We were so pleasantly surprised to stumble onto Customer Appreciation Day! The whole team was wonderful, helpful, kind, and generous. We were blown away. Oh, and the chicken and Western fries were amazing, as usual. Thanks, Royal Farms!

Tonight the young lady didn’t have any moreOf my order selection. She advised me she could make something fresh and new. She was super polite and courteous. It was refreshing and inviting to have someone with these traits provide excellent customer service. Thank you to the young lady from Dundalk. Her co-worker and her seemed to work great as a team and they should be rewarded for delivering in accordance with the Royal Farm brand! Excellent job! Thank you!

Why don't you fix the touch panels on your pumps!!! Almost every pump has broken or worn out buttons. It is pretty aggravating when you scan your card and you can't continue with the transaction because the buttons don't work. When you neglect your equipment, you neglect the customers who use that equipment.

On the night before Halloween I was at the store and had an experience with an employee (Ms. Cheyenne)that really made me wish I could have someone like her around where I work. She was such a bright spot in my day, humming and working. She even made me feel ok when I knocked coffee all over the coffee bar that she had just cleaned! What a sparkling sense of humor!This is the store I go to now for my late night needs... Attitude and costumer interaction can really make a difference!

This ROFO is one of the best around. I stop by a lot of times in the evening. Everyone is very friendly the place is very clean. Food is always fresh. Can’t go wrong stopping here.

Royal farms used to have decent food. Then it was just chicken that was ok. Now its pointless to go to for food. Any deals advertised in store are only honored with a rofo rewards account. My advice? Go to Wawa. The food and atmosphere are much better. And you get the deals that are advertised without having to have an account.

Terrible customer service. Waited at the register for assistance for about 5-6 minute , while the manager stood next to me and continued to scan products without acknowledgment. Asked for help and was told shes would when shes finished scanning. Asked for someone else to help and was told I have to wait due to lack of workers.. I think this store needs a a bit of work with mannerisms and customer service.

I work all throughout the state of Maryland. I visit a lot of Rofos throughout my day, to use the restroom to get something to eat. I went today to this location and I could not believe how nasty the restroom and facility was. The restroom had no door handle. It appears the sink is falling apart. The urinal was broken and the toilet was full of feces. The walls were absolutely disgusting. Very sad that there was a sign on the wall that said, all employees must wash hands. This place is unfit even for that. The health department needs to come in and shut the place down. Absolutely disgusting

We only stopped here to use the bathrooms but the store was clean and the bathrooms were clean. Also, getting to the bathrooms was easy coming from the handicap parking. I have to get around on a walker and it was a clear path to the bathrooms.They also had a nice are to sit in and eat.

Since leaving a review about how they refuse to sell tobacco to me, they are now refusing to load cash unto my cashapp. They are refusing to service me. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. This is taking the direction of a major lawsuit bc i have recorded an employee saying that they do not load prepaid cards. I have never posed a threat to this establishment or their employees. I will own the gas station once im through. Im suing the employees individually as well!! They have already loaded my card in the past (YESTERDAY) now they refuse today.Impossible

This establishment refuses to accept digital identification to purchase tobacco. After accepting and scanning my digital ID for over a year, they have now threatened to terminate to their staff members if they scan my valid id from my driver’s license app. Although Maryland has now began accepting digital identification at TSA & we are able to add our ID to our apple wallet, the district manager has gone great lengths to discriminate against me. I will be reporting them to alcohol, tobacco commission as well.

It's unfortunate that a store with such a great location could be managed so poorly.Many of the employees seem to be unhappy. The car wash does not work properly even when considered in working order. Pumps are randomly broken more than you would expect.Lastly the air & vacuum systems are very rarely in service to a point you wonder why they even have them.On a positive note, the customer service is top notch despite the underwhelming facility in which they work.

