My first time going to pep boys for tires and it was extremely smooth and easy. Cheaper than most other shops and they even went above and beyond and figured out how to get the alignment done on my extended length van at their shop even though it didn't fit on the rack. I dropped it off the night before and they called me when it was finished to go pick it up.Much better experience then some pf the other tire shops nearby.

My first experience with Pep Boys was excellent. My mechanic, Dave W., is the best! I will follow him wherever he may go. As long as Dave is there, my business will be there too.

Local store tried hard to upsell my wife on additional overpriced services. After a simple oil change my interior (dashboard & inside glove compartment) was covered in greasy handprints, and the front floor mats virtually ruined even after cleaning. Never going back.

The owner was so nice and helpful. One of my tires were down. He was so kind to check on the tire and it turns out that the tire needed air and he got air into the tire. I'm super grateful

I got a call the day before my scheduled appointment telling me there were openings on that day from Bob. I went in and had my work done in a timely manor. Bob was very professional. I had single tire replaced they even put my spare back underneath my truck. Nice to see you still offer service the way it use to be.

They always surprise me with finding the least expensive solution, while being thorough in their evaluation and completely competent in correcting the issue! Made appointment on line which was very convenient.Oil change done within the allocated time. Washer fluid filled and free inspection performed.All personnel dealt with were very friendly and courteous.Would certainly recommend Pep Boys to family and friends.

I experienced an engine emergency situation on Saturday, 11/18/23, and Nick the Manager went over and above to immediately access and assist a very shaken single lady! I feel so blessed and thankful that Nick took charge of my very stressful situation and saved my vehicle from locking up! I highly recommend using the services at this Pep Boys location!

First visit to location on 9909 Pulaski Highway, and was greeted in a friendly manner. I was there to have my tires installed and balanced. I was in and out in an hour. I choose this location based on the many good reviews. Great customer service and I will be back.

Came in for routine oil change and passenger tire check for frequent leaks. Oil change was fine and easy enough, however I was told - amongst other things - my tire had 2 nail puncture, hence cannot be fixed. And that given my car is a 4WD, I have to replace both back tires ! ... when I refused. They removed the tire from the rim and placed the small spare tire on. I asked them to put the tire back as is. They refused, in an attempt to force to me to purchase 2 brand new fr9m them that i very well know I do not need.I left with my car , got my tire fixed for $20.This was my first visit here. It safe to say it's my last as well.

Do not go to this establishment for anything. They will have you book a appointment only to tell you when you get there you have to leave your vehicle and they will get to it in a day or two. Horrible buisness practice.

Hello, great Customer Setvice in and out in 20 minutes, replaced one blown tire, back on my car within a hour and driving, I highly recommend Costco Pep Boys will be taking both my vehicles there for service, oh and most of all the Best Price in Town

I wouldn’t even take my bicycle here, let alone my car. My SUV got a flat tire a few weeks ago due to a nail in the middle of the tread. I made an appointment online with pep boys to get a patch job. 20 mins after dropping it off a “tech” calls me and says the tire is irreparable. I ask him to elaborate, he says there’s a nail in the “sidewall”. I’m no mechanic, but you can clearly see in the picture that this nail is not in the “sidewall”. Pretty sure they teach you the parts of a tire in week 1. The tech continues to tell me I should replace all 4 tires. Curious, I ask him how much that would be. He says he has to special order them and he didn’t know the price. Made no effort or commitment to get me a price. He told me to come pick it up. Which I did. I drove it 1 mile down the street to NTB. They took one look at it, said pep boys was lying, set me up an appointment the next day and sent me on my way with a smile. I took it to NTB and they patched my tire, put it back on and charged me $38. Go to NTB folks, go anywhere, just don’t go here.

I used to go to Merchants Tire/NTB in Dundalk. Went there for years but new management there ruined it. Been going here and Dave the mechanic is absolutely the best. I’ll be going here for years to come because of him!

Great customer service and quick with the repair but one thing I was confused about was the prices on the site it said 169 for standard brake service but that was the price for the brake pads and not the service but overall they did a good job

They changed my tires, messed up my rims and the store manager Ken thought this was acceptable. This is how they gave me my car back. I paid $80 for them to put my tires on and this is the service I received. Now I have to pay more money somewhere else to fix my tires to get back to VA safely. Horrible service!!!

Had my car jumped earlier this morning, I drove around for an hour thinking it'd recharge the battery. When I stopped to pickup some stuff from the store the battery was dead again. Luckily I was walking distance to this pep boys. Nick was super helpful, he came out to try and jump it, that didn't work. So he replaced the battery for me. I was in and out in 15 minutes, very friendly and accommodating crew.
