I ordered the 8 piece chicken off the rewards, got it home the chicken was dry as all got out tasted burnt. If I would’ve paid for this chicken i would have went back and ordered a fresh fried chicken. Not only was the chicken horrible the woman behind the counter had a really bad attitude I asked if she could ring me up and you would have thought I asked to cut her leg off she was no help and a bad attitude and just stood there , that deserves a write up!!🤬🤬 Needless to say I will not buy chicken from that rofo ever!!

This location is a dump and not at all customer friendly. I got gasoline on my hands and they wouldn’t let me use the restroom to wash my hands. I had planned to get chicken and a drink. Just as well, the food looked horrible and the place smelled bad. I recommend going down the road and finding a Wawa or Shell station.

And to be honest they don't even deserve a 1star so tonight me and 5 of my coworkers went in to purchase drinks and food when Sandra one of the workers they came over to us like twice asking about weather or not my coworker had paid for a brisket pink lemonade that we had paid for and she was adamant that we did not pay for the drink when my coworker had paid for the drink then she continued to come back to us harassing us about the same drink that we had paid for and at the end of the day ultimately call the police on us because at this time we had proven that we had paid for it and basically starts to laugh at her because she was so stupid it was funny which i guess hurt her feelings and i guess she thought she would show us and called the police on us for nothing so as we were eating our food the police came all four of them and ask us to leave because of what she said at the end of.the. day we will never come here again she my head

Chicken is barely cooked/undercooked and extremely greasy. Redner's and Giant (near White Marsh Mall) grocery stores have much better chicken and at half the price if you're buying 4 piece or less.

I ordered some chicken and it was the worst it was so greasy and it was not cooked all the way through it taste like it had sitting for a while. I will not buy chicken from them anymore.

Oh good service at roof from on Pulaski highway is excellent. Tonya is one of the best employees at this site and I enjoy shopping here on a daily basis.

I drive this gas station on my way to work every morning and if not I’m not running late I’ll stop in and stock up on my essentials (get coffee). The staff there are amazing and always make my morning commute feel great! Have a great year!

Rude manager/shift lead after I asked for my money back due to the long wait and being ignored for a large doordash order. She threw my money at me. Will not visit this establishment although it’s on my way to work no gas no coffee nothing. I’ll wait to visit Wawa instead and the Popeyes near my storage place. Sad customer service at This royal farms has dropped.

Order today at approximately 4:30pm order 532 and 534, spent $80. Just in case the manager and owner of the location read this. Your employees are entitled and were very rude to my husband and I. All because we watched them fill our order, while making snarky comments under their breath. Then they called us rude as we left. Not the most professional and doesn't make us want to visit our friendly local royal farm store. We all have a bad day, but please don't take it out on the customers.

I never write reviews, even with bad service, so I hope people pay attention to this review.I will NEVER be coming back to this location. I've been passing it for months now ever since it began construction (which, honestly it seemed weird to put a RoFo there, but that's a side tangent.) I had a long day, with my fiance and my newborn in the backseat. I go get gas and decided to do a 10pc dark for 10 dollars to get us dinner. Great deal. There's Employee "A" behind the food station. I go order, and afterwards, he informs me that it'll be about a 10-15 minute wait to get that ready. After some hesitation, I agree to wait. I go dilly dally and grab my fiance and I a drink. I pay, and about 7-8 minutes have transpired at this point. I go to wait by the back windows and employee "A" asked me if I was going to actually wait for the chicken. I'm confused because clearly I was. So he hadn't even started. That's fine I guess. Simple misunderstanding. After a few minutes though, I hear him yell from the back (employee area) that someone needs to start that 10pc because I'm waiting on it". Total, I waited a total of 27 minutes. From printout to chicken in hand. All the while, everyone ignoring the man standing by himself in a half empty store, not thinking about why I'd be sitting there (an order, duh).

I love Royal Farms, and this new building is beautiful - but where is management?I spent 30 minutes waiting for the poor kid who was clearly not trained, struggle to make my sandwich while two other ladies who were working were chatting out back. And unfortunately this is usually what I experience the few times I’ve visited this new location. They need to support their staff!!

If I could give lower rating I would. Ordered and paid for 100 pieces of chicken for a funeral, when I came to pick it it wasn’t ready or being made. They had no record of the order, I had to show them the receipts. They said a 15min wait, it was over an hour and zero apologies and frankly pretty rude about it like I was an inconvenience to their day. Literally the worst service anyone could expect, will never use again.

This convenience store/gas station is clean, the price of unleaded (87 octane) gas price is one of the lowest in the area, and traffic flow smooth around the area. Unlike other gas stations, someone empties out trash bins promptly, and its fried chicken is somewhat salty for my taste-bud.

Friendly staff. However, I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and a drum stick. Also a roll. Fries were old and hard. There was only 7 small ones in the box. No roll. No legs bit substituted a wing, thats cool, even better if it had some meat on it. Also, ordered non spicey and 2 of them are spicey and I cant eat them.

Went there today. And spent 30 min looking for 20 dollars i pulled out atm...short fat girl with glasses up front at cash register i asked her if i left my twenty on counter she told me no she watches me as i search for the 20 until i come back in and ask if they can run the camera back of course 5min after that the fat short girl pulls my 20 from on the floor behind the counter where shes at and goes oh heres your twenty. Now instead of yelling at her because she watched me look for my twenty for 30 min and lied straight to my face about seeing it. Id like to talk to a manager if possible she shouldnt be allowed off the hook.

It's Royal Farms. Granted, they don't carry as much as they used to and the pumps RARELY give you a receipt, but they're everywhere and have GREAT chicken and fries.

The music playing over the PA system in both the interior and exterior of the building is blown out and distorted. Nobody seems to care. The employees seem tired.
