This is the ABSOLUTE worst Royal Farms I have ever been to. The layout of the store, the ONE AUTOMATED REGISTER, and the fact the employees are all over the place. Don't get me wrong, the employees were kind and responded quickly to an accidental spill. But the fact that two customers were enough to hold up the line for over ten minutes is an absolute failure on the companies part and the design of the store.I would discourage anyone from visiting this store and spend an extra 2 minutes to go to one of the other locations nearby.

I don't like the fact that they fry the regular chicken and fries in the same grease that they fry the spicy chicken and fries. I love spicy foods but it makes my blood pressure go up. I've emailed corporate but nothing changed

Been going here for months while staying in the area, can I just say that I will be so happy to leave and have a different store close to my home? Well, I said it anyway. I like a few of the people that work here but some are just miserable and try to pass that off on others. The dumpster will make you lose your appetite, chicken is rarely stocked properly and parking sucks since employees think they should keep their cars right in front of the front door. There is a moderately overweight Latin women that works there at night and she is rude for no reason whatsoever. Instead of me wasting my time with your disrespectful staff, I will take my money elsewhere.

Please train all of your employees on how to use the scanner. I walk to royal farms to load money onto my paypal account, royal farms is a designated place to do so. Literally you scan the barcode, I GIVE YOU MONEY?? And it is a verified transaction that I have to fight with your employees every single time i do it. i use pay pal to pay my bills. i am not shopping at your establishment anymore. the response from your employee was that they do not offer that service here when i know for a fact they do because it says ROYAL FARMS, and they have done this several times at numerous royal farms including that location!! Other than the asian lady who is more than friendly, all of your employees at this location are literally the laziest people i’ve ever met, and they’re losing sales. what would i be trying to pull over on you by giving you money????

2 times of the past 3 trips here one or more of the employees were not wearing masks on their face at all while most of the others had it covering only their mouth leaving their nose exposed.... Dirty store in general and the prepared food is always stale, old and dried out. Highly recommend you go elsewhere

My husband went to Royal Farms for a family meal of Chicken 8 pieces for $13.When he got home the wings and drums look like baby Chick parts. Very sad. I used to work for Royal Farms and I would have never sold food like that to anyone.WE WANTED CHICKEN NOT BABY CHICKS. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

This store is crazy!!! Cause I came to the store to buy a box of DR. Pepper and one lady were asking me for my Id, and she said me, that she can’t sell me my product if I didn’t show him my Id…😑 to buy a box of Dr Pepper.That is a very bad service…

The only Royal Farms that I know of that sells beer and wine. Might be the only on in the state of Maryland too.
