This vet got rid of the pet wellness plan we always paid monthly without any notice at all. Took are dog in for his yearly check up and vaccines. Hit with a $400 bill because your shady business canceled the wellness program with no notice!!If you cancel a wellness plan you’re expected to pay a cancellation fee, but it’s ok for them to just stop offering it without notice.If you do stop offering your wellness plans then you should be telling customers before doing anything to their pets and being upfront about cost expense.

This review is for the vet services. I was signed up on the Wellness plan. I was not notified that it was going away. When I took my dog there today for shots, they told me my total was $400. I asked if that includes the wellness plan and they said they no longer did the wellness plan. I would’ve never made an appointment with Noah’s Ark Vet had I known the wellness plan was no longer a program they do. I was completely blindsided by the price. I’m extremely upset and angry that they didn’t notify me that the program was going away and that they didn’t mention it when I made the appointment. I will no longer be using their Vet services.

They never return calls, it takes days to get appointments. Their rates are ridiculous. They say they spend a half an hour with the dog and that's why their prices have to go up when it's a sick appointment half an hour spent is sitting there waiting for someone to come in and see the dog

Awesome place for your furry friends. Clean facility. Very very friendly and nice staff. They treat you very well. Dropped off my dog for a haircut. Groomer came out and talked to us about our options and what would be the best for my Pomeranian. Within 2 hours. They called me 20 minutes before they finished. My puppy loved awesome with her haircut. Groomer did and excellent job. I will be coming back here for all my grooming needs. My doggy finally got her haircut as petsmart had told me she wasn’t behaving and could not finish the cut. The groomer was awesome and love the way my dog looks. Highly recommend this place to anyone. 10/10.

I have a cat who is sweet as can be at home, but very aggressive due to fear when taken to any vet. They have gone above and beyond to work with her, and make sure she can get the treatment she needs. They also do a stellar job with my other 2 cats. I've been bringing all 3 here since they were kittens. It's an excellent practice and I absolutely recommend them.

Wonderful place. My JinX got a bath and her nails trimmed. She smelled good and looked very happy. Unfortunately She will not be returning. I recently was told by their grooming staff to drop my baby off at 7:30am. I was notified afterwards that her bath wasn't until 10am. So she sat in a kennel til then. Now I see why she was so excited to leave. I was told a full bath and nail trim and grinding wasn't a groom so that's why she sat so long . If it was a full groom in which I can't imagine the difference she would have been first even tho she had an appointment and was there first. For over $60+ dollars every two weeks,nope. She now goes to a groomer who takes better care of her needs and treats each pet like a star. They are decent place but I was not a happy pet parent anymore.

I have used the vet and boarding but have never used the grooming. We’ve always taken our 1.5 year old German shepherd to PetSmart for grooming. I was overall frustrated that they never completed any hair cuts/nail trims because he was “difficult” to work with. I decided to use Noah’s Ark and the experience was beyond phenomenal! Bethany had no issues working with our overly hyper boy and he was a whole new dog when she walked him out. He was all smiles on the drive home and was in love with his tush area! I will only be taking my dogs here for grooming with Bethany!!

I absolutely love this place. They have always treated my dogs as family, their staff is always friendly and they are very helpful.Update: We are still using this facility. Over the years they helped us through a very difficult situation with our 13 year old mastiff and have continued to give great care to our other mastiff.

We recently moved to the area so this was my pups first grooming experience here and we are thrilled! Groomer called me personally to discuss how I like him done, and they accommodated a “straight through” appointment because my pup is old and has heart disease and a murmur so he was in and out quickly with no added stress on him.Prices were higher than I expected, but with the straight through accommodation, and with how much I know he hates getting his nails and ears done, I’m fine to pay for the quality we received.

Clean, welcoming Veterinary facility. Dr. Martinez-Hernandez is my favorite, she always treats my pets as her own. My older, arthritic Siberian Husky, anxiety prone Shiba Inu, and three cats all are seen here. They offer an annual plan for vaccines and visits and are able to treat an array of ailments. I have also visited the grooming facility a couple of times and also had wonderful experiences there, too. It's a great one stop shop with fantastic staff, from the doctors to the techs to the groomers to the receptionists. It is next to a loud, busy roadway - if your pet is sensitive to loud outside noises make sure to hold them tight until you are inside. Otherwise, simply fantastic.

I have been taking my dog here for over a year, and I have no complaints, only praise. My dog is well taken care of and is happy when I pick him up after a stay. The front desk staff is courteous with a great attitude. Some ladies know my dog by name and are always happy to see him.

Not thrilled…My dog came home from a 3 night stay with 3 meals with of food left not because he chose not to eat it but because it wasn’t offered to him. Clear feeding instructions where given and the bags were even labeled and divided per day. He gets two scoops, twice a day (my scoop was provided). My dog also came home smelling RANCID due to “playing in his poop” which is a totally abnormal behavior for him. He’s been boarded at other facilities and has never done something of that nature before. However I most upset at the fact the kennel techs failed to read the red labels on his food bags and missed 3 full meals. As someone who has worked at dog facilities I am completely disappointed in the ability to execute the bare minimum tasks.

My boarding go to place. My dog always comes back happy and healthy looking, sometimes even smelling better. I got the bath there once and she was clean and smelled good for a long while, better than PetSmart. I will continue to use their services whenever I have to make trips.

