I was greeted by this tall gentleman who goes by the name Timothy. He was so polite and kind and helped me with my order when I was confused. The food was out quickly by one of the managers Andy and it was fresh and delicious. Very kind staff and I will be coming back

There is a Manager named Dee who is just wonderful and so kind.She takes the time to help you and is always in a positive mood. She has wonderful energy and good manners. She always says “good morning “ when I walk in and asks “how are you today?”.If there is anyone who should get a positive Google review it would be her.

The staff was amazing, food was hot and fresh, the manager Abby brought my food up to me as I was getting my receipt from their convenient self checkouts. I will be coming back soon!

Sells you expired product, refuses return of spoiled product because it left the store and I may have tampered with it.... yeah right, like I carry a laser jet printer in my car to fabricate expiration dates... horrible. I can only imagine what else is rotten In there... smh.WILL NOT BE RETURNING, I'll take my bussiness else where.

I called at 9:57pm and asked what time they closed and they closed in 3 minutes. We were 2 minutes away and desperate for gas. They were amazing and waited until we got there to get gas!!! The sweetest lady ever!!!!! Thank you!

I recently stopped by this Royal farm to get a 2 piece chicken tender meal the chicken tenders were cut in half so I got one tender. I live in York Pa and the tenders are twice the size.i went back in to check just incase because I didn't want to pre judge and the whole bin was like that.SHAME ON YOU!

Wanna talk about a dirty store, gross bathroom, and unsanitary deli conditions, the employees have no self hygiene, the one employee brushed their hair with their gloved hand than proceeded to make my chicken box, I had to ask them to change their gloves and when I did they gave attitude. Never once have I gone in here and the soda counter was ever cleaned straw wrappers and soda cover the floor and counter. The coffee bar is in the same condition as the soda area. Its sad that I will personally go out of my way and ride my car on E to get to the next closest gas station for something as simple as a bottled soda or water. The employees definitely do not know what customer service is but i guess when you're so desperate to stay running you'll just hire anyone that puts an application in.

That manager Jessica was incredibly rude. I visited this store, and while I was waiting for my food, she was belittling her staff, cursing in front of my kids, and was incredibly disrespectful to the workers on the deli. I took my kids back to the car, because I didn't want their innocent ears to be exposed to that barbaric banter. It's just not necessary, and is not how a leader should act. Her tattoos obviously show her lack of discipline and character, so I immediately could tell she was a bad apple. This is the first time I've seen her, and I've been visiting the store for many years. The food itself is great, and the kitchen area is very clean. I don't know if I'll go back, because I don't want my children to see that sort of role model in that position of leadership. Oh, and the Krispy Kreme just arrived, and ITS THE BEST FRESH. I went in for many things including $20 of gas. When I went to check out I was waiting for the cashier who’m I called for twice but came up when a line developed and said rudely I should have told her I was there. Asked for $20 gas as she rang up my items. I could tell her frustration by her avid complaints of her job so I rushed as quickly I could to pay and when I asked for the reciept again she gave a crude toned remark. When I read the reciept I say she put $40 gas. I figured we were both having terrible days and went in to ask if she needed gas since my car couldn't fit it. The cashier Kim made it into a fault game, he said she said. After the manager came I ended with a $20 refund, the manager was very kind and patient.

Got off work late and drove from the inner harbor to Jarrettsville. This is the only gas station I pass the entire way home without having to get off of 83 in a sketchy area. Lights were off at the gas station but the pump lights were still on so I figured I would try it considering I was on empty at this point. Pump allowed me to put my card in and fill my tank up with 12 cents of gas and wouldn't work past that. It was only midnight and I was paying with a debit card. Why were the pumps shut off so early?

Shout out to store 88 in Monkton! Or jarrettsville, not sure what that corner is considered 😂 Anyway, great food no matter what time we come in and always pleasant service! Coffee is always on point, creamers are always full and fresh, no messes, and just a nice atmosphere in general. Keep up to good work guys! Also, I hope this location gets recognized for their efforts!! Please relay this to their district leader!

I will usually stop in the mornings for fuel and to use the facilities, but this morning, when I arrived at 5:30, the pumps were not taking cards, and though there were three people inside prepping, the doors were locked and the newspapers were still sitting at the door, (apparently everyone was late with the change in hours). The hours of operation have changed from 24 hours to 5 am - 10 pm. I was very disappointed and could not wait.
