Cove Point Park is a very nice place to visit for residents of Southern Maryland. The park is well equipped with swings and slides. The park is clean and has a working water fountain. There is ample parking and it is pet friendly.

Park is great. It has playgrounds, dog parks, water Park and courts for tennis/pickleball and basketball. Track for walking and sports field locations for baseball and softball.

Fun low cost water splash pad park for kids and adults. It's not too big but great amenities! Military friendly too! The water slide was a hit and the pool was clean with adequate breaks for adults to chill.

The pool is very entertaining for all ages. The pool is clean and the lifeguards are very attentive! My only complaint is the insane amount of people and the snack bar only takes cash. Many school groups come throughout the week making it really hard to enjoy the time.

I took my two youngest Girls to the Pool. They Love it, always clean and plenty of lifeguards on duty at all times. Overall Great atmosphere. Didn't take many photos was just enjoying the time with the kids.

Great baseball fields, bathrooms were open and clean. The ice cream truck even comes through. I noticed a dog park on my way out too.

Great pool and its affordable, nice play ground also has a dog park. The restrooms are always pretty clean too.

Love the dog park. It is big. There are 4 fenced in areas with lots of space to run and sniff. The water for the dogs is wonderfully cool and I imagine refreshing for them. My only concern is there is absolutely no shade. All trees gave been removed. Also there is only one bench per fenced area. Some trees and a couple more benches wold make it a perfect doggie park.

The pool area is very clean and the lifeguards are very nice. The concession stand was well run. Cove point also has a little kid pool for younger kids which was very nice because bit was small enough to easily keep an eye out for my campers but big enough they weren’t getting bored too easily.

Went there to play pickleball and the park is nice. Restrooms were clean. The lines for pickleball could use a new coat of paint.

This is such a pretty place. We went because it has a very nice dog park. Good strong fences make it a safe place for our pups to freely run and play for a bit.There are playground areas for children. And playing fields for sports.Plenty of parking. Very nice park.

It's a really good place to take kids that doesn't cost an arm & a leg. For non-county residents it's $6 for kids & $8 for adults... I believe 3 and under are free. They've got a small concession stand, which used to have more variety than they currently have, but it's definitely better than nothing. All in all it's a good place to occupy the kids & every 45 mins they do a 15 minute adults only swim.

Awesome place to go.... Had to do a split visit.... I went to the dog park while the rest of the family went to the playground... Everyone were welcoming.... The dogs had a great time running around..... We got there around 6pm and left around 830pm because there were lights.... So that's also a great feature.... Don't suggest being there until midnight though

Let me say first this dog park is fantastic. Yesterday I took my dog to the park. I am handicapped so I parked in one of the two handicapped spaces in front. I was the only person present. My granddaughter joined me with her dog. A gentleman arrived with his two dogs. I promptly asked him to please use one of the other pens (there were three empty)because we are newcomers and didn’t know if our dogs would be friendly. He wouldn’t have it and proceeded to call the local police. We were leaving as the officer arrived and the officer and I agreed that he had much more important things to do with his time. What a blatant abuse of our first responders precious time! Really?!!

Very nice water park. Large pool, kiddie pool, and a few water slides. All for the low price of $8 can't be beat on a hot day! Make sure to bring sunscreen. There's a snack bar with average snack bar prices.
