Everyone was nice but they lied to me about the lawn mower I bought. Told me it was returned because the guy bought it then got transferred. Brand new riding lawnmower can’t even go up a bunny hill. Went in to ask for help found out it was returned because it was Fubar. One of their good old boys got it running but is a complete lemon. Never going here again.

Pretty decent place. Tend to have items in stock, inventory count via the app seems to be spot on. Have never had any real problems with anyone there. Everybody always seems to be friendly and helpful.

These fine folks tried to sell me items they don't actually have. Took my money, cancelled the order behind my back, said so sorry here's your money back.The website says the store has stovepipe, so I went to the store and said I'd like some. They said you have to do it online. So I went online and placed an order. Next morning I get an email saying your order's been cancelled. Call the store, they say call customer service. Customer service computer takes forever to reach an actual person, who says nope - can't sell you stovepipe as it's seasonal and packed away for the summer.The third agent I talked to managed to figure out a way to ship direct to my home, but this ordeal was two hours of frustration and I still have to call my bank and sort out the correct charges.TLDR: Don't ever order anything from these people. TSC is a good place to shop but if it's not *right there in the store*, forget about it.

I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service by everyone especially Jacob who went out of his way to help find a product I was interested in. He even rang me up and put it in my vehicle. Definitely the kind of service that keeps people coming back. Many thanks.

The employees are polite and efficient. Their prices aren’t always as low as one would expect. Before buying there, I generally shop around to compare first. I like that they provide a pet vet clinic every Wednesday, but the wait time can be long.

I love TSC! Friendly and helpful folks in the store, everything is neat, organized, and logically laid out. Competitive pricing helps as well. It's almost amazing how much stuff this place sells, from lawn care, critter food, plumbing, fencing, clothing, footwear, snacks, tools, etc. One of my go-to stores.

This store is in a good location, it it fills a much-needed niche for a place to buy hardware in this area which hasn't been there for a while. They have a great selection of fasteners. The people are generally helpful and friendly however the store is woefully understaffed at times. On my last visit the person who was helping me seemed to be the only one who is capable of obtaining things from the back store room. He was very efficient and polite and I wish I had gotten his name to commend him. He was interrupted several times however while he was helping me by other persons who could not find what they were looking for in the store. On this occasion, and previous occasions when I was picking up something that I purchased online, I had an issue getting help because of the understaffing. I think this is going to hurt their online business. Tractor supply has a problem with their online purchasing in general. That is, that when I order two things that go together and if one of them is not immediately available and needs to be ordered, and the other is available in the store, I will get a notice to pick up the available item that says if I do not pick it up in 48 hours it is going to be sent back. It is inconvenient to make two or more trips to pick up items this way. It should be possible somehow to indicate that the items are needed together.

Great range of products for different animals. This is where I get the one dog food that my dog actually likes. It was has dog food available for dogs with a sensitive stomach or underlying bowel issues. Very rustic aesthetic 🔥

Pretty standard Tractor Supply Co. location. Very friendly customer service, and when it's the appropriate time of year, they have pens full of baby chickens, ducks, and other farm birds which are the cutest things ever.They don't always have exactly what I need, which I feel they should keep in stock. Replacement 7 point trailer side wiring harnesses with 4-6 feet of cable to replace an old damaged one. That seems like something a place called "Tractor Supply" would want to have in stock.Also, I wish they would have a more robust selection of 12VDC wiring supplies, terminals, tools, etc., with the need of such things is only increasing with the features and 3rd party accessories people want to add.Still give them 5 stars, though. Just because they don't have something that I specifically need doesn't mean they don't work hard for their customers, offer a diverse spectrum of advice, and deserve anything less than that.

Store wouldn’t take an exchange on some hardware because I didn’t have my receipt and I am not a member???Return policy clearly says on new receipt for other stuff I bought I can get a store credit for items in original package.

I can't say enough good things about the employees who work here! It's hard nowadays to find people who actually care about where they work and the manager John and another employee Roxanne in particular went way above and beyond for a large order of dog kennels I need. Roxanne even called me the next day to make sure my delivery came on time. The Lothian store is an hour away from me and I have another TS 10 minutes from the house but I will gladly drive the extra miles because of their employees. Thank you SO MUCH again.

My visit yesterday to Wayson's Corner store was delightful. Jackie was the associate at the cash register and she was so pleasant and thoughtful. It's refreshing to see someone that cares about the customer experience along with the company they work for. Companies need more employees like Jackie. Thanks, keep it up.

