Hamilton's Unlimited was here before the plumbers and had my house back to normal in less than four days - including new drywall and paint.On a Sunday evening a huge clog backed up the drain for both of my 2nd Floor bathrooms and the water ran down into my 1st Floor ceiling. I got the water turned off and called the plumber and Kevin at Hamilton's Unlimited. Since I also have a Powder Room on the 1st Floor, I told them both it can wait until Monday morning.Early the next morning the plumber called to say they were running ahead of schedule and asked if they move me up. Of course I told them yes. By the time the plumbers got here (early), Hamilton's Unlimited had already removed all of the wet ceiling, disinfected the framing, set up fans and a dehumidifier, and hauled away the debris. As a bonus, having the ceiling open like that helped the plumbers determine where the clog was which saved me even more time and money.That afternoon, after everyone had left, I was sure I'd be dealing with this for a week or more. However, over the next 48-hours, Hamilton's Unlimited kept in contact with me, even stopping by, to ensure that the drying process was progressing to their liking. By Thursday afternoon - less than four days after the leak - they had installed all new drywall, sanded, and fresh paint on the entire ceiling and one wall. Done. Like it never even happened - only quicker and less painless.

Kevin delivered the service he promised. My carpet was first given a deep dry cleaning with his industrial vacuum, followed by a deep cleaning which brought my carpet back to life. The whole house smells amazing after the cleaning. I would wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone, he showed me the ground in dirt and dog hair that his machine pulled out of the carpet . Kevin, the owner of Hamilton’s Unlimited LLC., came out today to clean the stairs throughout my 3 story townhouse. I am BLOWN AWAY with the quality and efficiency of his work. Trust me when I say that these photos do not do the job justice. He literally brought my carpet back to life and the stairs look brand new! He was extremely professional, friendly, and dedicated to doing a thorough high quality job. I would recommend him over and over again. First, I would like to say that Kevin was very nice. However, make sure you get a quote in writing or an invoice. I asked a few times and never received. Kevin quoted me a price and then when he got here changed the price on me. I had moved some furniture ,not much, so I could get the carpet cleaned everywhere. When I asked him to push it back so I could get the rest done it seemed like a problem. There is a promotion for first time customers for $50.00. Make sure you get that. We had moldy carpet in the basement we hoped to clean enough to get rid of the mold. Hamilton's gave us an estimate and their honest advice that even the best cleaning would likely not resolve the mold stains - and would be half the cost of replacing the carpet altogether. So we avoided paying for cleaning and simply replaced the carpet - and are extremely happy with the results. I love that they didn't just take the money for cleaning. He moved furniture as needed to straighten out the carpets which were really wavy in highly trafficked rooms. Hamilton's Unlimited put down a new vinyl plank floor in my in my condo. The floor is beautiful, very neat work and at a fair price. They also painted my condo and repaired water damaged drywall. I called Hamilton's Unlimited, LLC with a last minute request to clean the carpets after a moveout for a new owner. They were able to meet the tight timeline, arrived on time, and the price was very reasonable! In addition to carpet cleaning, they were able to fix a section of carpet (cat had scratched it up) by replacing it with a new section. After replacing it, you couldn't tell that there had ever been a problem! We had some expensive furniture and some area rugs cleaned by Kevin and his crew. He was very accommodating to our time constraints and showed up on time to give us an estimate and was even able to complete the work the same day! Very honest company and did great work. Kevin and his team were very personable and they even showed us the amount of dirt that he was able to remove… we were shocked! We will definitely use Hamilton’s Unlimited the next time we need their services and highly recommend them for others.
