I had a fantastic experience during my recent visit to Dunkin! The staff was absolutely amazing - friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time. Not only was the service top-notch, but the food was delicious and served incredibly fast. I was impressed by the overall experience and will definitely be returning soon. Kudos to the awesome team at Dunkin for making my day brighter!

Nice new modern and clean Dunkin Donuts. Our coffees were hot, fresh and prepared as ordered. This DD was very busy when we visited; but, the staff never missed a beat. They worked like a real team. Well done! Very friendly staff 😉

On more than one occasion, I have ordered an iced macchiato from the store. Every time, they give me coffee mixed in instead of espresso. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and maybe an honest mistake. But three out of three times giving me coffee substitution is now becoming fraudulent practice (cheaper, faster product). I will take this up with corporate. They just lost a customer today.

My Dunkin' run turned into a baptism by caramel. Whatever this hot concoction was, it made mydentist weep in advance. The sugar rush could've powered a small village, but hey, sometimesyou need that kind of sweet, sweet chaos in your life.

Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I'm typically here before any type of rush but I've yet to experience anything negative with this location.Utilizing the DD app helps a ton with their loyalty program and I highly suggest it.

They have raised their prices significantly in multiple times over the last year and a half. Much more expensive than other franchisees. Quality is good at times but poor most of the time. Service time is good at times but poor most of the time. They nickel and dime you for extras such as flavoring which adds to their exorbitant initial cost. Attempted to contact the company Maritime coffee about being overcharged and never received a response. I used to go here everyday, multiple times a day, but they have outpriced themselves with a lot of people. It's just better to go somewhere else and I'm sure with the Royal Farms coming soon down the road their business will continue to decline. This has the potential to be a good location however the franchisee is not customer oriented apparently. I stopped going. Save yourself the time and do the same. I hope your lack of response to my email was worth this negative review maritime.

This Dunkin is my local favorite. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Shelby is always smiling and apologetic for wait times. Which is never longer then a minute or two. Lobby is kept clean so are the bathrooms.

drive through was a bit long so i decided to order inside. there was a young fellow that was working the inside register. skinny with long shaggy hair. he was the most pleasant cashier i think i've ever encountered. he was just delightful. any other time i've been to this location, order has been correct.

I work at a local harbor and Dunkin goes above and beyond for me on Saturdays to get my large order ready at 8:30am. The manager Michelle is a joy to see every Saturday Morning. She has an amazing joyful personality and always make me smile. Thank you for always being the joy of my Saturdays Dunkin!

Closes their inside at 4pm. So much for stopping and enjoying a sit down afternoon coffee. Wound up not getting anything and waiting to get to Dunkin near home that's ALWAYS open inside. Will remember to keep on going when passing this one.

I order a Lage Macchiato with only half off the ice, I never ever had a problem in any other location, I literally get this every day, today in this locations I was treated so poorly, rude and disrespectful, the young girl passed me Macchiato ,I told her I asked for only half of the ice, she looked at me and say so do you want me do it again, I say yes please, she slammed the drive-through window in my face, when she came back the cup was only 3/4 full so I asked why is that ! She told me Less ice less coffee and slam the drive-through window in my face againNot only is that rude and disrespectfulI’m a paying customer that is unacceptableI will suggest Please retrain your staffThe time was 3:44 pm

It's a convenient location, I'll give it that. But their propensity for messing up orders at the drive-thru is plain comical. And we're not talking huge orders to feed the office, but just like one food item and maybe a drink. This morning, for example, I ordered two of the same breakfast croissant sandwiches and a bottled water. The girl didn't read back the order but just gave me the total, and I immediately knew it was wrong (the total should've been a buck or two higher). I could've asked to confirm the order but I'm on my way to work, I'm in a hurry and honestly, I was curious to see how badly they got the order wrong. Well, what I received was a single bagel sandwich and tater tots (and a bottled water). I know they didn't give me the wrong order because the receipt had the same total the girl told me over the speaker. I don't know, maybe they need to get the intercom system fixed if "two sausage, egg and cheese croissant and a bottled water" converts to "one bacon, egg and cheese bagel, tater tots and a bottled water". Oh well. I'll still go, it's convenient like I said.

Service is spotty! Sometimes its wonderful, sometimes we wait 15 minutes for a drink. Last time they were particularly backed up and a manager was screaming at people, causing even more confusion over a missed drink. Will keep trying though!
