When you want a good slice of pizza, you go to the hole in the walls. Sauce is great, the “singles” they sell are closer to double sized slices so it’s worth $3.50 for the pepperoni. Old man working there for two years was super helpful and the ladies cooking made some damn good pizza. Can’t ever go to the 711 next door without grabbing a slice! Haven’t tried anything else yet, but a good pizza sauce is a good indicator of great food imo. Could update interior for the sake of new customers but as a returning, I personally prefer it not changing. Only issue I had was barely any seating for the people waiting for orders.

A couple days before the visit where I enjoyed the Cream of Crab Soup (pictured, right), ordered the Italian Sausage and Orzo Soup. The Sausage soup was fabulous, meaty, lots of flavor, veggies, and an appropriate amount of zest!The Cream of Crab soup was thick and creamy with lots of crab meat! It was delicious!

Michaels is a fantastic sub shop whenever I'm in Mount Carmel I always stop here to get lunch the chicken parmesan sub is one of the best I've ever had the Cheesesteak is very good as well the Buns that they use are fresh baked and are very delicious highly recommend stopping at this place if you get the chance the customer service is outstanding they are quick and friendly

Big, hearty slices and decent pricing. I've only stopped in for lunch and pickup but the plain cheese pizza has been consistently hot and delicious. They have a large menu for such a small venue, so that's cool too. Service has been great- very friendly!

A recent delivery was delayed and arrived late. Michael’s made it right, they gave us a credit, brought out another hot fresh pizza and desserts right away, without asking and the next day dropped off a gift certificate! Love your pizza but it’s refreshing to have great customer service, it’s a lost art, kudos to Michael’s and your staff!

This is small, quaint pizza restaurant. Been owned by the current owner in excess 20 years. The front counter was manned by very capable, knowledgeable, and kind persons. Alex, the manager was great too! The food speaks for itself: a couple of soups, pizza has been all I've enjoyed, and if this an indication of other dishes to come, I'm looking forward to it!Parking: Lots of parking around Micharl's.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access to restaurant

Great carry out location for pizza and subs and other items.Parking: Plenty of free parking, adequate handicap parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard size front door without a touch pad for entry. Otherwise, wheelchair accessible entry. Counter for ordering is high but I have observed staff come out of the kitchen to take orders as necessary.

Nasties pizza I’ve ever had. None of the employees wore gloves. I could easily tell that the pizza oven hadn’t been cleaned in a looooong time. Very rude to me and to each other it seems. And took an excessive amount of time to receive my food. I could tell by just glancing at the place that so many health codes were being violated. I advise anyone and everyone to avoid this place at ALL COSTS.

My husband and I moved to the area back in 2017, leading us on an adventure to find the best pizza places in town. We stumbled across Michael's and have been loyal customers ever since then! We've had a little bit of everything from Michael's, from pizza to subs to wraps. Everything has been excellent. The service has always been wonderful and food has always been ready pretty quickly. I came to eat here once and I was greeted by a very loud girl with a nose ring. I was skeptical how a place with “emo” employees could possibly serve pizza. However, I was more than wrong. The food was great and the pizza was spectacular. The pizza was like watching an orioles game while seeing and oriole in the sky. The pizza truly shows what Maryland is all about

Owner rang up my order incorrectly and then argued about it. Very disappointed about how disrespectful he was.I was very nice about it and asked for the almost $5 difference back.After arguing with me about it for a few minutes even after he and a few others checked the total with a calculator 3 times, he asked if $4 worked.I settled for $4.50 just to prove a point.He handed it to me with his Rolex on his arm while muttering under his breath about it to put it nicely.(It should be noted also that many customers orders for pizza were being given out to other people while the customers that already ordered were waiting and not seeing it happening while this was going on. I also pre-ordered by phone and came in 20 minutes later, just to wait an extra 20 minutes. I only ordered a slice of pizza and a sub. The sub was cold by the time I got it, and I was waiting that whole time for more pizza to be made for the slice while watching others leave with pizza.)I thanked him and gave back the soggy fries I didn't order as well since he was insisting during the discussion that the fries made up for it.I would have given a few stars if I hadn't been treated so rudely by the owner when he was embarrassed about his mistake.A simple sorry and a refund would have been amazing.I hope this warns others about this place. I got a nice taste of the flavor that runs it.It left a bad taste in my mouth for sure!

Amazing! 10⛦ very friendly when I called in. As a Truck Driver stuck in a park and ride for awhile. I extremely appreciate this. Was grateful they would deliver to me. The delivery guy was very nice. Thank You! Pizza is amazing as well, there hospitality made it even better. If your local or passing through and have not tried this place. I highly recommend it. It's a nice place to stop and grub.

Recently moved to the area. Not many options here for delivery. Unfortunately this place must know that and doesn't care to have good food. Simple cheese steak is all roll and.has no flavor. Tenders are tiny and dry. Just some examples of what was overpriced that up here seems acceptable as a good place to eat for delivery. Pretty bad when the kids say not to order food. They will eat cereal.

Michael's has been one of our favorite places for pizza (& meatball subs, & wings) for years - close to 20 years. We live in Cockeysville but go there any chance we get - if we're visiting the Gunpowder, riding on the NCR trail, etc. They are extremely consistent & the pizza has great crust, sauce, and cheese - distinct and delicious. They've never let us down. Thank you Michael's!

We have ordered food from here twice now and should have learned from our first terrible experience. Cheese fries were basically mush and were just gross nacho cheese on top of fries. The lamb gyro was even worse. The pita was stale and fell apart when you tried to pick the gyro up. The lamb on the gyro was cold and was just 4 slices stacked on top of one another with some onions and few full tomato slices thrown on top (Not even diced). We ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken and Broccoli and got all the way home to find no chicken in the dish. Called the store back and they offered to replace the meal which they did but also tried to blame to error on us. When we placed the order we confirmed with the lady on the phone we wanted chicken and she even read the order back. Did not appreciate the condescending tone of the cook who handed me the replacement meal or the gentleman on the phone who tried to blame us for the order. Will never order again.
