We have to come down every so often from a state over for work. My brother has been recommending my husband and I try this place for a while but we never had time. We made ourselves make time for it today and let me tell you how happy my husband and I are that we did. This place was so freaking good. When you look at the menu you think” mostly hotdogs?” But it’s more than that. The food is definitely cooked with the heart and the portions are so generous. My husband is not one that is easily overly impressed but we both were. Wherever we are down in Maryland this is going to be are go to! The service was also so great and the bartender/waitress and the owner were so personable. Don’t miss out on this place! That homemade chili was just *chef’s kiss*

Everything about this place was fabulous. The dishes are fun... derived from hot dogs (or sausages). The atmosphere was great. Happened to discover this place by accident on a Friday night. They have a DJ every Friday. Huge melting pot of people...all ages, all races. I loved it! Can't say enough about the staff. Very attentive.

I had such a good time here tonight. Wednesday is “Music Bingo”! It was so much fun. The staff, waitresses and bartenders were nice. The joint owner Shah came out and greeted us. He was so friendly and professional. I loved the Tennessee Tea and the fried Oreos were a great choice for dessert. I will definitely be back!

Really liked this place. Home town feel with some style. They have a good beer selection and the hotdogs are some of the most ridiculous we have ever seen, and pretty good.

Was camping out at the DC/Capitol KOA and came here twice because of how close it was - only about a two minute drive from the campsite. Great experience both times! It's basically a burger joint with hotdogs/sausages instead. The portions are generous and fairly priced, 'round $9-13 for a meal. The service was impeccable - they get to you quick, check on you often, and have good attitudes. Food only took about 5-10 minutes to come out both times. They've got a vegan dog that you can sub into any of the nonvegan ones, and you can alter the dogs to take off the nonvegan stuff, too. Wish their beer selection was larger, but they've got some decent variety for what they do have. They're (obviously?) dog friendly, so don't eat out on their patio if you're not cool with that. Place has got a cool aesthetic, and it's clean. Wish they had something sweet on the menu (fried Oreos? ice cream?), but that’s about it. Definitely stop by if you're camping out at the KOA!

Great food, excellent service and the place looks awesome. If you're looking for a great burger, hot dog, fries and nice beer selection I recommend you give Pour Dog House a try. I forgot to take food pictures..

In love with the Baltimore Bliz (sub plant based sausage) really hoping this is only a temporary close so I can come back and have it again 😋 . I do wish this place had a section that felt more family friendly though, but seriously reopen please.Vegetarian options: They have vegan hot dogs/sausages and it's a great mix up from a Veggie burger offered everywhere

Inquired about missing side on kids meal (mini corn dogs) and was told they didn't come with anything else. But then was told they would bring out fries for the confusion. Never brought out the fries. Found it weird that the kids meal didn't provide a side for a balanced meal. Hubby and I enjoyed the Bowie Bacon BadBoy and fried pickles, they were delicious!Vegetarian options: There was a vegan dog on the menu.Parking: Handicap parking, but no handicap entrance that I could see.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals and kid-friendly atmosphere

The sides tasted fresh! The wings are tender and seasoned very for great taste. The specialty with the plant-based dog was a delightfully surprising combo. The casual dog was tasty too. Service was quick and helpful, with the opportunity to compliment the chef.We are looking forward to the next visit to try more of the selection!

First, the inside and outside have been upgraded from the previous restaurant that was there.  Looks great! The staff and management are extremely friendly.  Shah is always helpful … and funny! The beer list is good & they try to rotate beers.  Usually about 12 beers on tap. There are a couple of TVs there to watch some sports.  It’s a hotdog place, so if that’s what you like, this is the spot.Their Happy Hour dog is excellent … simple … a dog and a bun (I added diced onions).  The bun is a potato roll slightly buttered and the hotdog was crisp, moist and tasty.  Also, the loaded tots are perfect with a cold beer.Outdoor seating with propane heaters is available.  There is ample parking.Overall, great experience.

Hod dog quality:10/10Fries:7/10Service:5/10No paper menu to look at which was a surprise to us and we prefer it instead of the IQ code.Definitely the best hot dog I've had! Fresh toppings really added to the flavor of the hot dog.. please note house sauce is pretty spicy! Shoestring fries were almost identical to McDonald's fries. Crispy on outside and soft inside.$55 including tip for a family of three.Due to nationwide staffing shortages there was only one waiter and we never had drinks refilled or given extra napkins ( had to use bathroom paper towels). But, staff were friendly and food was excellent and the vibe was relaxed and fun so we will be back!

Awesome find! Great vibe, like an old saloon. Friendly staff. And the Best hot dogs and half-smokes around. - Be prepared, these are foot longs with generous toppings. Fun, creative names for the different hot dog/sausage combinations. And offer plant based versions of everything. The wings are also excellent. Dying to try the fried Twinkies and/or deep-fried Oreos, next time! Back patio is dog-friendly, they even have dog beer (in cans). 12 craft Beers on tap. All in all a fantastic local pub/restaurant. New fave.

