A few weeks ago, it was my first time visiting the Menomonee Falls-based department store to shop for kitchens and bedding. To my surprise, Sephora, the French multinational retailer of personal care and beauty products located inside the front center of the store. For ladies, this must be a good place to stop by and shop for the hottest and latest beauty products, including skin care, hair care, and fragrances.

I love that I can return my Amazon products here with no hassle, that's a big convenience for me.Also they have a nice selection and the store is clean and organized.They also have a little bit of everything.In this economy the prices seem high but they do have great sales, coupons and clearance items.If you're a savvy shopper you can get great deals.

Stopped in yesterday to browse the Christmas clearance merchandise. The amount of hatred and vitriol I heard being spewed toward people who like to shop the after clearance Christmas deals by employees here (but not just here, other retailers too) was mind blowing. I got treated to a whole conversation between two employees regarding why are people so keen on coming in after Christmas to these clearance events? Don't think it really matters, as long as people are helping you clear the stuff out and making you a little money in the process. One item I picked up came up, wrongly, at full price. When I brought it up to one of the aforementioned employees, the response was "that sounds like a manager problem". Well great, can you get me one? Or is finding the person who can help if you can't no longer part of customer service? Fortunately she eventually did and I got charged the right price. Retailers wonder why they are going extinct, and It's clear that they are completely clueless. A little customer service training might be nice.

Best location, you can stop by for a target dollar tree, McDonald’s, liquor shop, and anything around. Nice folks little discount, great parking, amazing pretty much go with lots of money and have fun.

Kohl's is located in Martin Plaza shopping center next to Target. I love that Sephora is right inside the front door. Customer returns is right inside the front door to the right. Amazon returns are all the way in the back to the left. Some really great brands at decent price. Some extremely over priced items too. Kinda reminds me of the old Sears.

We found the store to be neat and clean. Check out is well supervised. They are an Amazon return hub and that draws us there. Kohls provides a 20% coupon for their store on the day of a return.

You know the prices are ok and the staff is okay. My only real issue is how messy the store looked . It was hard to find items . I still spent over 200 dollars. I would have bought more but like I said the place was a mess.

Went with certain items in mind , which I did buy but also found a few other things. The associates were very friendly and the prices were amazing.

They are always very clean and the staff is ready to help most the time as soon as you walk in the door. I find it very convenient I can take my amazon returns there and I don't even have to have my original box! You also get coupons for kohl's when you send a return for Amazon through them. I do find the prices are kinda high but they seem pretty busy most of the time. It had many house hold items like bedding and kitchen supplies plus jewelry and pretty much all your clothing needs. The doors are plenty large enough for wheel chair access and they do have bathrooms for the public. I would recommend stopping by and checking it out!

Love Kohl's. The best selection of ladies shoes and clothing. I can always find a nice pair of jeans in here. Love the jewelry too. They have really nice house decor. You can find everything and anything here. Good quality

I haven’t been to this Kohls in long time, due to bad service messy store could never find stuff. I loved the amazon return that was great. I decided to take my grand daughter and go because they open a Sephora in there best experience the guy working as cashier went out of his way to go check stock and found a item I needed a lady who was playing pick a boo with my grand daughter was so nice she must be a manager she asked if he had a lunch or needed anything let her know. Store was clean I was looking at baby/toddler shoes but they didn’t have her size in any of them. I got her night gown and outfits the employee’s were actually friendly and up at checkout they called to open another line. we have good and bad days all of us but you never want to make a customer unhappy or complain. I’ve worked the retail/wholesale industry managing, auditing store manager not a fun ride when heat comes down. Keep up the good work and stay positive.

Prices are still generally way too high. Only a little more reasonable during their pretend sales. They've decided to drastically lower the quality of the entire store by craming in a 'Sephora' section and lowering stock of products that actually sell. So much so that there's no point in visiting any store where they've made this mistake, because they no longer stock things people want to buy.

The clothing selections are very blah and the rest of their merchandise in home etc which may be ok are quite overpriced but its great for Amazon returns. They also now have a Sephora in there!

Nice store, but no one had ever said hello or asked me if I needed help, until I went there a few days before Christmas. I was happy to see POC (African Americans) working there. Some of the employees need training on how to welcome customers and ask them if they need help finding things. I went there several times before Christmas and I literally walked the entire store and felt invisible, every time. Not a good look, when it comes to providing customer service.

Was very easy to return my Amazon items there. The guys in the back were fast and friendly. I bought another item went to the cashier up front. The cashier named Dee was not very friendly. Didn't say hello or greet me. I asked if I could use my coupon amd tried to hand it to her. She didn't even look at it and said no it cant be used in a very nasty tone as if I was bothering her. I read the coupon before I even got to the registar to make sure it could be used. All she kept saying is enter your kohls card now. 1st I don't have a Kohl's card,stop and actually listen when a customer is speaking. She then proceeded to hand me my receipt and $10 kohls buck. Told her to keep the $10 I won't be back to use it. She said its free $10 give it to someone else. I told her no she can. A second ago she couldn't bother to even look at my coupon you think $10 is gonna lure me back in. Nope.

I mainly go there to check items in clearance. When you add coupons, Kohl's cash and rewards to reduced prices, you can hardly beat Kohl's!!! Quality and price are the reasons why I love to shop there!

It's your typical Kohl's department store, albeit smaller than the average Kohl's in my opinion. They have a little bit of everything you'd expect. I went here because this is one of the Kohl's locations where you can return items to Amazon for free. It's a small desk located near the back of the store. To locate it enter the front door and follow the aisle in front of you until it ends, then make a left. On your right hand side you will see a small desk with a glass shield in front of it and a yellow Amazon sign at the bottom.
