This was my first time at this location. The shelves were stocked and organized. I did not have to stand in a long line, and once I got to the register, I forgot batteries, and the cashier was helpful and stepped away to assist my daughter by showing her where to find the batteries. It was easy to find what I needed, cost was reasonable, and store associate was helpful. Overall experience was 5 stars

Good place to do some light holiday shopping for stocking stuffers. They have a bunch of small affordable gifts for kids. If you got a light budget then hit this place up to grab some small things for the family. Big store usually clean and then staff is helpful.

The employees at this location try to be helpful cashier was very patient only down fall customers not very educated in the furniture products that they sell but they try to be helpful. I do recommend this location DO NOT go to the Parkville location off Perring Parkway they are more interested in talking about birthdays and personal information employees and manager a like I give them 1 star.

It appears that they are remodeling the store. This store is low on inventory. However, I was able to find some great little items. Moreover, the line is not social distance friendly since the remodel. If you are a little timid of being close to people, then maybe this is not the Big Lots for you.

The store is well organized However....The young white girl at the register must don't like people of color. She gladly asked the white lady that was in the line for her big lots rewards card. But she didn't asked the people of color if they have a big lots rewards card. 🤔

Spent 1 1/2 hrs there. Found Christmas presents, everyday items and decorations for 2 seasons. Also found Toys for Tots presents as well. Nice store. Steve the cashier was very pleasant.

I don't normally go to big lots because there not around my area. But today I stopped in this one by White Marsh. It was very nice and clean the employees were nice and helpful. The other ones I've been in are mostly dirty and the employees not so helpful. They are doing a great job there.

I always forget about Big Lot! But when I do they always have a sale! Picked up some nice stuff this trip! Plus I always go to the Dollar Tree right next door, so why can't I remember to stop in there! Will try to make it a routine from now!

Bought plastic bin amongst other things that only survived a couple of open/close actions. Lid split near the handle. The bin was empty as this occurred.

Puppy pads are the cheapest I can find at this time. Walmart and Petsmarts went up. Cashier was very nice when I used my Veterans discount. Outdoor lights were 35% off. Store was neat and clean.

You can a lot of things decently priced. Most things are seasonal or overstock. I've also been to many locations in multiple states and all of them have terrible Motorola price scanners that never work right and it takes checking out insanely long.

I enjoy going to Big Lots and most of the time the associates are friendly and helpful. Except the manager of the furniture dept. We wanted to purchase a living room set and every question we asked was answered dismissively with a YUP or NOPE. Felt like we were bothering her. I walked out with thoughts of never going back-a shame because I really like it there.

Ordered outdoor rugs in line and was waiting for an email to say my order was ready. Called 3 hours later and the lady said my order was still not ready..she guaranteed me that they had the rugs available in stock. Called 24hrs later and my order was canceled because they did not have in stock. I'm sure they would have processed within a couple hours after my order I would have my rugs. Very disappointed.

Big Lots is one of my favorite places to shop. The current selection of Christmas decor right now is some of their best so get it it now before it's gone. This location has a decent selection of fireplaces and furniture as well. While you're there stop by the Dollar Tree next door. They have a great selection too.

If you see something there you are looking for, buy all they have. They never seen to have some items I'm looking for, but yet I purchased them not long ago. Nothing is consistent. Some things are high in price. Like, what knots, knick knacks, decorations. There is always a wait to be rung up! It takes a while. They need a better check out system. Furniture seems reasonably priced, and stylish. I don't know how well it will hold up though. Buy, I know 2 diff. Families that got furniture there and i haven't heard any complaints.

It's big lots... you can find a lot of things for your household without paying a lot of money for it. The staff is always nice. Good holiday gifts.
