This was actually the last review I left probably one year ago -(Waited more than 15 minutes for my order after I sent a mobile order. Staff didn't even recognize me waiting). Today the exact same thing happened in the drive thru. 15 minutes of waiting and not even an apology for the long wait. The definition of insanity is that I keep going to this location expecting it to be different. It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon.

I'm starting to worry about Starbucks ! Lately it's been issue after issue. Today, I ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato, however I received milky water. Just why? Any other time I would welcome a coffee filled completely to the top however this was a major disappointment ! Coffee spilling in my vehicle because the cup rim was slightly smashed so the top was not secured. Please check the cups before you make the coffee. We pay way too much money for these items only to not have it up to the original standards that you have set.

A nice facility with friendly and helpful staff. Parking is very difficult most mornings. During busy times (like morning) the orders frequently get backed up and the wait times are not predictable. I've waited for more than 20 minutes for an in-store order, and more than 30 minutes in the drive-thru. Using the mobile app doesn't make it more predictable, since there is only about a 70% chance the order will be ready by the reported pickup time. In short, this is an ideal place to meet for a leisurely cup of coffee, but be cautious about ordering here if you are pressed for time.Parking: Sometimes patrons will park along Nursery Road because the parking lot is full or the drive-thru line is backed up enough to block the entrance to the parking lot.

We had a great experience over the weekend, fast turnaround of orders and staff were great but Monday morning was a disappointment and ruined the score. Coffee came out pretty quick but food was very slow and I had to ask twice. They apparently lost my food order so the girl warming food didn't have a sticker for it so wouldn't put it in. The girl who took the order says she checked our order and it was in tue system so wasn't sure what happened. I had to spell out "then can u tell her or give her the sticker so we can get our order?". It took 30 mins yet they could take care of their drive thru customers in a pinch.

This place is a hot mess! I typically go here as it is closest to my work. The drive thru speed is abhorrent and there's no way to cancel and leave because of how it is constructed you are trapped in line. I've been made late several times when I had plenty of time for the stop. Then today I placed a mobile pickup order. I got there and the drive thru is blocked off and all the doors are locked WITH NO SIGNS saying why. I knocked and all of the 8+ employees just stared at me. Someone leaving let me in and not one of them said a word... I go and grab my drink and have to ASK what is going on. They casually say oh we are having an emergency and we are closed. OKAY so put a sign up and turn off mobile ordering. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.

Came here on Easter Sunday just cause I happened to have been at the Cracker Barrel eating breakfast. I always try new Starbucks when I see them. First thing was the parking lot. Very congested and hard to park with larger suvs or trucks.But once inside people were nice and greetable. Coffee was great as always and sitting area seemed cozy. A lot of people inside although it was Easter but that's not a bad thing.

Worst Starbucks in the area! I ordered my coffee and the girl came to the window confused , even though at the drive thru window she said we got your order pull around. Magically I get to the window and they don’t have my coffees. She asked for my phone. I told her i put the order in 20 min ago. And then commented well next time do 5-10 min before. I said I did, if you’re having technical issues, that’s not my fault. She slammed the window I asked for my money back and she said no. Do yourself a favor go 5 min up the road to aviation Blvd customer service is way better

Ordered a drink and a croissant on the app. Got the drink no problem. I JUST WAITED FOR 25 MINUTES BEFORE SOMEONE TOLD ME THEY WERE OUT OF CROISSANTS. When you’re out you’re out…but you can’t bother to tell me??? They gave me some recovery card. But you can’t make up for the lost time.Edited to add: added two stars because the employees there did everything they could to make it right. Card, different order. Guess someone ordered there total stock of chocolate croissants via mobile order about 1 second before I placed my order. The employees there did what they could but it’s a terrible situation that should be prevented.

I’m editing my review because they seem to have let all their old staff (who were all amazing) go and the new staff is not doing it. It’s always crowded now, people are constantly waiting on drinks, and they’re prioritizing mobile orders over people who are just standing at the bar asking over and over for their orders. It’s a real shame because they were one of the best stores I’ve ever been to and now only a few weeks later they’re among the worst. And they raised their prices.
