I go here often but the other day was my first bad experience. I purchased a computer that had a $9 price tag on it. I take it up to the counter which is made of Glass I did not want to put the metal chair on the glass impossibly crack the display. I take the tag off and hand it to the lady she goes. No I did not see you. Take it off what she clearly watched me.And then says op, that's not the right tag the right price. You're not getting the chair Goodbye. Call corporate if you like. I mean, what it's not like you paid for it. And I mean you priced it, not me.

Yesterday my husband and I stopped by and we were browsing and then behind a partition we heard yelling, maybe a boss or supervisor yelling, we felt so bad for who ever she was yelling at, and when the ‘ F ‘ word came out of her mouth , we were done looking. .

Pretty awful selection, especially nowadays. I've been here forever and it's gotten worse over time and I'm not satisfied. I appreciate that they have Blu-Rays finally now, but physical media items like discs are known to be missing or stolen. Absolutely nothing of value when it comes to electronics or anything remarkable collecting-wise. Also, the book section in the back looks outdated, limited and underwhelming. I can't comment on the clothing selection. It gives off dirty, unorganized vibes around the establishment too, especially in the back, larger section. One of the worst Goodwill stores unfortunately. I'm disappointed, as it could be better.

Very well organized store with a lot of name brand items. I was able to find LuLu Lemon, Life is Good, Tommy Hilfiger, and Nike clothing items for all under $3

I go here often looking for items. Most the employees are very friendly. The one woman cashier has a great attitude and always says hello and if she waits on you--a friendly goodbye--etc as does the mgr. I hope the mgr knows the great job she does greeting the customers.But then it could be they recognize me etc.The carpet should be really deep cleaned. In several places(!!) you can see where something spilled and it left very large 'stain spots'. (Carpet really bad).Last year the senior discount was 20%; this year 10%; they should keep it at 20%..All in all a nice place to shop

I’ve been to plenty of goodwills, let alone thrift stores in general and this was the filthiest most disgusting store I have ever been to. On top of that the shelves were basically bare, clothing items were not price tagged.

This is a nice Goodwill as compared to others. Their prices have gone up just like the other Goodwills. The staff is very friendly and do their job well. The stuff tends to stay on the shelves a long time probably because of the higher prices. Lately I have found more broken things. I gave 4 stars because it is orderly and has the best staff. Its Goodwill.

THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY! BEWARE!I was in the Good Will in Millersville and asked for a queen sized bed frame. They said they had a queen for me, I asked them again if they were sure it was a queen and they said yes. so I purchased it. Once home and was put together I quickly realized it was a king. I called them to let them know that they had misinformed me of the size and they refused to return the item and really didn’t give a hang about the situation. When I blatantly told the woman that they essentially lied and stole my money she didn’t even disagree with me! Unbelievable!! These people are crooks! Stay away from that location.

I totally love this place. They have some very neat stuff. From kitchen stuff to pocket books, books, clothes, toys. You name it n one of these Goodwill store's have it. Not, to mention price is right. Employees are upbeat n smile alot. Mannerly, which is hard to find now days. Clean too!

Let's just say it's a Goodwill. If you've ever been in one you know pretty much know what you're getting. It's a potluck collection of used clothes, appliances, furniture, etc that people have donated. And as always they have GREAT prices. Random selection, but great prices.One thing that did stand out however, was the book room they have in the back. They have thousands of used books for sale at cheap prices (kids books were 50¢ each for example). There seems to be some organization to the book room, but there are no signs to tell you what section you're looking at, and whatever books are in that section seem to just be thrown in there.Also, I went to a for-profit department store (Gabe's) near the Goodwill afterwards and the Goodwill was neater and cleaner. Make of that what you will.

This place might not have a lot to pick from all the time, but the friendly cashiers makes all the difference. One lady is always the same kind and friendly way everytime I visit this store. 😊The guy is too (I think he might be the manager)

It was senior day so I got 30% off my entire purchase. One employee was more friendly n helpful than the other. Fitting rooms are still closed due to COVID.

Drove from Missouri to Maryland to clear out storage unit. Went to donate a lot of brand new large toys and household furniture...was told by the Mexican loader that it's all junk and bring it to the dump. He called it all junk numerous times and said they don't take junk it belongs at the dump.I do believe this stuff is not junk nor belongs at a dump. I've never shopped at goodwill before but I'm pretty sure it's considered a thrift store but my goodness obviously it's too good for FREE furniture and brand new large toys.That employee was extremely disrespectful and rude. Never again will I even think of donating to Goodwill.

Wanted to purchase a price of furniture and I asked if I could return with a truck later. I was told I could as long as I picked it up the same day. I get to the register and I am told I have to take the furniture now. Of course it doesn't fit in my car. This was extremely frustrating to be told two different things. Should have just held it for me.

I brought some things there, and the attendant said that they needed to check to make sure that it was not junk. I told him that beggars can't be choosers, and took it somewhere else. Some of the things were better than others, but there were some very nice sweaters and coats.

The Goodwill store in Millersville, MD, always has something fun to buy. It is always a treasure hunt because one never knows what one will find here. You will most likely find something here you never knew you wanted.In the past, I have found actual collectibles here at thrift store prices. One of which [I treasure very much] is a limited edition print from the 1940s featuring the first F-3 diesel locomrive to serve on the Southern Pacific Railroad. (I contacted the Southern Pacific RR Historical Society and validated the find.)This time of year---early October---the Goodwill store has a large selection of Halloween items at bargain basement prices. Between the Halloween items and the clothes one can do all of one's costume shopping right here!And they are also bringing out Christmas items too!

Cashiers need more training on working with the public and use of a cash register. Was charged $20 for a $2 item and it took 3 people and way too long to fix the problem!

Prices are very high. Nice items had prices directly written on them with permanent marker rendering them useless. Staff does not greet or assist customers as they do in other Goodwill stores.

Good thrift shop. Racks are little stuffed to the gills but if you have a solid hour to check through you’ll find something. I found 5 really nice pieces of clothing and paid $20.

This place is a joke. And not even this one all of them in general. People usually go to a good will when they dont have a lot to spend and are looking for something cheap. This goodwill in the other hand trys to sell things at regular retail price. I i worked here and i will tell you this. When not sure of what to put as a lrice they will look and see how much its going for on ebay.

The children's department was SO disorganized. Clothes were not in size OR gender order. Everything was mixed together. The worst! I will not return to this location. EVER!

The manager, Ellis, was a wonderful help to us when we were dropping off donations. Excellent customer service — definitely a five star establishment. ☺️👍🏻

Average prices for product at a Goodwill however the quality isn't always great. Good if you have time to look through everything, there are some gems in there.
