$5 full size rotisserie chicken that taste amazing...what's not to like. It's very helpful to know your prices...it helps because you are getting a much bigger quantity and some things are much cheaper some are not. Overall you really do save money.

I love Costco! Just joined back after a number of years. I love the variation of everyday products. Prices have indefinitely gone up due to inflation. I love that they are so close to home for me. So my regular gas trip here will commence. I took so many pictures of pricing for comparison. There are also regular coupons. Buying in stock is really helpful. Especially on home goods.

They disrespected my wife and I at the exit after we just renewed our membership. The counter Mgr who processed our membership and $200. Order forgot one item and the doorman asked us to stand to the side like thieves so that some other official wrote up the manager! We had to demand the doorman to let us through and keep the $5. Toothpaste. We wanted no part in that.

The store carries items they should and is clean. It's smaller than the other area costcos (arundel mills/owings mills) and doesn't have items I've seen at the others. My biggest issue with this store is how they treat you as a member.They treat you like a criminal when checking out. One lady in particular got an attitude with me while I walked by with and item in a bag that I couldn't return and kept asking for the receipt. I explained to the lady i didn't have a receipt it.was a return i couldn't return and she kept talking over me insisting she needed a receipt instead of listening.The hassle of not having an exchange policy when a item was on sale. They tell you they will pull up the coupon at checkout, than the cashiers have another story for you like "they can't find the coupon"Requesting id with your membership at self checkout is excessive.I Was checking out and was unaware the membership expired i wanted to check with my wife before renewing at that moment and explained that to the cashier. She did not like that and gave me an attitude and told me i couldnt purchase the items i just spent an hour shopping for and were all rung up unless i renewed at the register.We now go to the owings mills location due to the negative shopping experiences we have had whenever possible.

Just bought a computer here and had a terrible experience. Absolutely no one knew what I meant when I asked if there was a warranty on the unit. I was told he "thinks there's a return policy of 90 days" buy he wasn't sure and I was directed to a manager across the way.Little did I know I would then have to ask a different manager besides the first, and the second manager told me some of the computers don't even have a return policy- don't forget that I never even asked for that information and my question at this point is still unanswered. There was no sinage or person to tell me there may not be a return policy on the 900 dollar computer I just bought.Now at this point I'm realizing no one knows what a warranty is. I might be using old retail terminology, but as someone who recently left a position of management even I know that a warranty is the same as a protection plan. So at this point I'm done. The only person who seemed to know what I was talking about walked into the conversation just as I was leaving it. Nice guy, but it was too late. I walked away.teach your team to ask the right questions, or have the right answers. You know, the answers I later found out were on the receipt. a simple, "The phone number to call for a protection plan is on the receipt," because apparently I can't buy that while I'm in store.NEVER. AGAIN.

Costco has very good prices and the quality of the items are very good. Their bakery is so good. I had my flooring installed by them and they had the best prices and it is beautiful. The tire department has great sales and quality installation.

Worst costumer service, get stopped for a credit card everytime we are in the store and the self checkout employee is constantly hovering. You have door checkers for a reason. Never felt more uncomfortable in an environment. Stop profiling people based upon how they look. Do better.

If you ever woke up one day and wanted to be annoyed at the amount of shoppers who have no regard for spacial awareness or anyone other than themselves, then this is the place for you! Self checkout? Don't mind if I haul all my stuff onto the scanner, while the coscto employee holds the gun and stands around doing nothing. 10/10 on sheer aggravation

I talked to someone in the pharmacy about 2 hrs ago wanting to know where my Ventalin inhalers were, s he checked n said they were filled but were put back for some reason, but he said to come on up n get them that he would fill them. Went up there a couple hours later and no one knew what I was talking about! Then who was this that told me that? They should get there stuff together, I’m thinking about switching, this is the Pulaski hwy store

So joined Costco in Whitmarsh last week. Went to the customer service counter and Robbie helped me sign up. She was Very professional and helpful. It is nice to deal with employees who care about their jobs and customers.Thank you Robbie and I hope your management appreciates your work ethic.