1st time ever visiting. Very Rural area reminds me of home! Even though TSC is a big box store it feels like a neighborhood hardware store. The front staff manager couldn't have been nicer. Shes very down to earth great smile and pleasant to chat with. The store has a community feel to it. I'm quite sure they know all the customer by 1st name.

I just want to put a shout out to Nick (unfortunately I don’t know his last name), but he has exceptional customer service helping me find everything I needed to attach my trailer to my new truck and advising me a certain things for towing. Great knowledge and friendly service! Will definitely recommend all my horsie colleagues with trailers to come to him for any advice.

This Tractor supply is nice, clean and well stocked. Friendly help that give great customer service. The prices aren't bad I got a pack of screwdrivers for 5 bucks cheaper than the same pack was at the home depot.

Went here to pick up a hitch in ordered online. The pick up went fine but I made a mistake and ordered the wrong hitch. I went in to return the hitch which was fine but while I was trying to decide if I wanted to order the new hitch inside or online the manager came and approached me and my cousin who were discussing my options and said you guys have been "hanging out around here for awhile" like we were young kids loitering. This left a bad feeling as I feel we were profiled and felt rushed. This made shop elsewhere and orde my hitch somewhere else.

Went in looking for some flannel lined jeans and found several choices in my size. This late in the season I did not really expect to. Also lucked out in finding waterproof hiking type boots that fit and turned out to be very warm, perfect for the snow that showed up shortly after.

Nice place but congested. No type of social distancing. Some of the employees don't wear mask. And the one's that do have them pulled under there chin. They sneeze out and cough while assisting you. The store could be cleaner. And the fruit and vegetables plants doesn't get water and half dead.

Employees need to focus on the customers !!! Waited over 5 minutes in front of 2 associates, to get acknowledged, they were too busy chatting each other up. The cashier was insanely UNPROFESSIONAL ! All 7 customers in line heard about her crazy busy day = 7 times. She was swearing a LOT ! ! I felt bad for the two small girls and their Mom, when she was cussing. Common sense?

I love the selection of feed for horses and chickens. I also enjoy just browsing the wide selection of parts and tools. I have bought some high dollar items from Tractor Supply and they always stand by their products. Great customer service too!!!

I stopped by on my way to work today. I was in a hurry and noticed as I came in that there was quite a line. Because I was completely out of dog food, I went straight to that section, grabbed a bag, some treats, and headed to check out.The line had not moved at all. There were 4 people waiting so I joined in. After a few minutes, a customer in front of me got out of line. Finally ONE customer was rung up and left. The next person had returns. I politely asked if it would be possible to open another Lane and was told there were only TWO workers in the ENTIRE store so it wouldn't be possible. The lady working the register was very slowly arranging every purchase. After the customer finished the returns, she arranged them all in a cart and pushed them around into another aisle, willfully oblivious to the growing line. There were now 3 more people waiting behind me.After about another 10 mins, I was finally at the register. I dropped the 50 lb bag of dog food I had been holding for almost 20 mins on the counter and watched in disbelief as the lady carefully flattened the bag out and slowly scanned. She asked if I had a loyalty number and I said "yes, but I would rather just get out of here". Mind you, I had been waiting close to 20 mins.....to buy a bag of dog food.Tracy (the worker) lost it. Shouting at me about how I had "had an attitude since I walked in" and accusing me of throwing the dog food at her. It devolved from there. I will not lie, I shouted back. She continued berating me as I asked to speak with the manager. The manager (who's name I do not remember) listen as I recounted the issue but clearly could not have cared less that her staff was shouting at, I feel, understandably frustrated customers.Avoid this place unless you want to be screamed at and accused of physical attacks. I got in my car in complete disbelief, both at the amount of time a simple purchase took, and that the staff felt it was perfectly acceptable to scream at their customers. Again, I admit I raised my voice in return, but who wouldn't when a cashier starts yelling at you. Unbelievable.

I just want people to be aware of their pet food bags . Horse food in particular . This is the second time I’ve gotten a ripped bag. The first time I didn’t notice the rip until I got the bag to my truck and figured TS didn’t notice it either so I let it go because it was their only bag they had of the strategy and I needed to get horse food. This time I got a ripped bag and didn’t notice until I got to the farm and when I turned the bag over I noticed someone had taped the bag shut with duct tape. Comparing the two bags together there is a noticeable amount of food missing . It would of been one thing if they marked it for a discounted price but someone clearly tried to HIDE the fact that the bag was ripped (possible even chewed by a mouse) . Just be AWARE and examine your bags before you buy them .
