Great place to go for many 2nd hand items such as baby/ kid’s equipment & clothing, household items, garden planters and furniture just to name a few. In addition Smile has a Food Pantry to help the local community in need.

Also not open posted hoursIt’s like an overpriced rummage sale. Lot of stuff in bins. Small inside area. Inconsistent pricing, like 10/$1 movies but the sets are $5. Just charge by the disc for stuff that is already donated. Lots of items lack price stickers so who knows maybe they give different people prices.

I don’t understand the car seat donation fee, they said those are not for sale but they take a $25 donation, I thought a donation is whatever people can afford

The volunteers in the clothing store are wonderful people. I usually have a positive experience there. However, there was one very rude woman volunteer that I encountered in the “back” store . After I had just purchased $80 worth of clothing and housewares. I decided to check out the store in the rear, I walked in with the box of goods I just purchased, and was confronted with the rude woman questioning me about the box. She was condescending and nasty. After I told her that I purchased the items, she shrugged ,walked away, and then gossiped about the other volunteers.

Can't really rate them on the store, as I didn't purchse any items. I did however donate to their drop-off area. The donation receiving folks are extremely polite & helpful. Kudos and 5 stars for the service and helping the community!

Smile has been a huge blessing. We love to donate to this great organization. They have great sales and awesome furniture. Our family enjoys buying small "project peices" to fix up together. Would definitely recommend.

The staff in the front of the building was super nice. The building in the back, one particular lady was rude. We went in and she abruptly told us she was closed. We said fine even if they weren't really. Turning around we saw a piece of furniture. Asked how much. The nice man went and got someone and it was the same lady. She rudely said they were closed. She wanted to go home. We understood, just asked the price. Gave us a high price and left. As much as we went there...dont think I will be back. Need to re-train her.

SMILE Inc. is the Best thrift store..... Very high quality; from the friendly and helpful staff to the quality and condition of the goods being sold. The store is well organized and clean.....and the prices are extremely reasonable.

After coming here for years to purchase and donate items, they have now taken away the senior discount for seniors under 62 years old! Their logic is that people over 55 years old still are working and they have great prices already. Ludicrous. This was for clothing only and was only on Fridays. The new discriminatory policy is that every day is senior day... but only if you're over 62 years. Discounts on Friday only for 60 or older. While they serve a great purpose in the community, I doubt that I will ever buy or donate clothing here again just based on principle alone.Update....after now they changed it even further. Have to be 62 and only on friday. Age discrimination at its finest. No more.

We made a remarkable find today, and it was totally unexpected. We got a fantastic deal on a roll-top desk and an eight place setting stones are dish set. SMILE often has 'treasures' at very reasonable prices. The food pantry is also a blessing for many people.

SMILE..and the VOLUNTEER's are AMAZING people doing AMAZING things! I personally am very grateful for smile during not so great times. Smile also has a lot of great resources as well. Smile is a host of things including but not limited to a food pantry and a thrift store. Hopes this helps

This is the best thrift store I have ever shopped. Extremely clean, staff is very respectful and nice and the prices are great.They also have a weekly food pantry.

I am relatively certain that the woman that does the on-the-fly pricing in this place charges me more than other people because she knows that I am a reseller. A few weeks ago, she tried to charge me $4 for a video game when the price was listed at $1. Today, she wanted to charge me $4 a piece for 6" Plush toys after having quoted the woman in front of me $6 for an enormous play-set. I also asked about the price on a Nintendo Wii a few weeks ago and I can't remember what she quoted me exactly, but the woman who bought it told me that she paid WAAAYYYYY less than me. Shady practices from a business whose entire inventory is donated - especially if I am correct, because that means this woman has a problem with me earning a living to feed my family.

Kids books are free! Every one was really nice! They have wonderful products for a great price! I highly recommend Smile!

If I could give it a zero I would! I loved going to smile and buying things for less. But today i saw some fishing poles come in i asked the lady could she price them so i could buy the older man PAUL volunteer took the poles and put them to the side and said there is other things to do ...I went inside to talk to manager mrs Sally and explained what was going on and he had held at the other lady for inquiring for me .... he came into the shop and yelled fishing poles are sold..... I asked to whom sin e I just asked about them and he said he bought them..... nothing was done to paul he got his way oh and I told her I would never come back and he pro ended to say guess you wont be going to food pantry!! Lol I've never been to food pantry so he also tried to embarrass me and judge me ..... So as long as PAUL old dude in back is there I will never spend money in that shop again !!!!I'm gonna miss all the kind ladies especially Mrs louise she was a favorite always made me smile..