I have placed my dog in daycare at Noah’s. They had all kinds of activities for him to participate in and made new friends, who he looked forward to seeing several times a week. He would get all his energy out of the way, once we got home he slept well. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. I have also had my dog groomed here as well, multiple times and have been very happy with the services

The staff was lovely and my dog seemed happy and in good spirits when we picked her up… but she came home with kennel cough! I was devastated as this never happened at my usual boarding facility. My mind reflected on the fact that even though my dog is fully vaccinated, they had my husband sign a waiver for her bc they said her record didn’t show proof of her second influenza shot (I forget it’s proper name at the moment). When I picked her up, I provided the evidence that she did in fact have her second shot and the staff updated her records. However, I now wonder if their willingness to accept dogs without proof of full vaccination with a waiver form could be the underlying root of the kennel cough issue at their facility as I see from reviews others experienced this issue as recent as a week ago! For this reason, I can’t recommend them for boarding/kennel services.

HIGHLY recommend. Went in with a 9 week old pup, the receptionist, Amanda, was polite courteous, and was able to put my pup at ease instantly… shes a natural 😊 Corrine and Dr Martinez were AMAZING as well. quick, painless, and very informative trip to the vet. Everybody involved in the while process was very knowledgeable made it very obvious that they cared. Booking an appointment was a breeze as well

Took my cat here to see the vet for some GI issues. Loved their staff— so sweet and knowledgeable. They handled her gently and eased her nerves. This will be our go-to place from now on. One of the only vets I could find that would take her in the same day I called. The prices are very reasonable.My family has boarded our dogs here also and have never had any issues.

Our dog Chaco loves this place. As part of his last stay at the kennel, he received a free bath and came home smelling great and with a very smooth and shiny coat. We love it!

Every single person here is incredible and friendly. We're always able to get a fast appointment date, they call to check on our cats after the visit, and they were beyond amazing when we had to go to them to put our cat down.They had a special room to say goodbye, empathetic help and talks, and they took his paw print on clay to give to us to keep.

I only called Noah's Ark but was impressed with their customer service. The rep I spoke with was personable, patience and knowledgeable. This was refreshing because I have called other veterinary clinics who were only interested in booking an appointment and quoting fees. I do intend on taking my pet to this clinic hopefully soon, due to the caring attitude displayed on the phone call.

I dropped off our happy, health guinea pig Abby on June 14th for a 5 night stay. When I picked her up she was lethargic and not eating or drinking water. Now, two days after pickup, she is dead! This is not the first time Abby had stayed at Noah's Ark, and I am not blaming the staff for her death, but at some point during this stay I should have been notified of her status. It was obvious from the full hay bail, full food bowl and full water bottle that there was a problem.This is not the first incident I've had with Noah's Ark, but unfortunately for Abby and my 11 year old son, it will be the last. I previously boarded my dog here and upon pickup I found 3 days worth of her meds that had not been given to her were returned to me. Clear dosing instructions were left with the meds but must have been ignored. Luckily, they were not critical meds, but rather Proin for urinary incontinence. When we got home it was very obvious that the meds were not given because the dog was leaking urine for two days.

I'm giving one star based off of the veterinarian services I received today from Dr. Gostyla. The daycare is phenomenal, and the other two vets are fantastic, but this was my first time having my baby seen by Dr. Gostyla. I feel very uncomfortable knowing that the care of animals are in her hands. She seemed extremely incompetent, left my baby upstairs at the vet for 6 hours without telling me, no apology, no explanation, other than her "assuming" that I knew he was up there?I arrived to pick him up from daycare (his appointment was during his daycare stay) and the daycare staff didn't know why he was still up there (or if he was even up there) because the vet staff can't tell them apparently. Then I go upstairs to get him and the staff at the desk had no idea why he was up there nearly all day.The vet tech met me, was pretty rude, and relayed the doctor's instructions. The doctor simply chose the same method a previous doctor had. One we've already tried, and I relayed this info to her beforehand. But she did it anyway! Not helpful at all. She didn't address the other issues I mentioned, and required me to get a urine sample from home (when apparently that's why they kept my baby all day, to get a urine sample they never got..) I love the daycare and staff, but will NEVER let my baby be seen by Dr. Gostyla again. I may not return to this facility, due to this visit. I am highly disappointed.Additionally, I just found out today a military discount is offered, and when the staff recognized I was in the military, they proceeded to say I "should have" been given a discount this whole time, but didn't attempt to offer one, or a credit. I have been going to the vet and daycare since November of 22.

After having to wait for 30 minutes past the appointment time, the vet informed me that she would do the basic test that I had made the appointment for, but because it was a basic test, she was going to down grade my dog's result because of the possibility of circumstances that the test was never intended to account for. Really don't understand how this place has 5 star review. A few years ago I boarded my dog with them only to have him returned covered in pee and rashes. Last Friday he had a grooming appointment which was done extremely poorly. On top of everything my dog now has KENNEL COUGH. The employees said they try there best to clean and control this flu, But if that is the case my dog shouldn't have contracted it during a routine bath. It is truly unacceptable for this business to be running like this. They need to focus less on profit and more on quality care for our pets that we trust them to care for.

Very pleased with my packs 1st boarding experience at Noah's Ark. Noah's Ark was able to accommodate my large group of pups for boarding and they made the process as easy as possible from beginning to end. The Staff are very pleasant, they were helpful during the initial booking process and during other phone calls to answer questions. Drop off was quick and easy even with multiple pups. The staff treated each of my babies with care and respect and wanted to make sure my one big scaredy pup made it safely to his kennel and allowed me to walk him back. The facility is very nice , the check in area is large so more the one client can be helped at the same time and they have a wide variety of leashes, collars and treats available for sale. The kennel area is extremely clean and sanitary. While naturally you may hear barking it isn't constant like at other kennels I have used in the past which to me is very important as it tells me the dogs are happy, able to relax and their needs and care requirements are being met. My dogs all came home happy, healthy and clean. I'm so very happy to have found a place to board my furbabies and plan on utilizing Noah's Ark boarding services again in the future. Big thanks to everyone at Noah's Ark for caring for this crazy dog lady's crew!!
