I would like for management to give the gentleman that cleans the gas station area up that is on night shift a raise because that man works hard and needs to be recognized for his performance at lifting heavy trash bags and clean the areas really well I watched this man at the gas pump for at least fifteen minutes pick up trash and try to lift up a bag that needed to be triple bagged he finally got it in his cart to be dumped awesome work dude keep doing a great job

I had to get gas, and the machine couldn't print a receipt because the machine was empty. The food was fine, and fixed the way I wanted. This parking lot is a little tight.

The customer service is usually great and friendly no problems there. Buttttt. The inventory at this location needs to be adjusted. Ive only lived in the neighborhood a little over a year. It seems to NEVER have the drink or energy drink you want. Limited ice cream when you have a late night craving. It can be very disappointing at times.

I've always been greeted with friendly, smiling faces here, both at the register and for food or specialty drinks. The staff is always very courteous and professional. The food and both regular drip and specialty coffee here is all amazing. Furthermore, the restrooms are ALWAYS spic and span clean--very important. I can honestly say that this particular location is well-ran and well-managed. Kudos to the entire staff for always making my visits quick, efficient, and enjoyable.

Tonight was my 1st time stopping in this WAWA in at least a year. The food hasn't been great, so my stops slowed. Tonight, I had the least satisfying steak and cheese sub of my life. Bread bordering on stale, one strip of bacon buried at the bottom crack of the bun, almost couldn't taste any mayo or pepper, despite the meat being the driest and least flavorful steak I've ever had. I'll just avoid this spot unless I really need gas and don't feel like driving 10 minutes to the next place.

I stoppef on my way home at 1: 30am in the morning and I couldn't get any chai tea to drink I couldn't get any kind of food said they were closed for updates I asked when they'd be open, she didn't know. Not very friendly Mechanicsville Wawa it was like I was bothering them so I'm sorry you're 24/7 not so much

I was coming home from getting a brand new fish, driving down the highway. We had to break hard suddenly and the container holding the fish flew off and fell on the floor, the water spilling everywhere. Wawa just happened to be on the right and we pulled in real quick to get water to save the fish. Two employees stepped up and found some room temperature water and got it to me stat, saving the fish. They went above and beyond and cared enough to fix the situation ASAP. The fish is alive and well thanks to those employees. Thank you!!

This morning I walked past three different signs stating that masks were required in this establishment. There is hand sanitizer at he registers and by the doors. From the appearance you would think this Wawa is taking this seriously. After getting my items to purchase I watch two individuals not wearing masks walk around the store and even make purchases. I respect people's or a business's right to be free but why post the signs if they mean nothing. I will be going to another wawa for a while.

There was a baby roach on the counter. Don’t kno if a customer brought it in or the store is just dirty. It was by the milk station. Never going to this Wawa again 🤮🤮

Not a good quick stop place.As a technician on the road I don't have too much time to make many stops, so usually pick wawa for most of my needs.Stopped at this wawa to put get, get something to drink and a quick bite, and of course to use the bathroom and wash my hands after being in someone's crawlspace.So after spending 30+$ for gas and 8$ for snack tray and drink(wanted to get 2 different bai teas, but the store was out of 2nd flavor, so had to buy 2 of the same), I never got to use the bathroom or wash my hands (it was closed for cleaning and waited around for more than 5min, constantly picking there and locking eyes with lady who put up the "closed" sign and offered no words ) and ended up throwing away half of my 4$ snack - despite 4 more days till expiration date the grapes were disgusting and apples got that sourness too ).So I ended up eating part of my snack with disgusting dirty hands and had to loose time to make another stop at Sheetz (and spend couple of $$ there, cause I'm not one of those people who uses the bathroom without being a customer).

The cashier's never know what they're doing the people making the sandwiches are slow if you're in a hurry don't be likely you'll be eating your sandwich at your desk if you even get it I would advise that you never ever order a cold beverage I've had to walk out several times even after paying for it because I had to be at work this is the worst Wawa customer service sucks the management sucks and the food people suck

Their staff is lazy, they never have anything preped for the deli, called the manager and she starts getting smart with me in her "redneck" tone of voice like shes high and mighty for working at wawa as a manager. Told her its common sense to prep for when your running low and she said you dont do that, well you may not because you're lazy as af.

Ok place, but gas prices are usually higher due to lack of nearby competition. Also, very busy place since few gas stations around. They do need to put guards on their pump handles too to keep gas and fumes from splashing on your hands.

Ordered bagel with little bit of butter & oatmeal. When I got to work my oatmeal container was only partially filled. My bagel had globs and globs of cream cheese instead of butter! Very disappointed in Wawa.

this wawa had takis and the birch mart i lived next to did not so i really liked this place except the fact that they did not have the large bag of takis.
