From start to finish, I was very pleased with the customer service and how they handled my Ragdoll. I'll definitely go back for the bath and blowout. I'll skip the "booty" shape up LOL! His goodies were shaved a bit low for both of us

Whoever gave them five stars it’s lies.I’ve just taken my doodle the first timeFor a grooming and they have butchered my dog and they didn’t even Wash him.They cut his skin, the cut is unevenThey cut off his eye lashesChopped his coat and did not do what I requested I am livid.He has cuts all over his bodyThey cut his nails down to the quickThey cut his eyes.I’m reporting them to the state of MDThis is absolutely NOT ACCEPTABLEI told them not to cut too low as we have just relocated from a hot climate.UPDATE: As I continue to look over my dog, there are more and more areas that they literally scalped my dog. Underneath his ears they literally shaved him BALD.His eye has a small cut near the corner, they chopped underneath his belly, his private area has more cuts and nicks.I am absolutely Furious.They have traumatized my dog, he would not eat yesterday and laid curled in a ball. He NEVER DOES THIS.I would absolutely NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACEI HAVE notified my Vet, who is requesting to see my dog as the pictures I sent, they are worried the tools Sudsy mutt uses may not be sterile.My Groomer in Hawaii, is as she said Horrified that someone would do this to my dog and agreed these people should be reported to the State. Her professional opinion is that whomever did this is untrained, negligent and careless.I am beyond disgusted.If you need to see pictures I’m happy to share them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE

They do a great job with our fur babies. Our German Shepherd needs her blow out every quarter and our miniature schnauzer needs his grooming every 5 weeks. Highly recommend!

This place rocks! We have taken our 2 dogs here since we moved to the area, and we are always impressed with the quality of service, easy scheduling, and very friendly staff. Our pups always return shiny and smelling great, happy as can be, and without that dense undercoat that is so hard to brush out (one of them is a German Shepard mix). It's clear in their demeanor and excellent service that the groomers love what they do and the community they serve. We will be lifelong customers!

Love, love, love Ms. Nichole. We have been going there for years. She is so patient and gentle and understanding with both of my very senior and arthritic dogs. She goes out of her way to make sure they are as comfortable as possible when giving their baths and trimming their nails. And she always has the best toys available as one of my dogs likes to shop when she is done. Highly, highly recommend Ms. Nichole at Sudsy Mutt!! Would give her 100 stars if I could.

The owner/groomer was very patient and understanding of my rescue dog's anxiety associated with motors and loud noise. She was able to get him groomed in record time despite his resistant behavior. It was a very productive groom!

Sudsy Mutt is the ONLY place I’ll take my dog now. Our fur baby is 100 lbs of energy and gets overwhelmed around other dogs, but Nicole does 1:1 with him so he feels at ease. She exceeded our expectations! Shadow (our dog) comes home squeaky clean and with a huge smile on his face after going to Sudsy Mutt.

I have taken my Yorkiepoo to Nicole 3x and always satisfied. She listens to what you want and asks to clarify. I took Simba there on 11/06/18 and despite being a lil late, she took him in and he was ready less than 2 hours! Very pleased and satisfied!
