I went to this location on April 29th around 11 pm. Cashier associate kept talking to deli worker delaying him from making orders. I waited for approx 15 minutes for a chicken slider (was myself and 1 other person in the store, no reason for significant wait, chicken was cooked no delay for that reason) before I asked for a refund. When I asked for a refund the young lady started mumbling under her breath having a flippant bad attitude started berating me asking me why I want a refund, and I explained there’s no reason for the long wait on the order. She replied “that’s not my problem”. I asked for a refund again and her name as well as her managers name. She simply says “Mira, what’s YOUR name?” I left the store without even getting my refund processed due to Shamira’s attitude and conduct. I will go out of my way to avoid this farm store if they plan to have employees like this.

This Royal farms is made excellent largely in part by their two star employees will, and Leslie. Every time I have to go to a Royal farms, I will gladly go two and a half miles out of my way to come to this one simply for the experience and overall feeling in the store. They both take time to learn their customers and their needs. Always on top of their job and always put 100% into everything they do both for the company and for the customers. The worst thing this store could ever do is let go or transfer either of those employees, because they are the heart of this store.

This is absolutely by far the best Royal Farms in the area! The food is always fresh and the employees are great! Bobbiejo, and Amber are two of the nicest people that I have ever met in retail, and they go above and beyond to make the customer feel welcomed & appreciated!

Clean store, found everything I needed with the help of a very pleasant cashier named Bobbiejo. Think I found my new go to store. Love the bright lights too makes me feel safe while pumping gas.

Bobbie Jo is a great employee she keeps the gas station clean and tidy and very kind and welcomes all. Definitely would recommend you going to get your gas and food here!

Got the most disappointing waffle sandwich ever, burnt to hell.....and my husband's chicken sandwich the lady didn't put any cheese on his. Also, one of the older employees at the front register was very rude.

Wow just got home to eat my chicken sliders to see they didn't put chicken on it. And they don't want to answering the phone.. called 7 times nothing. So I just paid $7 for 2 rolls with cheese. Seriously. What kind of drugs are they on to make a chicken sliders with no chicken

Worst carwash ever. I even sent an email and got no response. I wish I had spent $10 on something worthwhileThey are usually out of flavored and decaf coffee and the instant coffee machine is usually broken. When I tell them they thank me and ask me if I got what I needed. Uh, no.

Dirtiest Farm Store I have ever seen. Deli station is a disaster. Drink station is a disaster. Floors are gross and inventory is trashed, messy, and some on the floor. Bathroom as nasty as you would expect from the looks of tye rest of the place. Terrible waste of time.

As a frequent customer of this Rofo I was very disappointed today. I ordered chicken and western fries. As usual the chicken was good. However the western fries were inedible. They were fried in stale grease. As soon as I opened the box I could smell the nasty grease and the taste was just as bad. The good part of all of this is I still have my taste and smell so I don’t have Covid! Please change your grease!

Worked here one day was only there for 3 hours one of the workers stole my stuff off the manager desk. It was replaced by the assistant manager dorie who is sweet but other then that the manager is very rude and arrogant. I asked to be transfered she said "I'm not transferring you" and just hung up on me did not allow me to speak. Worse royal farms I've ever been in I'll never do back to that store

Go here everyday and today my friend bought me cigs today since i forgot my id. I am 28 years old. The short blonde lady with glasses came outside yelling that i was not allowed on the property anymore because he bought me those cigarettes. I then was told she kicked a couple out 15 minutes before that and a different gentlemen earlier this morning. The night shift people are great. The little blonde lady with glasses is on some kind of power trip thougg. Also will be coming back since me and my friend did absolutley nothing wrong or illegal, just will only be coming in when the night shift people are there to avoid this lady until she is fired.
