We have been using the Company Deluxe Carpet cleaning service for our home for several years now. John has been cleaning our carpet now for several years as he owns his business and is very dedicated to his work.John is such a great individual and treats his customers like family. He meets and greets you as he enters your home. He explains what he will be cleaning and he will treat any major strains and makes them look like new. He even puts on the carpet germ x as this helps with allergies and asthma related conditions people may have. I would highly recommend Deluxe Carpet cleaning to meet all your carpet cleaning needs as its all professional work done.

Excellent in every way! I thought I was going to have to replace some carpeting but John's amazing cleaning job has given me extra years! The cleaning is thorough and fast drying afterwards. And above all, the customer care is bar none! I can't remember the last time I had such a professional handling of any service. Prior to using Deluxe Carpet Cleaning, I was ready to just replace the carpets in our house because of brown stains and pet odors. However, John did such a good job in our house that we’re keeping the carpets for years to come. He also did some education with me after the service about how to maintain the carpets between cleanings. He also gave a quote that was very similar to the price charged, and the pricing was fair and transparent. We’ll be using John yearly from now on.

John Stickley is the owner operator. He has the latest equipment and did an absolutely outstanding job cleaning and treating my carpet as well as my upholstery on a large sectional couch. The carpet was off-white and heavily stained. I thought the carpet was not recoverable. When John finished cleaning the carpet it was like new, absolutely beautiful. He is the best there is. We've been having John clean our carpets for years now and are always impressed with the results! I love that he is independently owned and operated and really cares about his customers. He's always professional and quick to respond. The house always smells so fresh and the carpets are beautiful and soft when he is finished. He doesn't use harsh chemicals so I'm comfortable with having the kids around while he's cleaning and I'm not hesitant to have them crawl around on them (aside from the fact that I don't want them messed up!) We will definitely continue tomorrow have John clean our carpets for years to come.

John (the owner and carpet cleaner) is pleasant, professional, and informative, and he stands by the work he does.Our first experience was last summer, when we moved into our house, John came and cleaned our carpets and gave us a discount as first-time customers.Our second experience was July 2020, when one of our dogs had a horrendous accident on our bedroom carpet.
