I never have issues at this pharmacy. Quick service. Never have a delay in getting my meds even though there's almost ALWAYS a national shortage, somehow it's always in stock. ALL of the staff is friendly. Donnell is the absolute sweetest and I only go inside to see him instead of using the drive thru.

I will do my best to not use CVS in the future. Medication is overprice by a lot. Is a shame they take advantage of people instead of making it affordable

This place has to train better their employees they can even print a photo. The problem is not the people working there its the lack of tools. I had a photo that was supposedly ready when i get there it was not and i would have to wait for 11 other orders to print before mine was ready. This guy does not even know how to work the computer and gets mad at me because i because i asked for my photos.They have to train better their employees.

Everyone here has always been a complete sweetheart, and does their best to help me find what I need at the most affordable price. They have answered all of my questions about medication patiently. I appreciate their advice and positive attitudes; on some of my hardest days they have honestly turned my mood around with their kindness. As someone with mobility issues, they’ve made the store easily navigable. When I need help reaching something, they’re there to assist me. There are even public restrooms- AND they’re handicap accessible! This is a necessity that most other pharmacies unfortunately don’t offer. I’m very grateful for this awesome team of pharmacists, techs, and other great employees. Thank y’all for making a trip that’s usually stressful so much easier for me. 💜🌻🐝💜

We were told the prescription our 5 year-old grandchild needed was not in stock. The "teller" said they would call the doctor to suggest an alternative. After a 3 hour wait, we called the doctor and he said no call was made. We will try another CVS a few miles away. Upon reviewing some of the complaints, I could see why this location should be investigated before they may suffer justifiable lawsuits.

Very irresponsible pharmacy, they file claims to your insurance without you picking up the medication or refilling the medication. They gave me wrong medication which they initially told my doctor they are not covered by my insurance and changed the medication. But they part of my medication (needles) are covered and they gave it to me thought it is not use to me and claimed it from my insurance and took payment from me. When i called back and asked for why they gave them to me even thought i have no use with those. They are responding very harshly. It’s the matter of patient’s health and responsibility not just sitting. I don’t suggest going there be careful

The pharmacy staff here are always run off their feet, but still do a great job with customer service. I would like to note the extra effort the store manager (Trey I believe) went through for me today though. I lost a receipt that I need to submit for payment and he went above and beyond to search through the system and find it for me. All with a smile on his face and a very pleasant attitude. Thank you so much!

This CVS does not fill your prescription until you physically get to the pharmacy to pick up. When the doctor sends it in they sit on it until you arrive and then begin the filling process. Basically you have to wait as if you were walking in with a hand written RX. This is unacceptable and this happens every single time I go to pick up a prescription.?

I hardly post reviews, but I just can't help it this time. This CVS is awful, and I too, have always used CVS Pharmacy, I would have considered it the gold standard until the New Market location opened. This pharmacy is slow, and they fill the wrong scrips. My daughters had prescriptions filled and they were dosed improperly, thankfully I caught it and I called the doctor. The doc said that it could have hurt the kids if I had actually administered the dosage prescribed by the pharmacy. Not to mention, their is no in house pharmacist, it's always a floater, so you have zero consistency. Meds are never ready, they are open off hours an closed unexpectedly, it's just terrible, and such a disservice to the town. I hope CVS takes notice that this pharmacy is failing big time.

I have always used CVS and even worked there many years ago. I have never had a problem except for the New Market CVS pharmacy. Today will be the third time that I have had a doctor call in a prescription and it not be ready after waiting at least an hour and half all 3 times. Today they told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I went to get it 3 hours later and it's still not ready. My husband has had too many horrible experiences and has already switched to a new pharmacy so today will be the last day for myself and children. Also note that we just moved and have only been using the New Market pharmacy for 6 months and have had that many problems. I love the drive thru but I will give that up!

This Pharmacy is the absolute worst place to have your medicine refilled. No customer service, all attitude, plus the talk about your private medications for the entire store to hear. Use private pharmacies, this place is the absolute worst.

Horrible service. Never have my meds ready and continually do things to prevent me from getting them by filling at the wrong times and now they ha a completely screwed up my meds. The pharmacist and all the workers there need to be switched out. Horrible horrible I couldn’t say it more.

Pharmacy dropped the ball faxing a request over to my doctor so I've been stuck waiting over a week for a refil. Good thing it's not heart medicine. 0/10 👎
