Used to be my favorite goodwill in the area but oh my goodness the prices are TERRIBLE. $30 for used, dirty, disgusting shoes. $12.99 for used t-shirts. Used WINDBREAKERS in the middle of summer for $34.99. They look up everything online and price it at full MSRP regardless of disgusting condition. They had a pair of Nike shoes with holes in them and the outsoles were separating from the shoes for $45!!! This goodwill is RIDICULOUSLY overpriced. Frederick county Goodwills need better management, the prices should be illegal.

This goodwill is okay, but the smell is very unpleasant and the clothes obviously aren’t washed. The prices are good, but it’s just not very cleanly. Kind staff.

Lots of great finds here, however some things are over priced. If pricing was better I'd give 5 stars. I would buy more if prices was better. Staff is typically friendly. However some staff do not want to move out of the way for you to shop. Just continue standing in area they're unloading at. Pretty well organized. Lots of parking available. Located in a nice shopping center area.

Extremely overpriced store. No need to waist your time here if your looking for a good deal go elsewhere. Anything of value that they put on the shelves is usually priced even up even higher then there already high prices. They had a pair of sneakers with a hole in the front priced at $40 and shirts priced higher than you could get them new at a brick and mortar store. It’s an unfortunate turn of events for a store that used to be good years ago.

Better than many Goodwill stores in the vicinity. Prices were definitely on the high end. Fairly well organized. Cashier was very pleasant.

poor selection, and employees taking up space in the aisles and refusing to get out of the way of customers, even when you say “excuse me”. made it impossible to do any shopping and i walked out empty handed. this is a pattern at this goodwill location. looks like i’ll be sticking to Walkersville’s goodwill. they also up charge the heck out of their clothes. they shouldn’t be selling things (specifically SHEIN of all brands) for retail price.

Set up nicely but after picking up several 50% off green tagged items, I was told “seasonal” is not part of the sale. Maybe have a sign there that says green tags EXCEPT SEASONAL??? Or use a different tag for seasonal. Question? It’s a couple days past Halloween, are the decorations also not on sale? 🤔

Overpriced, for sure. Took jeans to cashier to verify price (didn’t see label). He went to the back and came back with $30 price tag. Then I found original tag on other side…you guess…..$20 🤦🏻‍♂️

This Goodwill is well organized, clean and tidy. Perhaps because The shopping center is relatively new, I believe. The open restrooms were appreciated. I found lamps and kids books and my mom got a big beautiful comforter for about $15. Lots of parking. Very happy!

The pricing is outrageous. Please get some workers that know what they are doing. You might actually be able to move some merchandise if it was appropriately priced.

Very clean organized placeI found a pair of brand new ugg boots for $5 sucks they were a little snug on me let’s just say I made a profit off those ;)Not to mention got me an Ralph Lauren jacket for $5 as well I love it. Great selection of purses at this locations. So many shoes!!!!!! Definitely will back to this one.

This place is organized well, usually pretty clean but it's hit or miss. Some days the shelves are filled sometimes they are pretty bare. All the employees are friendly!

Great prices! Merchandise has colored tags. Each week a different color tag is highlighted, and merchandise with that color tag is half price. It's a large store. If you're a bargain hunter, you might spend a couple hours there! However, with a few exceptions, RETURNS are not accepted. There are dressing rooms for clothing.

I love shopping at this Goodwill. I try to stop in at least once a week to look for clothing for my boys who are usually growing out of their clothes faster than I can buy them. Goodwill is also resource for Nerf guns which are always a ton of fun and if I'm lucky, some not too destroyed Transformers for my youngest son.

This has to be one of the worst priced Goodwills I've ever been to. Just needed some pants for my 4 year old. Most were 5 dollars and up for clothing from Walmart and Target. Anything brand named was way more.

Love this Goodwill. Great quality items. Super staff. Vicki the manger is wonderful and so helpful. Always so sweet to my grandson Damien. Cheryl and Danielle also friendly and and accommodating at the checkout. I shop there at least three times a week. Great addiction to Middletown. Keep up the good work! We do miss sweet Seanna who has moved to another Goodwill.

Don’t EVER apply to work at this goodwill. Management is very unfair and treat other workers awfully. They will find small reasons to bother you and then fire you. Do not waste your time thinking you’ll become apart of this goodwill family because there’s no such thing. Since Vicki left, the atmosphere of this goodwill for regular customers has died. Take your business to a different one if you want to be treated decently.

Indivduals accepting donations are rude and incompetent. They trash good items that can easily still be used. Meanwhile my items were gladly accepted at fredericks goodwill AND they are priced items on the floor. I will not be going back and supporting individuals who are too lazy to price items and rather just throw everything away.DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

The good will in Middletown is by far my favourite 1. The clothes are in such amazing condition a lot of stuff still has retail tags on it. Love the stores so much!

Goodwill is always hit or miss, but I have found GREAT things here on multiple occasions. A very clean store with a variety of thrift items. Make sure to ask what the color of the day is (50% those tags)!

Great Goodwill, the staff looked like they actually wanted to be there unlike so many other thrift stores I go to. The products there are always random due to it being a thrift store, but I can tell you at least one item catches my eye every time.

Love the staff and their prices. I live in Hagerstown their Goodwill is overpriced at times. The Goodwill in Middletown is very well organized and not overwhelming. I found some treasures in their store. :) Keep the good work up and the awsome customer service.Love,Amirah Queen

Place is clean. Variety of men's women's children's clothing. Other items include household small appliances to some furniture end table to pictures for the wall and other misc. Spaced out pretty well

By far our favorite Goodwill! Always great selections and very friendly staff! Nice little ride from Hagerstown but well worth it!
