Horrible employees. Watched cashier picking her nose as I walked up. When asked for ID I asked that she could scan it from my hand. She took offense to that and intentionally wiped her hands on every square inch of my cigarettes before handing them over. Watch out for Dawn, she'll do her best to attempt to ruin your day

The girl that makes the subs is soooo good and sweet and kind. I waited 30+ minutes because some rude lady took my order and I didn’t realize my number had been called. When I went up to ask the girl (a young black girl with long braids and glasses - I didn’t get her name!) she apologized profusely and immediately remade my order. Unfortunately I accidentally gave her the wrong order number, so she made me a BLT instead of a plain turkey sub. I brought it back to her and explained that I was so sorry that I gave the wrong order number and I am pregnant and have been craaavinggggg a rofo turkey sub and she remade it for me no problem at all. She apologized so much (even though none of it was her fault) and she was so sweet and kind, even though I witnessed multiple people be so rude and impatient with her when she wasn’t even doing anything wrong. This was around 12-2 pm on Wednesday January 31, so mid lunch rush on a weekday. There were at least 10 orders ahead of me, multiple people asking her how long it was gonna be because they had to get to work or asking her to skip people and make them first. Multiple people were so rude and ignorant to her and she remained kind and patient (I would have lost my marbles if I were her!) and even remade my order TWICE with a smile on her face even though none of it was her fault. A+++And my fries were fresh and my sub was everything my little pregnant brain hoped for <3

I had not been in years and I won’t go back. The chicken was dried out and the biscuit was smashed flat in the smallest box they could put it in Customer service is a joke. For what the meal cost and I can’t even eat all the chicken because of how dried out it is I will not go back

The employees at the veterans highway in millersville I go to every day are the greatest. The food is excellent cooked perfect. And not to mention speedy service I'm in and out within 10 minutes.

Don't LIE and STEAL from your customers!Was really impressed with the store AT FIRST. I've even had their chicken there in the morning when they just make it and it's delicious! HOWEVER the reason they get 1 star is because when you lie to me and take my money that reduces it to as low as it can go.I got a quart of the cloverland orange juice it was supposed to be $1.89. when I got up to the register I accidentally went to a self-checkout that didn't accept cash so I then had to switch to another one that accepted cash that was when I realized the price was wrong it was ringing up $2.69. I told the cashier, she said well I have to bring you over to mine but she didn't have an attitude or anything so I thought all was good she was quiet and seemed cold and tired but we all go through that. We had to cancel the order again when she brought me to her register I can see the price on the credit card reader she didn't change it, it was the exact same total as when I was at the checkout before! So I asked her very kindly but looking her in the eye did you take off the dollar for the wrong price she said yes. At this point I decided if this establishment is so ridiculous that they have to lie to a customer they need the dollar more than me and a bad review. It's not about a silly dollar it's the principle!

Royal Farms located in Millersville is always an awesome experience. The staff is always pleasant and professional. The chicken and coffee is awesome and there is so much savings of you have a ROFO card.

I love Royal Farm's chicken. I looked at menu n found family meal of 8 prices of dark meat $9.99.. my daughter came out with remarks about total was $35.. I gasped 'What?'. She only got 4peice. Supposed to be dark meat two legs n 2 thighs for $10.99. I was very upset n went back in the guy behind the counter told me "that's not our price, or it's expired or you have wrong store. "If it was for online orders only, he could have told me that. The mash potatoes were instant n gross.I won't tell anyone to go there for a long time. I was so embarrassed. He didn't even look on my screen on my phone which had this information .So watch price's between online menu nN which store.. you really need to update prices.

Came for the chicken, left because of the service. Waited longer than I want to say without embarrassment only because I already paid. It got to the point of waiting far too long I asked for a refund. Two employees in the whole store. Cashier was on her first day and didn't know how to do a refund. Had to wait for the cook to get the refund. Terrible waste of time.

This store is filthy inside everywhere. Especially in the back where the food is made. You are talking a health risk eating their food with that much filth and trash surrounding the food.

I asked for 2 turkey sausage sandwiches one biscuit one toast both was biscuits. On top of that they gave me pork for both I realized halfway through the sandwich and it made me sick 🤢

Usually my favorite fried chicken; however this location had very little to offer and the chicken was dry. Was told that they did not have multiple items and would have to wait 20 mins or more for several others. Please address this so I can come back!

I felt SOOOO bad for the young man that worked overnight on 7/14/21 @ 10:54pm he was working so hard to work the register, bread chicken, and get food out to customers ALONE!!! I might add they did him absolutely dirty I use to work for royal farms and the person who got off at 10pm should have stayed a little longer to help him at least stock his chicken case before they left for the night he was struggling all alone. I loved that he kept his cool and his customer service was perfect even with everything going on honey if you read this you need a raise and a promotion great job.

This store is 24 hours. Just stopped there at 8:45pm to pick up some lunch items. 3 employees in there chatting with all doors locked ignoring everyone. Knocked and was told they were "closed". Really? When you're supposed to be open 24, must be awesome to set your own hours..
