The 2 guys in the deli that helped me Wednesday evening were really great. They were helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and my order was correct and efficient. Royal Farms has a tendency to not give proper recognition to their customer service representatives who are nothing less than outstanding employees. Keep up the good work guys!

Danielle is amazing. Her team is always so friendly and welcoming. She will greet you as soon as you walk in the door. This store always has the best customer service and always has my Red Bull in stock. I only come to this one and the one on telegraph because I work at the airport.

Clean store for as run down as the building is. I understand there are a few meth clinics in the neighborhood and theft is probably an issue, but for the love of God take that ridiculously loud alarm for the energy drink cooler and put it head height in your employees faces instead of customers. It's ear piercing and cracks my eardrums every time I've opened the door for a drink. Damage their hearing and not mine.

Im a crane operator so i drive all.over the state of MD . I would have to say this location is the best ive been to. Food was fresh tasted great ,. The manager Danielle is always nice . And must run a tight ship. I always make it a point to stop there

I had a great experience today. I stopped in to grab some snack and drinks for my long ride home. The staff was very resourceful and friendly. I highly recommend this store. The Manger Danielle has the store running well.

Ok, I go to this store all the time, literally every other day and the people are great people! For the most part it's clean and the food taste fresh. Depending on who's working, is how fresh the food is... Slurpee machine always broken. New manager doing a great job

This is a very nice and convenient store. I visit at least 3-4 times a week and have always been pleased. You get to know the employees and they become family ❤

This one is just the store. My visit wasn't good. They don't have a restroom for the public. I ordered one of their tenders and was given a very small piece while the others made sure I had a big piece. I siggest on stopping on any other Royal farm near by than this one.

Brenda was so kind to me. She made small talk and was very cordial with the customers in front of me. I observed her offering a patron in front of me a bag for his food before he exited the store and the exchange was very respectful. When it was my turn in line, Brenda offered me a free cup of ice to go with my beverage since it was so hot out. I have never received this level of customer service at a gas station, or other Royal Farms, as I had today. I will now frequent this location on my regular commutes and will be happy to become a regular customer.

There should be an option for no stars. The manager of this store is very unprofessional and disrespectful. When I told him that the automated register took my money, his reply was" well you should have counted your money before you put it in", and refused too help. Also, for 2 days last week, there was no air conditioning on in the store on some of the hottest days of the summer which caused some of the items in the store to go bad. But this did not stop them from trying to sell them. This is the worse royal farms I have ever been to and I will not be spending anymore money at this location.

Last night I attempted to purchase 2 packs of Newport cigarettes with the knowledge of the huge sign POSTED on the entry door advertising $2.50 off when you purchase 2 packs with your robo rewards card. When checking out it only gave $1.00 off so I spoke with an employee who walked out of the store with me to look at the advertised sign to only inform of it not having a date on it and there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak a manager and she informed me that she is the Manager. I said your advertising $2.50 off 2 packs I want the discount. She said she can't help what royal farms posts up she's just the shift manager. I said so you do represent Royal Farms correct? She said no the is just this shift manager I said false advertisement left the cigarettes on the counter. Took a pic of posted false advertisement and left.

I work all throughout Maryland. I frequent a lot of ROFOs and other entities. I had to get gas and use the restroom at this ROFO today. Staff would not let me use the restroom... there was a sign on the door that said NO PUBLIC RESTROOM. I've never seen this at any other ROFO. I won't be returning here.

The convenience of this location is it allows me to run in quickly to grab something to eat or drink when I'm on the Lightrail heading to work. My recent trip only had one disappointment which was in regard to the lids for hot beverages. They did not have the travel lids which close up to prevent spillage. Therefore, I had to be very careful in my travels on the Lightrail.

I like royal farm, but because of the experience I had at 400 S Camp Meade Rd, which I think I didn't get the help I needed, although I still visit Royal Farm, it is not as frequent as I used to.

Very unprofessional. I came in the store to pick up a few goodies for the game. As soon as I come one of the employees monitoring my very movement. Like am about to steal. Am trying to find something for an 81 year to eat. Look. Then I decided to jet a water a put it in my bag then she's moved to the door. That's when I address her that I don't want to steal. Am just trying to my whatever and keep it moving. Then she tries to play it off. I never in my life have been so offended. Will not be patronizing any more Royal Farm stores.

The chubby morning shift female cashier who worked here(on Tues 6/19/2018) isn't particularly an intelligent person. The manager or whoever hired her better monitor her behavior closely otherwise she might end up costing this store a whole lot of money in the form of litigation in the future. I'm not too sure if it's stupidity or just pure ignorance that's challenging her mentally or maybe she might just need some extra training. The store manager/supervisor might want to take a look@ the video cam footage of the store between around 5am- 8am on 6/19/18 and you might have a clue as an example of what I'm talking about. A word is enough for the wise.