The 5 stars are for Abby!! The lite skin girl with long dreads #1 is rude! Doesn’t need to be working around customers! Stick her in the back cooking. I have to walk a mile up there and do every couple of days. Asked for a pack of cigarettes and she rolled her eyes at me and acted like she’s doing me a favor. I’m legally blind so I need assistance with the registers which I know she didn’t know that BUT, she grab the cigarettes rang them up and walked off with them. I asked her if she was going to ring the rest of my order up? She said “NO! U do it yourself!” Then! Let me walk out the door w/o the cigarettes!! I KNOW she saw me walking and I KNOW she knew I didn’t have the cigarettes I don’t care what she tells the other staff members up there!! I walk atw back home and noticed they were not in my bag. I call up there and Abby answered. She knew I left them behind so that tells me that girl saw me walk out the door w/o them and didn’t have the decency to call out to me so I could come back to get them. No, I had to walk another mile up there to get them!! Thank you Abby for putting them up for me until I could get back up there to get them. Most stores would have told me I was SOL!! You Rock!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was at this store on sat March 20 th the employees were all polite, chicken was great service was great the cashier was great she was running 2 registers at one time waiting on 2 customers while the manager. Did nothing to help her . The cashier never lost her smile and how polite she was to every customer. And the deli lady was just as nice an aware of all customers while cleaning and filling orders almost as great as store 112 my favorite store

Apparently, if you’re black, you get to skip the line in front of everybody who’s been standing there waiting and the lady behind the register stands there and acts like she can’t tell what’s going on. Not surprise she’s 60 years old still with this job title, she deserves it.

Ordered 2 thighs, 1 drumstick, and 1 wing. Order number was 217. Receipt was printed at 12:36 PM for $12.58. This was lunch which I took back to work. I was given 2 breasts, 1 tiny wing, and 1 drumstick. They were all extremely overcooked and dried out like chicken jerky. Service was ok aside from being given the wrong items. Steve

First off, they are slow. Every time, even when they don't look busy, I've had to wait in line. 2nd of all, if you buy a car wash. Make sure it is working, they don't tell you if it isn't and won't refund. 3rd, if it is working, don't expect a clean car. The roller that does the hood and windshield doesn't reach the hood. I am going to Wawa from now on.

Not very friendly employee. The store is nice and clean which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars.. Went to check out and stood for a couple min waiting for the cashier lady. She didn't do or say any mean words but her attitude and the way she spoke and smurked at me just totally made me feel like i was a total inconvenience to her. The way she said things made me feel like i was an inconvenience, like i was going to slow for her, and like i was stupid. Then after i left i hear her laughing and giggling with the customer who was after me. I don't know if it's cause I'm a girl and he was a guy i don't know but you would of thought i was a personal enemy of hers and i never met her in my life. I've worked customer service before and i was taught to smile and be friendly to everyone...what happened to that ??? I'm not trying to make apetty review i just feel like this happens all the time now a days

This gas station is located right across the street from SpringHill Suites Middle River. It is spacious, and up to 16 vehicles can refuel at the same time. Canopy, fuel dispenser, sidewalk, and concrete pads are clean and well-maintained. Just about every trash can nearby the fuel dispenser appears to be emptied first thing in the morning. If your vehicle needs to be washed, there is a car wash facility. The convenience store is clean, and it is bigger than your local 7-Eleven stores. The store manager and employees are looking presentable, polite & helpful. Freshly brewed coffee, fresh foods, such as fried chickens, sandwiches, subs, fries, fountain sodas, slushies, ice tea, and much much more are available. Plus, there are two ATM machines and one (self-service) lottery vending machine for your convenience. The price of unleaded gas is not the lowest, but competitive. And auto repair shop is not available.

Their car wash damaged my vehicle, my hood had a deep laceration from the spinners, my front windshield frame was scratched, my right fender scratched, my front windshield chipped, which eventually cracked from one end to the other. The manager on duty said it happens when trucks come through with debris / metal fragment’s left behind, it usually get stuck in the spinners “brush”. But (Royal Farm) lacks integrity because their claim department denied my claim, come to realize, I am not the only one. Their reasons is, in verbatim, they did not see the damage occur while the car wash was running, and “what about the camera that saw me go in and the other at exit. Avoid their car wash.I had to give at least a star to post, not that they deserve any.
