Store hours state that they open at 8:00am. Stopped there at 8:20 but they were NOT open. Look, if you're going to come into our community and build a business, recognize that the community counts on and relies on you to be open when you say you will.I just happened to need large, rectangle bandages this morning, for a wound on a family member, and waited until "opening" time to drive there...only to find you closed. I could have went to Walmart earlier. I ended up at Walmart anyway. Not a happy customer. It's not like I went there for candy and gum...it was for bandages.Bottom line - keep your promises. You say you open at 8am? Then open at 8am...or restate your actual business hours.

This dollar general has to be the worst one ever. They are always closing early. They always have notes on the door saying closed do to stocking or inventory, but when you go in the store NOTHING is stocked because all of the crates are in the middle of the floor. Again, they his has to be the absolute WORST Dollar General EVER!

So, today I went to dollar general at this location, like I normally do. But a young little boy who appears to be 18 or 19 had a stink little attitude for no reason at all. I purchased five fun dips he literally were slamming them down on the counter hard, then I came back in b/c I forgot to grab a soda. Oh baby this little boy really caught a nasty attitude he gonna tell me the soda was $2.43 I believe. I gave him cash first then I was gonna slide my card last like other businesses tell u to do. Instead he said no you’re going to have slide your card first so I did, long story short I owed him 14 cents. This little boy went off over 14 cents it was not that serious he gonna ask his manager Gabby does she have it, then he gonna say to me are you sure you have it. Like little boy I do not steal I pay for mines anyways I proceeded to my car and got the 14 cent, when I came back I seen him taking 14 cents from elderly woman & I’m like really ? You couldn’t just be patient maybe this job isn’t for him since he obviously have problems after problems.

Love shopping here. The store is just blocks from my house, and is often a time saving alternative to having to go to Walmart or further. They almost always have what I need, the employees are extremely friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I often ask to take some of their empty cardboard boxes for my small business and they are always happy to let me take some.

ZERO STARS! HORRIBLE SERVICE! have visited this location several times & NEVER HV I CALLED A BUSINESS ALL DAY W/O AN ANSWER!! I made a purchase yesterday which SHOULD HV COST ME $60.00 MAX BUT I REVIEW MY CC TRANSACTIONS 2 SEE A $133 PURCHASE which after reviewing DG EMAILED RECEIPT CONFIRMATION TODAYI AM ABSOLUTELY 100% LIVID!!! A long list of items that I CERTAINLY NVR PURCHASED OR RECEIVED!! I can only imagine I ended up being charged for customers purchase B4 mine???To TOP IT OFF NOT 1 PERSON WILL ANSWER THE STORE PHONE BEGINNING FROM 10am TODAY up until NOW!! SO I WILL BE VISITING THE STORE AS THEIR DOORS OPEN IN THE AM & MY $$$ WILL BE CREDITED IMMEDIATELY, AN EXPLANATION FROM MGMT, & A MGMT CALL MADE 2 CORPORATE AS I SEE THAT REPRIMANDS ARE HANDED DOWN !!!

I LOVE Dollar General. They have GREAT prices, and if you get the App, and clip the digital coupons you can save a TON of money! There's only 2 things I hate about the store closest to me (store #14946, I believe).1.) Their refrigerated section has been Out of Order for quite some time now, OVER 2-3 months. I've been unable to use certain coupons for various food items, AND it's also an inconvenience since I'm already THERE, and if I just need milk,butter, etc., I THEN need to run to another store, rather than just stopping in ONE place to grab EVERYTHING I need. It's not easy for me to "just go to another location," or just run around from store to store, otherwise I would.2.) I use the Lavender scented, cleaning Vinegar, bc it smells SO much better than regular Vinegar. And for a cleaning product, it actually smells GOOD, and an even BETTER perk, it's a fairly large bottle for just $1. I use it for EVERYTHING from mopping the floor, to diluting in a spray bottle to use as a multi purpose cleaner, to using it as a laundry stain remover. Well, RECENTLY this store has been OUT of it. They'll order maybe 2-3 bottles, and once they sell them I have to bring it to their attention to order more, otherwise it doesn't get ordered. I mean I purchase it often enough that they SHOULD be increasing the quantity ordered.Other than those 2 things, I love this store, especially this location. Everyone is always so nice, whenever I stop in.

Friendly staff, decent location. Both name brand and generic goods. Watch your prices as some stuff is cheaper at Walmart. Store is kinda small so there's a lot crammed in each isle, not a bad spot for grabbing a few last minute items or snacks for around the house. Some hard to find snacks here without all the lines and fuss.

I'll first say that every time I've frequented this location, the cashiers were nothing but kind so this is no reflection on them. I went in for a specific item because I'd purchased it before at the Perry Hall location. I walked around, up and down the isle and noticed that there was not one Black hair care product on the shelf. There are a "few" of "us" down this way that would appreciate a lil love. I'm sure the items would fly off the shelves if they were there and advertised. Please consider it. Thank you!

It's a great store with real friendly employees. The only problem is like multiple other stores, they are picked over and lack stock of a lot of items... However this is contributed to COVID 19.......its still a nice store to shop, they are definitely attempting to keep up......

Close to my house and I stop in frequently to buy bottle caps candy for me and my great nephews. The last 4 times they were out and every time I have said something to management about stocking more ! BUT stopped again yesterday and STILL DIDN'T HAVE ANY ! Won't waste my time in there any more

Long lines @ times. Don't plan on rushing in and out. Stock is every where in the store, except on the shelves. Always check your receipt, a lot of items don't ring up on sale. Greeting card selection is good and they even have 2- cards $1.

Possibly a bad day, as I've never experienced a messy store or non friendly staff at the Chase location until today. Wasn't greeted when I walked in, she turned to see me and turned back around (wasn't with a customer). Tall cart loaded with new product blocking back aisle.

This is a great place to go for all kinds of last minute things you may have forgotten. Saved me on the fourth of July when I ran out of propane. All the staff I have dealt with here were very nice and helpful.

Store is dirty, always in disarray. Your male store manager lacks respect for the customer. He is mouthy and rude and was wearing his ear buds while I was speaking to him. I'll be speaking to the corporate office about is lack of professionalism and his lackadaisical attitude.

Cashiers have zero manners, I say 'hi how are you" they either don't answer, scan my items, then rudely tell me a price. OR, They are super super slow