I am a Sam's Club shopper! When I was doing Insta Cart I had to shop there. This was my first time shopping there and it will be my last because I could not find the items I was looking for because nothing nothing was in order. Items were all over the store. I had to ask other shoppers "were is this" "were is that" it was a total nightmare. Never and I mean never shop there again and I quit Instacart because after the nightmare in Costco's then I had to deliver the groceries to Cecil County to Port Deposit. The company doesn't tell you where you are delivering to until you have done the shopping well I was pissed! 20+ miles on 95North and I was doing 70 because I hadvto get my kids off of the bus. Smh! Like I said never again I am sticking with Sam's Club!

Thanksgiving week plan on it being crowded. They are very good at opening more lanes for check out when its busy so it goes very smooth. Parking is still hard so be ready to walk.

Costco is good generally but there is not clear indication or labelling to help customer find the right lane and few workers around to ask for info...but when one gets a worker they are generally helpful..

This is the best place to buy better than restaurant steaks at great prices. New York Strip steaks for $8.49 a pound. Rib eyes for $13.49. You just can't beat their prices and quality!

This Costco has the worst customer service!!! Calling out Kenny on sales for the worst customer service I have experienced from any store. When I tried to talk to the Ast Manager Becka, she just shrugged the situation off.Situation: there was a Display only TV for sale with $150 off the original price. I was excited and got the ok from the wife to get it. So with that approval, I went to the lady by the door checking IDs to call someone to get the TV. The lady told me to get a cart and stand in front of the display so they can get the TV and place it on the cart. Unfortunately, without me realizing there was another customer who wanted the TV. When Kenny started approaching, the other customer went to talk to Kenny. Unsure of their conversation at first, but then realized it was about the same TV. The customer then took the display tag. Once I realized they were discussing the TV, I told Kenny I was there waiting for him to help get the TV. I even showed him I had the cart literally standing in front waiting. All he said, that the last one, since she has the tag, she gets the TV. I mentioned that I had you called to help me not the other customer but ignored my cry. Therefore, I went to the Ast Manager Becka to discussed the situation. All she told me was, the cuustomers were not allowed to take the tag and will talk to Kenny later. She then proceeded to take care of the next customer. She did not even call Kenny to see what happened. Since I was not getting anywhere with them, I just went about my business pissed with the whole situation.The right thing to do: For Kenny to understand, which customer was first to ask for the TV. If I wasn't the guy, then I would understand that. However, the fact that he just ignored the situation was uncalled for! Then the Ast Manager Becka ignoring the situation, made it even worse.

I bought 2 of a single item and the cashier scanned 3 charging me for 3. Train your staff better. Will customer service fix this, probably not. Garbage!

Large wholesale club location with good prices. Must have membership to enter main part of store. Decent selection. Savings are good if you want to buy in large quantities. Rival wholesale clubs are better for some products, especially paper goods, deli meats. Superior to other wholesale clubs for butchered meats and baked goods. Some produce can be iffy, especially fruits. Small cafe at front is crowded - selection has improved lately but ridiculously low prices are still the rule. Customer service is well above average - likely because store compensates employees well. Store is clean and very brightly lit.

The people shopping were rude, no manners at all, even a staff member was rude. The prices were good and they had a decent variety of items. The ladies' restroom was smelly and dirty. I will stick with going to the Owings Mills location for now.

It really feels like the "free tire rotations" and other services are a scam when they never have the staff to actually do any of the things that Costco promises. And if they're not able to consistently take walk-in appointments, it would be appreciated if that could be taken off the website to avoid wasting everyone's time.

Update- they have changed the price label accordingly. It's $10 off per package now.‐------------------------------------------------In general, the store is clean and staffs are nice and attentive. We go there pretty often. All is good, crowd sometimes.Only one bad experience occurred today.I got confused about the label. I thought is 16.99 per pound. We found the price is incorrect after check out, so we went back to ask them if they can check for us. The manager said it's not $5 off per pound. You only got $5 off per package. Ironically, the manager also mentioned many people got confused about the label, but they still labeled it that way.

High quality, reasonably priced merchandise. The savings easily offsets membership costs. Just added another ⭐ due to a great customer service experience. I returned a defective WiFi router after owning it for nearly 2 years and my purchase price was refunded on the spot with a smile. My son pointed out to me that the whole pizza at the food court is a great value - in terms of calories per dollar 🍕🤔
