. Also- I feel like everytime I come in for snake food they don't have the size I need (large mice) and I end up going to PetSmart instead the next day
