They exceeded all expectations on picking up moving and leveling out my 10'x14' custom shed they went above and beyond to ensure that I did not loose my shed. Everyone I met was very professional and understanding of my situation, and I have never seen someone so good at using there equipment the delivery exceeded all expectations if the shed would have been an inch bigger it wouldn't have fit this is all around a great company. We just purchased a kid’s playhouse from the team at Pine Creek Structures and could not be happier! After locating one of the in stock models from the bargain corner of their webpage, we drove down to Millersville to see it in person. It was very fairly priced, exactly as described and, from the moment we arrived, everyone was easy going and patiently answered all of my family’s questions (this was a big purchase for us and we wanted to make sure everything was right). We also wanted to make a couple of modifications to make the playhouse ours and Ian worked with us to get those done - we provided the parts and Ian spent the time to make the design work and get everything installed… he even included extra paint so we could match everything to our home all at no extra cost! As if that wasn’t enough, even though we were pushing the boundaries of their area, delivery was included in the original cost we were quoted. The delivery team was equally accommodating - the path from the street to where we wanted the playhouse placed proved to be more challenging than originally anticipated. As I write this several days later, I am still impressed with how skillfully the playhouse was moved to its final location - I’ve never seen a mule operated with such precision. Throughout the process, everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and genuinely wanted the best possible outcome for our family. Communication about the purchase and delivery was regular and effortless. It is very hard to find people who are truly passionate about what they do anymore and this experience was a wonderful example of that, as well as a welcome change from the status quo. The result: very happy children who have the playhouse of their dreams and very satisfied customers who wish they could give more than 5 stars and who will gladly be recommending Pine Creek to anyone who even mentions that they might be in the market for a structure. Pine Creek is great! In particular, Ian was phenomenal! He helped us pick out the right shed for our needs, and then he came to our house and measured everything to make sure it would fit. Our neighbor was so impressed with him, that he ordered a shed on the spot too! Even when we changed our mind about the style we wanted, Ian made us feel like it was perfectly fine to change our mind, and accommodated our wishes. It was delivered on time, and in place fairly quickly. Ian even came back twice to help me make sure everything was level and in place correctly! He was pleasant, friendly, kind and reliable. Robert is great and really understands the customer. He has always been flexible and willing to go the extra mile. Recently, I had an unexplained hole in the roof of my shed, wind, falling debris etc; not really sure. Both Robert and Fred were fantastic!