We stopped for dinner on a Friday and were welcomed with quick and friendly service. We opted for the fried pickles appetizer, the Buffalo Soldier dog, and the Pasadena non-cheesesteak half smoke sausage dog with sauerkraut...everything was phe-NOM-inal, and hit the spot. We will def be back to try the wings and perhaps to watch a football game. Thanks Shaw for coming out to greet us, stay fabulous!Parking: Spacious parking lotKid-friendliness: Kids menu

Absolutely AMAZING food!! Shah (sorry if I butcher the name) was wonderful! He was tackling multiple tables on his own…as he sent his staff home for the holiday. He made our experience even better. We will definitely be returning!!

Good food, good ice cools beer, good service and friendly ppl. Some of the pricing is a little high especially for the portion size (i.e. the French fries). I like it enough to go back and would recommend it to others.

We went here after a work outing. There were two vegans in our party. The server was told this. Everything was pretty good until the end. That's when it got strange. A guy that works there that we hadn't seen before came to our table and started to tell us about his three sauces: slap your mother, punch your nephew, and punish your child. Weird. He then comes back to the table with samples of the three sauces. A vegan at our table says she doesn't want to try them because it looks like they contain dairy and she's vegan. He then asks her if she's the one that ordered the vegan sausage with chili because the chili isn't vegan. We tell him that both vegans didn't order chili and that he is mistaken. He then says that the bun isn't vegan so they got a some cow in them now and starts laughing. We tell him it isn't funny and he walks away still laughing and says that it is hilarious that they've got some cow in them. He then comes back a few minutes later and makes a half hearted apology blaming the two vegans in our party for not asking about the buns. We try to explain that if they are using buns with milk or using butter on them that should be disclosed on the menu or when you sub a vegan alternative. He says didn't you go school, don't you know how to ask questions? So it's their fault they didn't ask about the buns when the menu says "Looking for a vegetarian or vegan alternative for your favorite Pour Dog House entree? Substitute a delicious plant-based sausage for a $4 up-charge.". I guess that isn't enough assurance and you need to ask about the buns too. The loaded fries and tots were good, but put them on a plate instead of a cardboard basket lined with wax paper. The dogs were good too. Thinking that it is hilarious that a vegan ate "some cow" unknowingly is not cool and that's why they get 1 star and we won't be going back.

Fun, friendly, and delicious! We sat outside...so comfortable. Our server, Chris, was awesome. Great service! Everything we ordered was delicious...loaded tots, mini corn dogs, classic dog, millersville coney, and Annapolis hunter were all so good and so filling. We'll be back! Highly recommend.

Went for comedy show and dinner. They were rushing around getting ready for show (we arrived 90 minutes before), but we were eventually seated. Waited a bit for service as well. Chili cheese hot dog was good (chili had some kick!) but roll was too soft to pick up and stay together. Never got the fries we ordered but that's okay because dog came with Old Bay chips. Hefty beer selection and cool decor. Will give it another go during a normal night. Staff and owners were very nice, attentive during show making sure everyone was taken care of.

Wasn't expecting the hot dogs to be knife and fork, open faced, but with the toasted bun, amazing chili and cheese and a super delicious hot dog, I wasn't complaining. Their house ales are also nice and pair well with the food.Brought my dog along as well, and I was able to buy him an unseasoned hot dog for him while we ate on the back patio. Never seen his tail wag so fast.

Went here tonight with a party that included two vegans. The menu says looking for vegetarian or vegan alternative? Substitute a plant based sausage. It says nothing about the bun not being vegan. Granted, we could have asked, but I also feel like since we pointed out when ordering apps that there were two vegans it would have been nice to warn us when later ordering entrees with the plant based substitute. Things happen, we'll live, not too big a deal. However, the chef or whoever came out from the back afterwards and brought us some sauces to try. When declining them because they looked like they had dairy he then informed us the meal was not vegan. He asked why we would order a plant based sausage but still eat the bun. Again, the menu doesn't indicate the bun is not safe, it just says to make a meal vegetarian or vegan, substitute the sausage. He then started laughing, saying there was cow in us, and that it was funny repeatedly... even though everyone was staring at him and saying no, it's really not funny. This reaction was completely rude and inappropriate. I don't think it's EVER funny for someone to consume something unknowingly that they do not wish to consume. And to laugh at your customer is just a ridiculous way to do business.

So I don’t know if the app is to blame or the kitchen but the app said my order would be ready at a certain time but it wasn’t. The food was ready about 30 min past that time. The loaded tots were decent at best. The burger was terrible (I know I know, why get a burger at a Hot Dog place). Even still, it should be good. The chips were just everyday bagged chips with Old Bay sprinkled all over.Maybe next time I’ll try a Hot Dog and see how that goes.
