I am sorry I had to put 1 star. Have gone for a couple of times and have not been very happy. Each time she raised the price by $10.00. Very expensive for a 14 pound dog. The last time she was so bad that we had to take her somewhere else to just straighten her out. $95.00 is very expensive for a poor cut. We cancelled our next appointment and asked to be moved over to the other groomer. The second groomer called and said that they were full. They are rude and uncooperative. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Service and cut was fine, with one spot near the puppy’s back leg/stomach that was cut too close and was irritated for a few days after. Price however is excessive. $160 for a 35lb doodle with no matting. Had someone else call and get a price for a similar dog/weight and was told $95 by a different groomer. When I called to confirm what it would be the lady I spoke with could see we were already charge $90 for a “puppy cut” and then a few weeks later $160 for the first real groom. She just referred to the actual groomer who is apparently just setting whatever price she wants. When questioned about the higher cost the groomer Stacy claimed $95 is for a 15lb dog. She ended by just canceling the appointment when I said I did not want to cancel yet but would call in advance if that is what we decide.
