Once again, an exceptional talk by Dr. Mac on the equipment, system and maintenance at his facility. This facility is like a candy store for the novice or advanced hobbyist. Dr. Mac, Justin, and Rachel are always so helpful and informative. The livestock selection is mind blowing and you will find unique coral you haven’t seen sold elsewhere. I love PEA’s selection of healthy pre-quarantined aquacultured fish. Their fish quarantine protocol is impressive and goes above and beyond what most fish vendors practice. Their display tanks are works of art.

Went here for the first time today and the owner took the time to go over ways to make sure my water is right. Also helped me with everything I wanted and helped me with any questions I had. The set up is beautiful and the tanks are incredible!!!! I highly recommend going here!!! I’ll be back!

Recently ordered and chose “in-store” pickup which is difficult being in Oklahoma lol. I just can’t say enough about the friendliness and fantastic customer service. Problem easily resolved and Rachel spent additional time with me explaining available programs and website resources. Have not received order yet but customer service if way above any other companies I have dealt with. So far I love this place :)UPDATE - Received my order which was way beyond expectations and they even threw in a free frag, who does that?? Well, they do and to be honest, I was not that surprised, that is just how they do it :) Also got a friendly courtesy call to check on order from guess who, Rachel of course. Thank you PEA!!

My father has been going to Dr Mac for as long as I can remember (15+ years) for all his saltwater tank needs. He passed away suddenly and Pacific East had their tank maintenance man out to our house within a week to disassemble everything. We have always been pleased with everything we’ve bought from them and are so thankful they came to take care of tank and fish for us. Great people and great products.

I purchased a pair of clownfish (Ms Piggy & Dumbo) from Dr Mac and they are absolutely beautiful. They were well packaged and arrived healthy and happy. I plan to care for these fish for many years to come so I wanted something unique and special and these clowns are perfect. Thank you!

Quite an amazing establishment to say the least. I met Dr Mac today and he is the kindest person in the world. Amazing collection of very healthy corals, fish, and invertebrates. Well worth the 5 hour round trip drive! Left with well more than what I planned on buying. Great value as well.

Order a lot of coral online and I have to say definitely impressed with this shop.when I ordered my hammer coral I was a bit skeptical as of many bad experiences. Was absolutely shocked how big it was for the price, picture match exactly what was advertised so impressed this my go to shop for sure.

Update: Spoke with their customer service and offered a refund on the dead clam. I will take responsibility for not emailing them directly as I was unaware that was their only mode of contact. Moving from 3 ⭐️ to 5At first was very impressed with the customer service. I got a call a few hours after delivery asking if I received my clams. I stated yes but the one looked damaged. It wasn’t coming out of its shell and was deep inside the shell, mantle barely visible. I was told to take lots of pictures and to message them if the clam didn’t look better in a few days. I messaged them a few days later on Facebook asking for help because the one clam looked bad still. They read my message with no response. I messaged them a week later saying the clam still didn’t look good and sent more pictures. The clam died that day. Once again they read the message and no response.The other clam is healthy and looks great, the other three clams in my tank all look amazing and great.Added a picture of both clams. One did great other one was in trouble from day one.

Awesome place!! My new favorite. I had never heard of this place and saw it while looking for reef and saltwater fish. I stopped by today and absolutely amazing display and beautiful tanks. My daughter and I *finally* remembered to visit on our way back over the bridge. I only purchase from facilities with healthy, well fed fish; because they are my first priority. I walked in and saw a beautiful, healthy display tanks - one with large schools of yellow tangs and mature colonies of coral.The gentleman working let us "acclimate" ourselves to the layout and location of corals and then approached to answer questions and show us a few neat pieces. He has earned my respect and business for his knowledge and light-hearted demeanor.I'm not sure how I ended up with another freakin' cleaner shrimp, but my daughter has a soft spot for them and they had little tiny ones, how can one resist a tiny cleaner shrimp?I would rather spend my money locally, and I'll be back when my QT clears out. As of this review, my QT is once again populated and all creatures are settling in for the rest of the weekend.

I've never ordered fish online before but wanted a captive bred royal gramma. So I put together a small order. The order was delayed by the carrier which was no fault of PEA. Their customer service was amazing and once the package arrived they reached out to see how everything was and even checked in the next day. The royal gramma was looking a little rough from being stuck in a bag for two days in transit. The next day he was looking much better and even started eating, two days after arrival he seemes like nothing happened. I think that says a lot for the quality of their animals. I'm already putting together a coral order.*UpdateI ordered 8 coral frags from PEA. I am very impressed, they all looked healthy and colorful. 4 of them were exactly what I was expecting having ordered from various online sites before. The other 4 exceeded expectations. One frag was totally encrusted and overgrown, and the other three were so big I ended up rearranging a bunch of my rock work to get them better spots... which I feel like it's a good problem to have.Pacific East Aquaculture will definitely be my go to place for online orders now.

I absolutely love this place. I’m just getting into the hobby and the gentleman that assisted me (I assume the owner) was literally the most friendly, helpful resource I have come across including every website you can read. Not only did I get a beautiful green star polyp that is already growing, I got two amazing and animated clownfish with the best personalities. He also set me up with some live sand and carbon filtration for the tank for a few dollars, as well as an invaluable amount of knowledge about getting started in a way that simplified every discussion board and website I came across. I love their enthusiasm, the friendly energy of the store and their stunning livestock.

The cleanest, most unique & nicest coral shop we have ever seen. We drove 2.5 hours one way and it was worth every minute of it! The owner was very "hands on" every detail experienced. Very nice and gave us the royal treatment and grand tour. He gave us lots of tips and golden knowledge, we appreciated every second. You really need to go there, we'll be back soon. P.S.
